EZ pull appreciates their customers and show it! From the exceptional prices to the customer appreciation events. I was a top 10 buyer at another self pull salvage yard so I am very familiar with all the yards. EZ Pull is my 1st choice.
Warranty is a private choice , any clerk must ask before adding the warranty charge to the purchase price. Doing so is an over charge and must be corrected.
Great selection and prices. Sales team is great and doesn’t try to cheat you. Shawna the manager really helped me out. I just wish the city would repair the road right in front of the business.
I had stopped by on the way home at your location on 247 on Monday 02/03/25 about a part I needed for my car. As I was patiently waiting to talk to someone I over heard one of your employees, Kelsey, speaking very rudely about an older gentleman that left his phone in the yard and was there to retrieve it. She was saying how he's so annoying and that she hated him. And she was talking loudly about it so I'm sure this poor man heard her and she could have cared less. This young lady was very unprofessional and should not be working in retail or a profession that requires personal interaction with customers. She should had no remorse for what she had said about this man, who seemed to be very nice, and just rolled her eyes at him. As a first time customer this was definitely not a good first time impression.
I drove almost 3 hrs. to visit the EZ Pull N Pay at the Warner Robbins location and from the second the automatic doors opened for me until they closed behind me a young woman named Chasity looked after me during the entire experience, she's an asset to the company and I hope she's there every time I visit. Thanks again for all your help.
I found the part I was after, yard was easy to navigate, and staff is friendly.
My only issue is that at the cashier's desk, they should ask if you want parts warranty, before giving you the total and ringing you up. I was simply given the amount, it seemed about right, but when I checked the receipt, I only realized then, they added an optional warranty. Not the end of the world as it was only about $15. But it was too late, and they cannot refund after that.
I suggest cashiers ask if you want warranty, without assuming. That will probably never change, as a business will do what they can to penny pinch. If you're still reading this, remember to explicitly state whether or not you want warranty.
Excellent service and reasonable prices. The only thing they need is to install surveillance cameras since many people arrive and steal what is in the car.
I called set up an appointment for my car to be picked up. I was told 10am to 11am. The driver called me at 10:51am saying he is 30 minutes out. At noon I call him to see what's going on and he is rude with me and said he would call me when he is here and something about cops. So I hung up and waited. At 1pm I called the company to get an update and had to leave a voicemail with no call back. I finally called again at 2pm to get a final update and was asked if I called the driver I told them I did and what was said to me and then was told they would send out another driver. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt and wait. It's now almost 6pm with NO CALL, NO UPDATE, NOTHING! AND THEY ARE CLOSED NOW! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I WILL BE CALLING SOMEONE ELSE!
I've been to several pull your own part yards and this one was the messiest. Staff was nice and prices were reasonable. You almost need a truck to drive down the driveway It's so rough. The large gravel they used in the yard makes it hard to walk and push a wheelbarrow.
I dont like that The staff gets to pick over everything that comes onto the yard, and once it goes on the yard, there are no usable parts on alot of the gm or chevy trucks. Employees take parts off before they hit the yard, and sell them for personal profit. I tried to purchase some caddy tail lights that i saw on a vehicle that entered the yard, and staff took them off before the vehicle got on the yard. It’s bad business when u wont sell parts to customers only because you take and use them on your personal vehicles. Its not fair to customers
Out of all their locations this one is by far my favorite. Not only do they have great car selections but the customer service has improved tremendously. The young lady at the front has such a radiant spirit about herself. I came in to the establishment and unfortunately this time they didn’t have my car but she took her time to not only assist me in locating which location had my car but helping me put the address in my gps (I’m not Tech Savoy). Her customer service experience is extremely hard to come by especially in that area. She’s never rude . Always talks to each customer with respect and very manner able. Which again that’s it’s extremely rare in that area. Another thing that I love about this establishment is the Team work those ladies share. You can truly tell they all have a great work relationship which makes it easier. I truly enjoy this establishment because they make it feel homey they even greet regulars by name.
I love coming to this yard. The ladies at the front are extremely friendly excellent customer service the lady who is at the front should b a manager her spirit is wonderful. Great staff
Gray and white is the perfect spot for any of your car needs you would find them down and customer service are awesome shout out to Rico who assisted me we're finding my parts thanks very much 💯💯💯
I love coming to this Junk yard. There’s two African American young ladies who are so pleasant I’m sorry I can’t remember their names. The young lady at the front is always so friendly and outgoing her customer service is impeccable I told her she should go into corporate America but She Said she loves her job and you can tell by the way she works. This particular day I came in and I wasn’t to pleased the young lady at the front was greeting customers and answering the phones the other African American Young lady was assisting another customer but this caucasian / Spanish looking chick looked me in my eyes and continued doing something on her phone. I waited ten minutes until the young lady at the front was finished and she finally assisted me. That white/Spanish girl is Horrible always has and Attitude like she hates her job and she is always on her phone. That’s extremely bad for business and if it wasn’t for the two African American girls u guys would have a line of people waiting cause if your waiting on the other girl you’ll be waiting forever.
They usually have a good mix of cars. However I wonder when will they realize that one cannot tumble over rocks to pull parts. This location and Go Pull in Norcross are the two that really need to clean up their yard. The rocks are so big that your leg hurts when you are done.
EZ Pull Saved the Day! I was in middle of replacing a dash for my customer when tool slipped and cracked the guage cluster lens. After a quick search I found this business and was able to search vehicles on the lot with this part.
I was greeted by multiple people at the front counter and they explained the part pulling process. Very fair prices and great part selection!
I say you guys saved the day because without this I would have had to order a replacement part 3 times the cost and leave my customer with a damaged vehicle in the meantime.
Thanks again and I will be sure to share your info with any others in need of junkyard.
Thanks,
Russell Corley

My truck was stolen on 5/19/2022 @10:15@m. I called the police upon arriving at home and noticing the vehicle was gone. Called several tow companies and no one had the truck. People in the neighborhood informed me a white tow truck was seen towing the vehicle. A friend of mine also informed me that gray and white keep stolen vehicles on the property. I called and asked for a manager and asked him if they had purchased a truck or any vehicle he stated no. If he didn't purchase how did the truck end up on his lot. I went to gray and white around 4:45pm that afternoon they were closed. On 5/20/2022 my instinct said go and see if they have parts for a dodge ram. The young lady printed up every 1999 dodge ram and for sure mines was listed as the first vehicle. I went to aisle 38 and for sure it was my truck I even opened the door and handed the police the title out of it. The manager stated to me he don't know what the day of the week is when we asked him how did he get the 1999 dodge ram red. Before the truck was stolen the vehicle is registered with active registration and insurance. My truck was running with no issue the body color is not presentable but it was my work truck. I had 2 weed eaters, small compact lawn mower, all my work tools. What reason did they have to tow my vehicle without my permission? My vehicle didn't have a sticker or anything on it for it to be towed. The sad part is they didn't find it in a random area it was 10 steps from my front door. The truck has a active title. I'm pretty sure if they run a Vin check on all those vehicles majority are stolen on that property. I'm out here making a living for my family and people are riding around stealing vehicles for gray and white u pull it to keep his lot full. Please what can I do? My vehicle had sentimental value. How are they purchasing vehicles if the owner not selling it because they do have database with the DMV. They stole my vehicle and have sold parts off of it. They have strip my truck. The BBB is involved
