BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! They will give you a good quote over the phone BUT when they get there and load up your vehicle on their truck the offer changes and everyone plays dumb as if they don’t know what you discussed before they got there. If you say we will give you between $300 and $400 that means $300 or $400 not whatever I think it’s worth so No don’t say those words say we will give you whatever we think your car is worth then the customer can decide if they want to use your services or NOT! Be ready to get scammed!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Appointment time 4PM - 6PM. They never showed up and did not answer the phone when I started calling at 5:30. I had to drive over an hour to get to my daughter's school. I'm beyond irritated. I will search fir every site I can find to post about this terrible experience.
Today as I was calling to get a quote as I was give the lady full detail on my vehicle she rudely hung up which was unprofessional. I tried calling back no answer. I hate companies like this
I called and spoke to a nice lady and told her my problem and she put me on hold and got everything done. When she came back she gave me a time to meet the tow truck. A driver called and kept me informed of his arrival time. When he arrived we tried a few things and it worked, but I sold the vehicle on the spot no problems and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. If the occasion arrived again I would give them a call immediately.
Great service however price range was agreed upon before arrival, then it changed to lower than what was discussed and I had to negotiate a decent price
The dispatcher was so rude when I told her I couldn’t find the key for the vehicle I was trying to sell she took it so personal when this is BUSINESS . She needs to control her emotions or y’all shouldn’t have a female being a negotiator. Her telling me I’m inconsiderate and hanging up the phone in mid conversation just to call back to tell me they would honor my price was so funny. If the tow truck driver wasn’t as pleasant as he was I wouldn’t have gave them my car .Anywho they asked me to leave 5 stars but the Dispatcher caused this review to be bad the TOW truck drive was excellent but whomever worked Monday 9am as the dispatcher 06/12/2023 needs some sales and customer service training.
Even though I did not want to I had to say goodbye to my mom's car she passed away in June 2022 and that was one of the hardest things I had to do I called Sanford and Son and ask them could they pick it up for me and with no hesitation they did very polite very professional I would have expected more for the car but I'm thankful for what I got the customer service from the driver and the young lady on the phone was magnificent and I appreciate you guys in my time of need
