What clients say about Prolocal Towing Services in Atlanta (GA)
While heading through downtown Atlanta on I-20, my truck suddenly lost power and coasted to a stop on the shoulder without much warning. One minute I was making good time, the next I was sitting there watching traffic fly past and wondering what happened. Called Prolocal Towing Services and figured I'd be waiting a while with Atlanta traffic being what it is. Surprisingly, their towing service showed up much faster than expected. The driver walked over, made sure I was okay first, then got right to work securing the vehicle. He even joked that cars always seem to quit when people are in a hurry. By the time everything was loaded up, I felt a lot less stressed and a whole lot more confident things would work out.
I honestly wasn’t expecting such a smooth experience during a stressful situation, but Prolocal Towing Services really impressed me. My SUV suddenly overheated during heavy Atlanta traffic and I was worried I’d be stuck waiting for hours. Thankfully, they answered quickly and treated me respectfully from the very beginning. The dispatcher gave me a realistic arrival estimate and kept me updated while the tow truck was on the way. Once the driver arrived, he carefully inspected my vehicle before loading it onto the truck. He was patient, professional, and clearly experienced with handling different types of vehicles safely. I also appreciated how transparent they were about pricing because the final cost matched the quote I received over the phone. Overall, the service felt honest, efficient, and much less stressful than I expected.
I’ve used Prolocal three different times over the past year for completely unrelated situations once for a tow after a breakdown, once for fuel delivery in Atlanta when I pushed my luck running out of gas on the way home from work, and another time for a jump start after leaving my lights on at a shopping center. Every time, it’s been the same reliable experience. Someone actually answers the phone, a driver shows up, the job gets handled, and the price is fair.At this point I’ve already recommended them to a few people. For a dependable towing company in Atlanta, GA that really covers the southwest side well, Prolocal is honestly one of the better options out there.
My teenage son called me from a gas station in southwest Atlanta saying his car wouldn't move and he didn't know what to do. I'm across town and couldn't get there fast. Called Prolocal on his behalf and explained the situation. Dispatcher was genuinely patient, walked me through everything, and made sure my son knew the driver was coming and what to expect. Driver got there, handled it professionally, and my son texted me saying the guy was cool and made him feel comfortable. That kind of service means everything when your kid is the one stranded.
I searched jump start service Atlanta at like 5am not expecting much and Prolocal actually picked up. Driver was out to me in about 20 minutes, got the car going, and was in a good mood about it which I did not expect that early. Charged me a fair amount and sent me on my way. The fact that they function properly at that hour alone makes them worth keeping in your phone.
Prolocal Towing Services in Atlanta, GA provided excellent help when my car stopped running late in the evening. Their towing driver arrived faster than I expected and handled my vehicle with care.
