THANKS AND THAT'S OFF TO RICKY AND DEE DEE AT THE STOCKBRIDGE LOCATION. THEY ARE THE BEST BY FAR THAN ANY OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY DESERVE A GREAT BIG RAISE. I WILL ALWAYS SHOP AT THIS LOCATION JUST BECAUSE OF THE 2 OF THEM.

WHAT A JOKE!! I came in to your Stockbridge Location looking for several parts the other day and the females behind the counter were very rude. The older lady that asked me what I wanted I believe was drunk. She had a fireball in front of her and that's all you could smell. I stated wow you already drinking. That's when that loud mouth black headed one started laughing, said we do what we want. I asked who the manager was and they pointed to the outhouse and said she was on break. So I left and I will not return. But as I walked by your outhouse pot smoke was bellowing out. I don't know what kind of business your running but you really need to replace your staff.

Wonderful experience here I usually go to the Stockbridge but I’m gonna come here more

Whatever u need for your vehicle without the high costs go to ez pull formerly known as small wood ask for Alfredo to pull your parts give him a tip though tell him Cookie sent you

Came in with parts i needed to return. I lost my receipt and there was nothing the girl was able to do. Than Ryan came and asked if when i purchased the items did they ask for my number. I told her i couldn’t remember but i checked out with her. She smiled and said 9/10 times i got your back she took my phone downloaded the app and my receipt was right there. she is so sweet and patient thanks again Ryan

THE PULL-A-PART ON BANKHEAD HIGHWAY(GRAY & WHITE)HAS TWO STAFF MEMBERS THAT ARE SKATING ON THIN ICE WITH A LOT OF CUSTOMERS. THE LARGE LIGHT SKIN LADY WITH GLASSES THAT’S ALWAYS SITTING DOWN FACE IN HER PHONE & THE SMALL SKINNY MEXICAN GIRL THAT HAS A SARCASTIC MOUTH AND CURSES ALL THE TIME, I DON’T KNOW IF THEY THINK THEIR PERSONALITY AND ACTIONS ARE CUTE BUT WHEN YOU START DISRESPECTING CUSTOMERS, IT’S NOT GOING TO END WELL FOR YOU

Good deals better prices well taken pictures

Best place in Columbus to get parts very reasonable I went yesterday even found a pair of brand new boots they have to me for free they have so many cars and the employees are so nice

I have dealt with grey and white for years and years, I even have a video of how to get to you, on my YouTube channel. If you Google,
"Gizmo the Inner City Hillbilly"
You'll find it.
The title is, "The closest salvage yard to Georgia Tech" they also have some really good classics there to buy outright. Last time I was there, I saw a 1974 Datsun 240Z, the entire car, and it had a very straight body, with all the parts there.

Visited this yard for the first time last week and had an excellent experience. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the yard was huge with lots of inventory and well organized, and the prices are very good. I met Matt, the manager and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I'll be making this yard my first stop when I'm looking for parts in the future. Highly recommend!

Good morning i’m My davis my vehicle ran out of gas on Troy Highway as you can see in the picture and was stolen and sold to this establishment Both parties took part in an awful crime There’s a case my attorney will be notified ASAP

To be honest I wish I can give a half a star cuz I want to rate a two and a half the only issue I seem to have with this junkyard located in Montgomery Alabama specifically is that it opens too late I'm on early bird so I like to get up early and get my parts so by the time lunch time come around I can clock out and go home I'm a mobile mechanic here in Montgomery and I do admit they have a great selection when it comes to parts for various of different cars but opening at 9:00 and half the time 9:15 to me is unacceptable especially for a big business like this only issue I have other than that cool with it

I was struggling with my alternator issues I had 2 well both went bad I tried rebuilding one and when tested was still no good was have to haul around 3 car batteries and keep them charged cause I didn't have 300 just laying around for a new alternator and I got quoted 150 to have one rebuilt then stumbled across this gem and I got a like new alternator that works extremely well for under 50 bucks and it comes with a 69 day warranty I'll be back tomorrow to get a power steering pump and some other must have parts that I have needed for a long while now thanks EZ PULL AND PAY y'all are awesome

Always a pleasure, I’ve been coming here since i was 7 yrs old and it’s been great seeing improvements all around

Gray & White Easy Pull Your Part has one of the most complete selections of vehicles I’ve ever seen. No matter what make or model I’m working on, I can count on finding the exact part I need. The yard is organized, easy to navigate, and the prices are always fair.”

Good day reader,

Hope your day is going well. Just wanted to drop a line to say the service was outstanding, pleasurable and consistent. The team was very patient with my request and were straight forward. I really appreciated the visit and plan on returning in the near future.

See y’all soon!!

Not a review here just some website suggestions, the website needs a more user friendly setup and functionality so that users can have a better overall experience. I'm computer savvy and it still took me a minute to find parts pricing. The site needs better search options and also a suggestion box instead of someone having to write a suggestion in the review section. "FYI . of is spelled with 1 single F not 2 in your boasting of a community off DIYers "
But all in all I have had nothing but very pleasant experiences with staff and other customers at Columbus EZ Pull N Pay. But not so much with the website and it's options.

They greeted with kind hellos and was very kind and helpful. We lost our part and they offered us a replacement. They was very helpful.

One of the best yards I been too very great customer service the three lady’s up front are wonderful and amazing alwys very helpful and Alwys makes sure your satisfied best yard out of all

I think that you should be able use your store credit at any location. Engines should not be the flip of a coin. I think you should sell an engine unless you know it work.

These lady are the best you can’t find help and service like this anymore the absolute awesome and I am talking about Samantha and alexis they are amazing

I have a2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 and I needed a lower door hinge. They did have one The price was really cheap $9.38 which I think is very cheap considering a new one for that truck is almost $200 The staff and people running the store are very friendly and very nice they showed me right where the vehicles were got the part and less than 20 minutes off and came home put the new one on the truck I am very pleased to know that they are there and we'll be doing more business with them thank you so much
