This business is a scam. We parked in a parking lot where there were no signs indicating parking rules. There was one sign that noted parking was private, but it did not include who or who could not park there. It said no vehicles could be “illegally or improperly parked,” but did not specify what constitutes illegality or improperness. A security guard watched us park there and did not alert us to the meaning of the sign. Instead, they booted the car when we walked off to garner funds for their private business. The sign was also in font so small it was illegible. We would have parked somewhere else if we knew parking there was illegal. Unfortunately, there was no way to know. And you have no choice but to pay right then and there, or they will not remove the boot. That has to be illegal, and we have lawyers looking into it. A class action may make sense here. Had an incident and CJ was both kind and professional in helping me deal with it. I park in the same lot every time I’m in midtown because of this! He prioritizes the safety of others, 10/10 would recommend going through him!
First off I must say it was unpleasant returning to my vehicle with a boot in December. But CJ was kind enough to allow me to pay what I had. I am reading some of you folks reviews and I have one question? How was he violent and yah didn’t call police the first time? But anywho CJ I appreciate you for helping a single mother out. ???CALL THE POLICE BEFORE YOU PAY!!!!! CJ THE SCAMMER made us pay to get a boot off via Apple Pay and refused to provide a receipt. Not only that some cars were ticketed while others were booted, no consistency and pure chaos and this is just one lot (Downtown across from EMBR). Called company line to get a receipt, for them to say disputes have to be filed online. Go on the website to find it’s not even a working site, just a white screen. Called back and they put me in touch with CJ specifically, who still continuously refused to deliver a receipt with no good reason. In what world do you pay an official booting company via Apple Pay and get refused proof of an official receipt. But you literally have no choice if you want the boot off your car. He threatened to call the cops ON ME for demanding my receipt. If you see this man do not pay him till cops arrive. Informed management of his actions, if they continue to support the #1 booter pulling down their ratings, that’s how they want themselves to be represented. Jeff from Corporate called back and delivered a receipt after 2 hours of constantly calling whoever I could to get in contact with to find someone who could provide the receipt, he was kind and acknowledged the issue. Truly a horrible experience, not that getting booted is ever fun. ZERO stars if I could.
They booted my car even after we provided proof of payment. The parking attendant CJ was very hostile with us and even became physical at one point. When I called to report him, he simply got in his car and left. After 2 hours of calling and getting the run around, he returned and told us that he wouldn't come back that night, so we needed to pay him or be left stranded (and have to pay for another day of being booted). If you're reading reviews, it's probably too late but if you can avoid their lots, do so at all costs. If your car gets booted, call the police.
If they boot your car, you will have to pay $75 regardless on weather you paid or not. The enforcement officer, CJ, is the rudest and least helpful person I've ever met, even getting physical at one point with us. This company is a complete scam and I would rather never drive again than use one of their lots.
They will boot you even if you pay for a spot and will keep you waiting for at least 45 minutes to unboot you and it costs $75. Do not park in any lot that is affiliated with this company. I stayed here for the shaky knees festival and came back to a booted car at midnight.
This company is fraudulent and boots cars for paid spots and then charges you to take the boot off of your car. My bank account was charged twice for boot removal and I now have to dispute the issue with my bank. Please get a receipt as I did.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They charged me twice and shouldn't have even charged me once. I was attending an event that covered the parking for everyone attending that event. When I called to dispute they were extremely rude and kept hanging up on me. I had to call on a different number and then was sent from one person to the other. I was told there was a form to fill out online for disputes...there is not. This company should be shut down.
Booted car for being 10min late. Not even willing to talk. Next time I come to Atlanta I bring a grinder and look for others booted. Pitty you cannot give negative stars
Was visiting from Canada. After leaving the site without reading the ticket (my mistake) I came back to the attendee and admitted my mistake. The man looked at my ticket and said I was lucky and that he'd give me a pass. I even tipped him 5$ for his help.
Came back the next morning to a booted car. Called the number. The phone service is rudest you will ever encounter in your living time. Once the person onsite... he ran my first credit card. It said declined... But it wasn't.. his app only takes zip codes. Not postal codes. He charged 2 cards .. (which I confirmed passed after communicating with the banks).. he suggested I get cash because his app said declined.
I refused and called the police. The officer that was parked across the street and seemed well too familiar with the hustle.. helped....... But the whole ordeal is the sketchiest thing I've came across in my recent memory. Pls beware . Unfortunately if you are reading a review on this . It's probably too late. Garbage people.
Parked legally, paid for our parking, parked in the lines, and came out at 11pm to a booted car. took an hour to even get someone to contact us. Absolutely the worst company. Didn't even listen to our complaints. An absolute scam.
This is a scam!!!! Please be aware of these people. They had someone with tickets out in the lot taking money and as soon as you walk away they booth you. Do whatever you can not to use this lot across from the Vortex.

If they see the cops on site they are too scared to make you pay for it. Worst company ever! We arrived at 9:40 paid until 4:00 am. We went to get dinner at The Vortex came out maybe an hour and ten minutes later and our car has not one but TWO boots. Called the company and worst costumer service ever. They would not give us the supervisor’s name or number. We had to call the police if not they’re wouldn't come out to take the boot off. Then they give us a STUPID Reason why they put the boot on the car plus they won’t refund us the money. We were probably one of 4 cars that got booted for NO REASON!
Legalized extortionists. Thieves, robbers, lying sacks of feces every one. I do not understand how these people look at them selves in the mirror in the morning and think about the damage they do to peoples lives. I have proof that I did everything correctly and they say I didn't, booted my car, and now I have to get a lawyer or forget about it.
Called to have my boot removed, and was told the technician would arrive in 15-20 mins. After 30 mins I called and the women I spoke with would not give me her information or the information for a supervisor. I called a third time and the woman said she would page the technician. It has not been 40 minutes and I am still waiting for the technician to arrive.
UPDATE: Technician arrived after 50 mins.
This company is FAKE!!! I put the paid for parking ticket (3 hours) on the dashboard of my car, locked it and returned from the Fados in midtown exactly 2 hours later to find my wheels booted. I think they are operating a scam because as I was waiting 30 minutes for the guy to come remove the boots, I spoke with another guy who also paid for a parking ticket and had his car booted. The Peachtree Parking guy removed the boots only after stealing $75 from me and claiming that I didn't pay for the ticket. What bs. I responded, "Are you f'n serious? Who paid for it then? My dog?" Do Atlanta a favor Peachtree Parking and leave. Bunch a CROOKS I tell ya!
Worst company I ever dealt with! I paid for my parking spot until 12am and when I returned to my car at 10pm I had 2 wheels locked. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and I had to pay 75USD to unblock my car, otherwise we would leave. I will do all I can to have my money back as I have proof I've paid for the parking spot.
