I pulled in after traveling from Stockbridge to Hwy 29 with a loud noise coming from the bottom of my vehicle. I was scared but had to drive across town due to prior arrangements. A helpful employee explained that my undercarriage was dragging. He removed it and put it in the trunk so I could return to Eagle's Landing Car Spa. I never returned because if they didn't do it right the first time why would I believe they will the next time? Thanks staff at Cici's.

They got me in and out after I drove there with no appointment . I’d noticed a nail in my tire and wanted to fix it on the fly. They were the nearest tire shop to my location at the time, and they only charged a small fee in comparison to other places. Both gentlemen were kind during my waiting time, which was no longer than about 10 or 15 minutes.

A++++... I have had a fantastic experience at this shop! It’s great to find a place that consistently provides excellent service, whether it’s for brakes, tires, or anything else you need. Called for pricing on a new trailer tire. 235/80/r16 Tire was double the price a Walmart tire would be. They told me $160 brand new. Better tire and quality at Walmart. Guy was extremely rude. Told me “go to Walmart then” so that’s exactly what I’ll do….trying to give business to the small guys but when you get smart have low customer service ok cool. I’ll go elsewhere. I haul heavy machinery so my tires go out a lot but I’ll never use you guys for a tire. I suggest anybody else who reads this not use them either. I’m sure they’ll come back with something snappy that’s ok. Call and get a quote and see how they treat you before you come.

All I did was go up there to see what time they open so I can get some tires older guy was working on a weed trimmer I’m telling him I’m seeing several different times for them opening and just wanted to verify he speaking all low like I can hear him this older generation act like you owe them something homie I’m just trying to purchase tires so I can go on about my life

Slow. And they act like they don’t want you to shop there. Love to support my people but the service is just not there. They cost the same as big name places but the quality and service are nowhere near. We gotta do better.

At first it was my to go place for air, flat fix and new tires, But I bought a used tire for almost 100 when he could have offered me a new one for the same amount… last time for me.

Went because of a low tire, I asked for them to look at my tires to confirm if I needed to purchase a new one or not because I was prepared to. They stated my tires are fine he put air in my tires and sent me on my way. Four days later, the tires were flat, and I needed two tires replaced. But I definitely went to another shop SPEEDY TIRES two minutes from this shop and received professional service.

A bunch of rude black men. Especially the big old man with the baseball cap. Definitely needs a class in customer service. But they except the support from black customers but they don’t know how to treat their own. So disappointing!

Poor customer service and very disrespectful! I do not recommend going anywhere near this place! They don’t know what they are doing and on top of that they will try and rip you off.

Is one of the best tire places to help you if you get someone that cares to help BUT the owners attitude made me not want to come back. She made me wait almost a minute to pay because she was watching her tv show. And told my daughter to hush so that she can hear. That was my last day going. Not sure if management is the same right now.

The owner tried to lie to my wife claiming she didn't buy a tire from the location but we did. The tire went bad on her within a week. On top of that, he made her sit there for almost three hours before he decided to replace it with another bad tire. The worst experience ever stay away from this location.

I had a slow leak in my tire it was after 6pm and everyone else was closing early and needed it fixed before I hit the road for a long road trip to Miami early the next morning. I stopped in and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Family owned and operated with great service. Don't hesitate to stop in and see them

Got a nail in my tire from who knows where. They fixed it with a plug in about 5 min. Wow! Charged me $10. Just can't beat that! Professional. I'll recommend them.

Cici's is always clutch!! I went to get a tire fixed this time, but my loyalty comes from them sending a tech to "rescue" me when my tire came off the rim from another incompetent tire shop. I will never use another tire shop again. The only reason I went to another shop was because I had to get to work and cici's was busy that day. It costed me more time and money when I could have just waited. Customer service is stellar!

I only use this place because I have had tire problems and I was near them. And you get what you pay for. I had a blowout, got the tire replaced by them. Was supposed to get my receipt sent through a text, which I didn't get. As soon as the tire got put on, the car was pulling because they just put tires on and don't balance them.

Fast forward to today while I am in Mavis Tires typing this, I learned the tire they replaced was too small. So I paid for the replacement tire only to have to replace it. And I gave the person a tip at CiCi's.

CiCi's is good for people who need round rubber things to get around with but they aren't a great service for getting a good quality tires. I am paying 10 bucks more for a new tire then what I paid for the used tire to have lifetime mounting and balancing, rotating.

And I am sure if I went to CiCi's to explain everything there would be a reason why they wouldn't be able to accommodate or explain what happened.

My tire size is difficult to find in stock, but Charles found the correct size the same day and Linnie made sure they were in and installed the next morning. Thank you both! I will return. ?

This place is so unprofessional. I try to give black businesses a try but they disappoint everytime. Whenever I come here for service no one acknowledges my presence. No, may I help you or I'll be with you in a minute. They either flirting in women face or so focus on that one customer while you looking like do they even see me? Smh. Don't go here.

I have to say they were fast and professional and the tires are really good quality for used tires and the price was just right. CiCi's tires came in just on time!!
Not to mention they are black black-owned!!

I would recommend this shop. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. You get a 7 day warranty on used tires. My 19in were $60. Tire disposal is only $3.

Was ther 2 weeks ago and left hardware off my
Brake assembly that could of cost me my life. Owner and employees are not on one page and seems like he rushed the job without double checking to make sure everything is good. We all like fast service but make sure your employees are trained to know what to do. This could have been a horrible experience but thank god it wasn't. I have pictures to Prove and will seek legal action if need be
