Hi. I wanted to share a sincere compliment for Kindrick Watson and Howard's business. He just towed my car to Copper Lake Automotive in Smyrna. I made a mistake and made an appointment with Cooperlake Car Care BUT told Mr. Watson to go to Automotive, which is what I wanted. He listened, delivered and helped fix my mistake. I legit confused three different companies all at the same time. Ugh! Thank you, Mr. Watson, for being helpful and great to chat with. P.S. I will also never forget the Howard's Tow truck driver that stopped to help me (I didn't call) on 75 with seven lanes of traffic at night - 20 years ago. My tire blew out with no spare and was terrified and crying because I didn't know what to do as young woman. He towed my car and got me home safely. I only had $20 to give. That's powerful customer service and I've never forgotten that experience. Howard's Towing is good people and a good business. Ashli

Dwayne was incredibly helpful and a true gentleman 2 nights ago. He helped me out in the cold and after it had been raining to fill my tires multiple times with air. He helped me adjust up and down air pressure wise until we got the right reading which with my car model took awhile but throughout the whole experience He was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and just an all around good guy that came to the rescue when I needed it. I was basically stranded at a gas station with all four of my tires super low on air and hour and half roughly away from home and it was around 11pmish and he took the time to help me. Prior to me going up to him for help I went up to multiple other people for help and no one else helped me. When I asked for help he immediately agreed and despite me offering multiple times to pay him for his kindness like a true gentleman he did it without asking for anything in return despite me offering multiple times. If you need someone to help you with all your vehicle in need of a wrecker services ask for Dwayne! He’s amazing. I wish I could rate him higher than just 5 stars as he deserves it!

I called around several places. Howard's was the cheapest by a good percentage. The ladies that does the dispatch were super friendly and the the driver Deanthony was the best I initially gave the wrong address but he didn't seem to mind. Highly recommend.
