This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Atlanta, GA, Poly junk car buyer & Tow Co. scores a standout 100/100. Reviews consistently praise fast, same-day pickups and punctual pros, clear communication (ETAs, updates), and bilingual staff. Cash offers are seen as fair and honored on arrival, with paperwork handled quickly and no hidden fees; upfront pricing and respectful service stand out. Wait times are short, and towing/junk-car removal is smooth. Complaints are virtually absent. Note: reviewers don’t address yard organization, parts inventory, or ease of finding parts, so those aspects remain unclear.
Yanda gave good service. Called, notified me when he could arrive, came when he said he would. Everything went smoothly. Gave cash for price we agreed to. No surprises. Pleasant young man. I highly recommend.
Yandy is a lifesaver and I highly recommend this place! I needed to get my car out of the towing lot within 2 hours before the place closed so I wouldn’t incur another $125 fee. He answered immediately, got straight to the point of what I needed to do and provide, dropped what he was doing to meet me in time, gave me the cash, helped me get my license plate off, and let me take my time to say goodbye to my car. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!
Poly company (Yandy) did a great job! He was professional and picked my car up the same day with the amount that we discussed. I would definitely recommend to others.
Great service with the FASTEST cash in hand. Called him within 30 minutes he was at my house and purchase was made. Got my car towed this morning no issues. Highly recommend
Very professional and friendly young man. Came same day, and transaction was quick. I pray that I never need his towing service, but if ever needed... I would definitely call him.
Yandy came out as soon as I called! And gave me upfront cash for my car!
He was easy to contact, and kept me updated by the minute! Easy and fast! No problems! Thank you!
Amazing service! I had scheduled a pick up two days prior with another company. They were unreliable and wouldn't give me an arrival time or estimate after agreeing to a morning pick up. Tower wldnt even reply to my calls or texts until hours later. I was pressed for time and contacted Poly. The tower arrived amazingly fast. They arrived in less than 30 minutes after I called them. And they paid me a fair price for my junk car. Thanks so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Made a call at 11a. Rep said he'd be by at 1:30p to pick up my car that very same day. He was on time and loaded the car up, signed paperwork and was out the door within 15-minutes. Great commitment to service. Thank you!
This company is very honest and gives their best they pay what is quoted even though it didn’t have something it was supposed to initially but they still honored their valuations at that point I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who values honesty and morals.
Great experience with this company. The driver let me know exactly when he would arrive. Everything was quick and extremely easy. Driver was friendly and courteous. Payout was the best. I will call Poly first if I ever need their service again.
This company was the BEST! Their quotes were fair. The customer service was very good. They went beyond the call of duty for customer service. The tow trucker was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and polite. WOW!! I would recommend this company over every other company that I talked to. They have the best and FAIR prices. Thank you very much. Trust is the key and they earn it. If anyone needs to sell their vehicle, this is the place by far. Keep up the good work and never change, because you all stand out 100% I'm a happy customer. Thanks once again
I had a great experience with Poly! The owner was honestly super fast and very professional. This was the first time I done this whole process and he made it easy and stress-free. Honestly, they’re the best in the area from everywhere else I called. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need to handle a car. Highly recommend!!!!
I recommend him to anyone needing this service. He was very professional, communication was awesome as he stayed in contact to keep me posted on his arrival time even when delayed. He was respectful of my time and my junk car! I found him on Google and was glad I did. I don't think that I could have gotten better service from anyone else!
Quick and easy service. I called and within an hour my vehicle was picked up. I was offered a great price and paid cash right at the spot. I will definitely recommend their services.
My family had a great experience with Poly Junk! We needed our car towed to the dealer for repairs and we were able to schedule it for the very next morning. They were on time, friendly, and very professional. Plus their prices were the best around. Would highly recommend!
