Driving around in ATL is a nightmare, if you’re like me you’re frequently getting nails in your tires. These gentlemen always take care of me right away, with professionalism, speed and affordability. Highly recommend giving them a try. Great people!

No frills, great service. I came at 8 am on a Saturday morning and the guys fixed my tire in 15 min. Note that google maps took me to the neighboring lot.. just look around for the yellow signs.

You get what you pay for. Service was simple. Pulled nail from my brother's car, but did not verify tire was not leaking. It was a short nail.Hour later tire was flat.

Always fast and friendly service when my daughter and I need services for our cars. Will highly recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !! Each and every time I have tried to give this business a chance they fail me . I purchased my own tires this time and I just needed them mounted and balanced . Upon arrival the old George Jefferson (Jeff) looking guy that smelled like a liquor barrel turned me away as soon as I said my tire size . The younger guy with the gold teeth (Q) had the better attitude ! He actually told the guy they could mount them once he said that and that he was willing to do it the older guy told him “go ahead then bruh that’s all you” and so the guy began the service . The old guy told me $20 per tire and $15 total for balancing which would’ve been $95 . After the removal of my original tires he said $130 which was still fine with me . After mounting my new tires the old guy comes out and says they can’t balance them . Mind you that’s what I not only wanted but NEEDED as well . So I said that’s cool I’ll just pay the $80 and he quickly corrected me and said “No it’ll be $100 !” So I stated sir you told me $20 per tire in which he responded it’s $25 per tire . The money isn’t the issue the issue is he not only was rude and lazy but GREEDY because I could’ve tipped the one who actually did the work the additional $20 . NEVER WILL I EVER support this business again . I love my black owned businesses but these employees show how businesses just hire anybody ! Again the younger guy was awesome and about his business & he should definitely go somewhere where he’s treated correctly like the valuable employee he is .

I was referred by the roadside guy sent by my insurance company for a flat tire. It was after 6pm and his shop was still open and he was assisting another customer. Overall time spent to remove spare and purchase a tire was may 15 minutes. I can't remember his name but he takes care of business, even put air in all my tires. Great experience! Highly recommend. My tire was leaking air on my way home from work (I had a spare tire in my trunk) today and I had an appointment to get it changed tomorrow after work. Once I noticed it was leaking on my dashboard through the tire pressure monitor, I googled “Tire Installation Near Me” and R/Rtire services came up. I was greeted in nice and friendly matter. They had that leaking tire off and with the new tire on just 20 minutes or less. Excellent customer skills, what a phenomenal job they have done today. Definitely will go back anytime. The hours are flexible and the prices are affordable. Thank you R/Rtire! You guys are amazing!

I was stranded in the Atlanta airport and a friend traveled all the way from Baltimore to get us. On our way out of the airport, my tire started to go flat. I called up R/R tire (on a Sunday afternoon) and not only were they willing to help, they told us to pull over and they would come to us! Ron showed up, took my tire and came back with a new one within 30 minutes. We were on our way with 650 miles to go and we wouldn't have gotten home without Ron or R/R tire. Truly a Godsend!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I'm from Baltimore so I get gitty when I see stuff that reminds me of home, and this did the trick! I needed a plug or patch on my tire because of a nail I hit on my way to ATL. Let's just say I pulled in, they were very attentive and I had no wait!! The job was performed timely and accurate. Y'all did a great job fellas!!

Highly recommended!!! First off a black owned business that opens before their posted hours… I pulled up around 8:50 thinking maybe something was in my tire, only to find out that I had a bad tire that needed to be replaced. Ron changed my tire in all of about 20 minutes. Jeff phenomenal customer service was greatly appreciated. These guys were professional quick and entertaining to say the least. Their services are reasonably priced. They accepts cash and cards with no extra fee for paying with a card.

I caught a screw in one of my tires. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Didn’t even have to remove the wheel. Quick, friendly service with a fair price. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Check them out.

I really really appreciate this company. My tire caught a flat & unfortunately, road side assistance took forever & I didnt make it before they closed. They stayed and waited on me to get there and changed my tire for me. Good companies that care about their customers are hard to come by, so i’m glad I gave them a try. Thank you guys, much love❤️

Thanks to the guys over at r&r my service was phenomenal and the pricing definitely wasn’t a arm and a leg thanks again from the education about my tire down to the service everything was great and they even kept me entertained as I was waiting will be back for any of my tire needs they will always be my go too

My friend recommended me to come here to get my tires replaced because they had affordable prices, but I wasn’t even able to get a simple estimate over the phone! The lady at the desk asked my tire size and after I tell her, she ends up going back and forth with someone about how she ate all the food and wasn’t able to feed all of someone’s kids!! I cannot make this up! Then she asked if I wanted new tires and I said yes, an estimate for new and pre-owned would be nice, and that’s when a car alarm started going off and she asks someone whose car alarm was going off and to get the pistol!! I instantly hung up. Then my friend called back to get the estimate and she told him that she was going to the bathroom and will give him the estimate when she returned. I told him I’m going to pass on them anyway because I wouldn’t trust them with my car alone, especially with it being luxury. Going to Boyd tires for what they offered.

Well, I was thrilled initially. Drive 500 miles on a new tire I bought on Sunday. 3 days later, took my car in for a full checkup. The new tire was dated 2013, had dry rot, and was a unidirectional one placed on the wrong side so I was driving on it going the wrong direction. Would have appreciated honesty and my life not being placed in danger. Cannot recommend

I got a flat last night in Atlanta 2 hours from home and the tow arrived just after my planned shop closed. The driver recommended this location and I'm so glad he did. The staff was super nice and I was out the door with a replaced tire within 10 minutes. The pricing was very inexpensive, but I still left with a tire from a high quality brand I like and trust. I would absolutely recommend them and will go here if I ever need service in Atlanta!

Quick, friendly, and fair is my short review. See below for my long review: Late Saturday night I was coming home after dropping someone off. Pulled into my driveway and was met with a neighbor running over to my car and letting me know my tire was leaking air and going flat. It was so loud I could hear it in the car. It was 6pm on a Friday so there was no one open and most shops not open till Monday. I threw the spare on and then started my search to see who can help on a Sunday. This is how I found R/RTire. Many mainstream shops had the same kind of reviews. Slow, poor communication, or being told one price and charged another. I trusted the rates showing for R/RTire and decided to go see them the next day. I got there around noon on a Sunday. They had two other cars already being serviced but got to me in less than 10 minutes. I explained that I had a screw in my tire and it caused my flat. The gentleman who helped me took a look at where the puncture was at and said that I didn't need a tire and this could be repaired. Around 5 minutes later he had repaired the tire, 2 minutes after that he was taking off my spare, 3 minutes later he was putting my repaired tire back on. He came back with a receipt and price was more than fair for the repair. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Any other time I have had a tire repaired or replaced it has been hours before the work was finished. I will be back for any future tire needs at R/RTire. Thank you to the two gentleman who helped me on a busy Sunday and saved me a ton of time and potential headache. Keep up the great work!!!

They literally rescued my friend and I. Repaired two flat tires in 30 minutes... If That!! From the moment we went flat till the moment we went on the road... we were taken care of. !!! And they lifted us there with their tow truck (which took only 10/11 minutes to come!) These people were phenomenal. Good Good Business.

I was traveling North on I-75 when I get a drill bit in my right rear tire. Quickly Googled closest tire repair to my location and took next exit. R&R was within 1 mile of the off ramp. Gene immediately came over and started working on the problem. He had me fixed and back on the road within an hour. Great customer service and prices. Thanks Gene from the guy in the white Subaru Outback.

I’m torn about how I feel about this place. Yesterday (a Sunday), around 430pm I discovered a flat tire. Silly me drove a half mile on it to get air. These guys tried to plug my tire then patch from inside which is when they discovered I had ruined the tire from driving it that short distance. They told me my size tire was out of stock but guaranteed they’d have it the next day (today) and would put the money I had already spent for them to mount my spare towards the cost of tire. Today, around 7pm once I was able to leave work, I went back to this shop. Apparently they still didn’t have my size tire. The guy went to go check on something and never came back so I had to find another tire shop to get a tire at 730pm on a Monday. I drive my car for work so I couldn’t wait another day. All of that is to say this... I was very pleased on Sunday at the kindness and service I received. Today I felt scammed and generally disappointed. I’d suffice to say that give them a chance if you need a quick repair, patch, or plug. But maybe call ahead for your tire size if you need new ones.

We went in to get an emergency patch up for our punctured tire. Didn't get the name of the fellow who attended to us (had weaved, gold hair) but he was courteous and the service was quick, despite there being other customers. Not to mention that it was also very affordable.

Great service from some great people today. My tire blew out on interstate today. I was able to put my spare on and make it to their shop. They quickly had me fixed up and going again. Charged me a more than fair price. Highly recommend them.

I've been going here for almost 20 years for my used tire and plugging/patching needs. As a struggling college student and repeat customer back then Ron always looked out. It's not a fancy place but don't let that fool you. The guys here know what they're doing. They are fast and the prices are beyond reasonable! They will always get my business!

I've been to 3 other shops today. They were honest. They could have charged me for a new tire, but instead told me that my tire was in good condition and that they could repair the puncture. this service was a fraction of what a tire would have cost. I'll be back for future work. I drive an expensive car and people often try to take advantage of me and rip me off, it was nice to do business with a company that has integrity!

Josh is the best! Found out that I needed a major wheel alignment, and l my tires where the wrong size! Josh showed me how to check the size requirement for my toyota and he made sure we were safe to drive. Awesome shop with awesome hours! I will definitely be back!
