The employees were not helpful and very unprofessional. All the employees were Hispanic and all seemed annoyed to help when you asked them a question. The process was very unorganized there was no direction or flow as to what the next steps were. The crane operator was on his phone while operating the crane. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told there is no one available. It was a unpleasant experience!
To all those who come here and be very aware of bringing your scrap here. Ask them price before entering. I’m saying this because they gave a price before entering and therefore gave me another price once unloaded. I bought in triple amount this week and therefore paid me less from last week.

Even though we weren’t able to get much for the two computers we had. The owner, Jamie, and Luis Gongora were an AMAZING help to me and my fiancé. When we were leaving we got a metal piece in our tire. Jamie and Luis found a new tire for us and put it on for us. These two deserve a raise!!
I have been coming here for the past year hauling loads and the young lady in the scale house has always been friendly and efficient. Whenever she's not here it takes a while to receive my paperwork. You guys have a great employee!
If the lady working the scales had a better attitude it would be a 5 star operation! Yelled at me! Another customer called her "nasty"! Does not have personality to work with customers! Everyone else was great, very friendly. Once you get past the front entrance, it's a well run business.
AWESOME PLACE!! My husband and I have used about every scrapyard in metro Atlanta and Fulton is by far the best! Friendly staff, fair pricing and totally organized!!
I called because I submitted a quote online. I never received a call or email, so I called. The lady that answered the phone was like “oh there’s no way I can see that” So I’m like…oh ok. Could I get a quote over the phone, she like yes. Then silence. I’m like “ ok, what do you need from me?” She like, “what are you trying to get picked up” I’m like, Thankyou, but Nevermind.
She was very dismissive from the beginning of the conversation. I’m the customer, I’m not familiar with how this works, so as the professional you are supposed to guide the client.
But it’s ok, I’m going to go with the first place I called. They were wayyy more professional and helpful.
I don’t know who gave the girl in the cashier office her job, but they need to reconsider that decision. Beyond rude! There’s too much competition around to have unfriendly people as the face of your business.
I had a 40 yd dumpster dropped at my job site and now no one will answer the phone to pick up the can> I'm thinking its a scam company your Dumpster is sitting on my job site with your name and phone number on the 40 yd blue can its funny you can respond on google but you can't respond the the voice mail I've been leaving. I would like your dumpster picked up from my location today June 6, 2022
I called and left a message because on the website it says " Don’t have a proper vehicle to transport your scrap from Fairburn to our scrap yard? Not a problem, because FMR offers scrap metal pick up services. Simply contact our experienced buyers and in a matter of hours, we will salvage your waste from your place for an environmentally friendly removal". So they called me back but I was told they do not offer this service. Please update your website since this is not a service you offer.
Great team of workers there!! Very knowledgeable and informative , always going above and beyond to make sure you get the best price for your recycling material
