What clients say about Kouble's Towing Services in Atlanta (GA)
I was driving across the state in my SUV and it broke down and I required long distance towing back home. Dispatcher gave me a very good explanation of the procedure and a realistic time frame. The driver arrived on schedule, locked up the car and relocated it without problem. I got updates on the flight that made me feel more confident. The service was professional, fast and handled with care. You could become a little stressed when traveling big distances, but this company makes it easy. Their attention to detail and skill was great and I would not hesitate to use them again.
I underestimated how far I could make it to the next gas station and need Fuel Delivery. I was lost in an unknown place, and worried about how long it would take for aid. Fortunately this firm replied swiftly and sent a very friendly driver. He supplied enough petrol to get me going again and even checked to make sure my car had no further problems. The service was swift and cheap and professional from beginning to end. I liked the way the driver was kind during the whole encounter. Will definitely use again if I get any roadside emergencies or if I require Car Towing in the future.
Used their local hauler to take a project car to a nearby repair shop. Scheduling was easy and the driver was timely. Safe and troubleless transfer of the automobile. The process was easy and absolutely stress free for me. Competent service and honest price.
I had a flat battery running errands and called this service for battery service. The dispatcher was really helpful and had a tech deployed right away. The driver was here in 20 minutes and had my car up and running in no time. He was pleasant and took time to explain why the battery might have failed and gave maintenance advice. I have also hired them to locally carry an older automobile that I was selling and the experience was just as pleasant. They took good care of my automobile and secured it correctly on the truck. I needed a fuel delivery after running out on a highway and the driver came to the rescue swiftly and handled things responsibly. I really like how they make difficult situations seem manageable, and their professionalism and reliability at all times. They provide great services such as towing cars/motorbikes, special vehicles and long distance transportation. They do it all with efficiency and genuine care whether it is an emergency such as car lockout or a scheduled vehicle transport which makes me feel confident I will call them again if I need to.
Last weekend, while my family and I were on a trip, my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. I was worried that we wouldn't obtain help, especially because we required Long-Distance Hauling to go home. I'm glad this towing firm came through. I felt better right away because they came when they said they would. He was courteous and filled up my car so it would be safe for the long drive. I've used a lot of towing firms before, but this one looked more professional and organized. They also said they could haul motorcycles and other strange vehicles, which proves that they can do anything. I didn't believe I was spending too much, and everything went smoothly. They were kind and helpful, which made a significant difference while they were stuck on the road with their family. If you want good service from far away, I would recommend employing them.
I needed to move a sedan and a compact SUV around town. The towing firm came on time and safely loaded both cars. They did a great job and even offered to fix batteries. Throughout the ride, I liked how careful and polite the driver was. Service that is dependable and flexible.
