Cody and Matt are great! They went over and above what was needed/asked for with my MINI Cooper. This is my 2nd vehicle I have taken to them because they are very knowledgeable and thorough. Their process from intake to pickup is very streamlined as well.

5/5 would definitely recommend to anyone in the ATL area. Brought in to have an interior door handle replaced and to do a diagnostic on another issue. Got everything handled within 2 days and even gave me a loaner to use! Was kept informed throughout the service, pictures to show the various issues were sent! Will definitely be back in the future!

Cody was very helpful, he was extremely courteous and professional. I brought my Mercedes in because of engine trouble. Because of their research, they were able to determine my repair was covered by an extended MB warranty. Their findings resulted in a savings for me of over $10,000! Needless to say, I was impressed!

I've had brakes replaced and an oil change on my Audi here. They are very thorough and do excellent work, and I cannot stress "excellent" enough. You'll pay for it, but it's definitely worth the money when the work is A-1.

Wish I could give this shop a better review, I will try to be as honest as possible in my review and fair. I did some work on my vehicle myself in which I replaced some parts under my Audi's supercharger using non OEM (a big no-no for my vehicle). This was my fault so I take blame for using cheaper parts. After realizing I should maybe get professional help for the car I took it to Vaughan Automotive for my vehicles health. Vaughan's staff did help me get the correct OEM parts and reassembled my vehicle which I commend them for! They did this quickly and with care. Paid about $2,700 in August 2025 for cooling system repairs on my Audi A7 (water pump, thermostat, PCV valve, and coolant pipe conversion). Just 4 months later, another shop found a coolant leak under the supercharger through pressure testing. When I called to discuss whether the leak was related to their recent work, they refused to even look at the car or honor any warranty. They dismissed my concerns over the phone without inspecting anything. For that kind of money, the work should last longer than 4 months, and a professional shop would at least examine the issue. Where things went left is when the staff acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my money. A reputable shop stands behind their work and investigates problems. This shop takes your money and moves on. I didn't think it was okay to not honor your work. I also didn't appreciate the pushback when I asked for an itemized bill (parts, labor etc.). Got into a small disagreement with the staff because I wanted to understand their labor rate and parts. Felt like I was being overcharged for labor so I asked for clarity and was met with condescending responses. Hopefully they can turn this around.

My experience with Vaughan was great. They made it very easy to drop my car off and receive a courtesy vehicle. And I also appreciate that they send pictures of areas that need repair.

I took my Sprinter Van in for brake pads and rotors replacement. The customer service is top tier and is very rare and I really appreciate it! I brought in a car I had recently purchased for a post-purchase inspection. They provided a detailed estimate with all the recommended repairs and rationale for why. The pricing was reasonable, but I wanted to first see if my warranty would cover any of the work. There was zero pressure to do the repairs right then and there, and they went over what was maintenance-related vs true damage so I knew what to submit under my warranty. I brought that estimate to the place I purchased the car from and ended up receiving a full buyback for the vehicle. They saved me thousands in repairs and got me out of paying for a car that needed a ton of work. Will absolutely be back when I purchase a new vehicle. Amazing service, fair pricing, great communication and thorough work!

Had my car diagnosed for an ongoing issue as the car was running very rough. Cody/ Matt were professional over the phone as I was not physically present at his repair shop. They gave me good advice on how to get my car fixed by the Mercedes dealership as it it a known major issue for my car model. I would recommend Vaughan to anyone. They know what they are doing. Lastly before I forget, they did give me timely updates, I did not have to call them to find out what's happening with my car as I would do at most places.

I called Vaughn to get an estimate to replace my front headlight on my 450 Mercedes. The guy i spoke with informed me that they don't take parts that is brought in by customers as I informed him I ordered a new light from off EBay. That was a red flag for me. I still insisted on an estimate not thinking he would charge me a price that I can buy a good used car with. The estimate was for over $5,000 just for them to replace a front headlight and not a transmission or motor. This is by a complete RIPOFF! I don't care how good of a job this place do this is ridiculous ?

First time having my BMW serviced at Vaughn. Way better than my experience with dealer service centers. Easy to schedule appointment on line, received reminders about appointment, received regular updates of my cars status, cost before starting service, notification when service complete. Company really cars about satisfying the customer.

Vaughan Auto is a great place to take your car. I have a 2019 X3 BMW and they ran a test to see exactly what was wrong. Very, Very PLEASED with their work and price. Work done in a timely manner and I truly recommend you to try them. VERY FRIENDLY, TOO.

I normally leave reviews when I don’t like something but good reviews are needed to. This is a good review ? I’ve been going to Vaughan Automotive for a few years now! Every time I’ve been there they have been professional, polite and have great customer service. I love the communication in person and the fact I can approve my services and they aren’t just doing car repairs and bill me when I arrive. I like I know my total and all fees so there is no sticker shock with price. They leave me car clean after service and my car is always running smoothly after. It may be crazy to say but one thing I like the most is the cleanliness of the shop it doesn’t smell like an auto shop. It’s always clean and fresh when I go in. I appreciate them especially the week of Christmas. Everyone was working so hard all day. They finished by car right at close of business and they did it with a smile. Thank you everyone! Had a mutual customer passing through town and they had a breakdown. Turned into a complex electrical issue. We found Vaughan automotive through a referral and boy we are sure glad we did. I used the Audi dealership for several years, and I wasted time and money on inaccurate diagnoses. I am glad I found Vaughan Automotive! Mathew takes his time to educate the customer and explain what needs work.
