It's a shame how the son has ran this business after a good relationship i had with his father. This is the most expensive Junkyard shop in the whole of Georgia. I challenge anyone to go & verify & compare their prices with others they are very expensive. I had no option to buy a part from them when unfortunately I couldn't find that particular parts in other junkyards. I didn't wanna buy from them, but I had no choice to. How this clowns stay in business is beyond me. They don't accept credit cards there. But either debit cards with a special additonal cost or cash. I thought there's a bureau that regulate this kinda odd behavior with fines & sanctions. This business needs to be reported.
These people are scammers. They sold me a bad engine for vehicle. They will not give my money back . I had an professional shop install the engine for me and the professional learned it was a bad engine. Falcon auto part did not give me back my money .
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They sold me a bad engine and keep lying about saying “we test all our engines here at our shop”. Please stay away from them. Save your money . Avoid them PLEASE!
I called and asked for a part they confirmed they had it. After driving 45 min there I get ther for them to tell me they don’t have the part and try to sell me a new version of the part for double the price. Very frustrating.
Went and bought a radiator last week. I asked the man that sold it to me if it would work because it looks as if a piece was missing. He told me it was to drain. I took the radiator ($82) and had my mechanic put it in. Well the piece I asked about was the same piece that was already broken. When I called today 3/5/2025 to get a refund all they kept asking about was my receipt telling me basically that my life situation don’t matter cause they just need the receipt to give me a refund.. The man was rude and very disrespectful DONT COME HERE FOR PARTS THE DONT GAF
Horrible liars who just want to steal your money. DON NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NEVER SEND THE PART!!! I’ve paid them 3x and they keep saying they don’t have the money and then the story was that they couldn’t find a mechanic. Now the phone numbers are disconnected or they aren’t even answering the phone. They have had my money for over a month and I’m still no closer to getting my car fixed. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused and I can never get anyone on the phone. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY…. They are the kind of people who prey on others that are in tight situations, and then they take advantage of them and give them the runaround. Honestly just get a real job and stop hurting people who are already in horrible situations and just trying to survive.
Horrible service stole my money about a product that I was interested in and would not give me my money back. Came in to pay cause the owner wanted a check and would not give it back. Save your money and time and stay away from this junkyard.
Horrible customer service, Conflicting pricing and parts availability. Employee came out and told me that my part was bad.Only for me to lay under the vehicle.Check myself and find out that the tank was in decent condition employee was just being lazy and didn't want to do his job On top of that, got a chance to talk to the owner of the establishment in which was not willing to compensate me in any type of way for the inconvenience of me having to get dirty laying down under a vehicle in a junkyard with extremely unsafe working conditions, It also was extremely rude about it I wouldn't suggest supporting this business in any type of way
Purchase a motor for my Honda took money out of account on March 6 2024 and never received the motor I am out of state purchase through their page on market place so disappointed please be aware for scammers people they sounded very professional but it was all a scam today is March 192024 and still no answer page was taken down from market place
this place is a lifesaver, went there today to get rims and was more satisfied with the service than i thought dealing with anyone in mechanics… they also got a battery out of my friends car and cleaned up some battery acid that came out. highly recommend to get parts from here
Bad business sold me a engine for my suburban and I had it installed by a professional shop and the engine went out a week later and this company refuse to honor the warranty there ripping folks off. Please go to u pull it or southern salvage, you get better customer service and more quality parts.
Called up to this place yesterday at 2pm to inquire about a ac compressor for my Hummer, informed that they had it, paid an uber driver $45 to give me a ride from QT on old Dixie hwy an forest park, got there at 5pm and they were closed called all 3 numbers on Google and on the building and no answer, but the answer machine stated they closed at 6pm and Google stated they closed at 5:30. Call them this morning between 8am and 9 and still no answer, this business is ran by incompetent unprofessional people that don't have there stuff together. I will not recommend this company to anyone, go to southern auto salvage there guaranteed to have the part you need at a better price and they actually open up and closed when they specify online. Please advise Falcon auto does not represent for the Atlanta falcons or Georgia in no fashion.
I tried to buy parts from someone at Falcon Auto Parts. They would only take non-recourse payments, because he needed the money to ship the parts. After a long back and forth for several days I sent a shipping label to them and said I would only pay with PayPal goods and services. They said forget it. I am sure I was going to get ripped off. BE WARE if you buy from these guys.
Rough around the edges, but best prices around town! TJ was super professional and had the exact part I needed. I was loaded up and out the door in less than 10 minutes.
If you are considering doing business here, I highly recommend it!
Sold me the wrong transmission for a Volvo XC90 and refuse to make good on it. Their error was discovered 10 days before the 30 day warranty was up. Transmission never installed. Additionally said that they would make it right however, they said even with the receipt in hand they would not stand behind their agreement because it was past the 30 days.
Strongly recommend never doing business with these guys. If you were forced to, make sure you have absolutely everything and writing including any agreement and above and beyond the basic 30 day warranty.
So I have a used transmission that doesn’t fit my vehicle and lots of excuses.
Do not waste your money here. They sell bad parts and WILL NOT refund your money when you bring it back. Used car parts are sketchy anyway. Just invest in the brand new part and good piece of mind. These people are not mechanics, they are scammers! You have been warned.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I drove 3 hours to pick up a fuel pump I called about yesterday. Guy asked me to bring old one to match up, make sure right part. I explained to him the part is still on the car. He said was no problem. I confirmed with him the hours of operation, that I would be there first thing in morning and that I’d be driving 3 hours. I got there today and he refused to sell me the part unless I had old part so he could put it on the motor. He was selling the engine to someone and was going to swap out the good fuel pump with my bad one. Obviously very shady people. I’d avoid at all cost. I found same part with Warranty for same price from reputable salvage yard that will deliver to me.
Bought a part that they claimed worked as it should, it didn't of course. Took it back wanted refund, they said no of course. Say they could exchange it but they couldn't of course. And their refund policy is bull. Gave me a credit. Credit for what?! What he said was not what was stated on my receipt. Guess I'll be calling BBB. Don't play with me, I can read.
Pros:
1. They answer their phone. You wouldn't believe how many salvage yards don't answer the phone.
2. He has a computerized inventory system that appears to be kept up to date. I sat their and watched him update his inventory letting customers know upfront whether he had the part or not.
3. He was friendly.
4. His price was better than the place that makes you pull your own part. Really?

They sent me a control module that was oozing corrosion from the insides. I would have refused the part but never saw it since the part was dropped off on a Saturday because they couldn't get it to me during the week, even though it was prepaid. They refused a refund. I finally got them to swap it for a shifter assembly that looks like it was removed with a hatchet. I hope this part works. They will get no more business from me. I wouldn't even give 1 star but I can't publish without it.
I had to have my hood replaced due to a minor collision. I found a hood at this salvage yard and after contacting them I arranged a time to come in and they were nothing but helpful. Great staff, easy to work with. One of the guys installed the hood for me and there was another part that was bent in the collision and they helped me get it swapped out the same day at a great price. I'll certainly be back if I need anything!
Called about a part for my Toyota. Really friendly and polite over the phone. They said that they had it but were saving it for someone else. Called me later and told me that the other guy didn't buy it and then quoted me a price. I picked it up the next day and they gave it to me at a much lower price than the original quote since it was an aftermarket part. I will check with these guys first the next time I am looking for a part!
I called around looking for a side window for my 240SX. After talking to Tyson on the phone, they confirmed the part was available and told me they would have it removed and waiting for me and would be open until 6 PM. He took my credit card information over the phone, gave me the confirmation number, and when I arrived to pick up the window it was in excellent condition and the receipt was provided along with the part.
No complaints, prompt service, and a very reasonable price. (He even offered to discount the installation by 30% if I wanted them to do it, but since the car was already at another shop for body work I declined.) I would recommend them to anyone looking for parts, especially for a mid-90s car like mine.
