Beware! Their driver damaged my garage and now they’re avoiding me and I have a hole in my garage wall because of their driver. Now I have to see what my options are because they keep avoiding me. My service was 5/28/24 and they will not take care of the damage their driver caused!!!
Horrible customer service( with the exception of the young lady who works in the morNing) …unreliable… no compassion or courtesy… very condescending.. scam!!!!
Not only did they fail to pick up my toe. They caused my car to get towed by a whole Nother company that I now have to pay for and have yet to receive my refund or even get a call back from management. I’ve been calling for consecutive days with nothing done. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not use this company for anything!!!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews first and save time. I’ve reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as well and found out they’re not not even a credited by them. And I can see why. If they failed to reimburse me for my storage fees, and for my Tow, I will be taking a civil suit call them and I We go further if need be, especially after that rude receptionist!!! It cost nothing to listen with sincerity and to have compassion. Don’t cut a customer off when they’re trying to express their concerns off money that you owe to them.. And especially since I am a blogger, and actress they really should watch who they mistreat
I lost 3 hours plus 2 hours drive time I'll never get back. I did get to see me be not serviced and put to thr side like I and was told so many reasons stood in line 7 times just to be told the car I was looking at we can't find the key 7 times. As I figured out this was the last stop for these cars before being crused to see how many dumb
people they could sale this pile of scrap metal to as a running driving car.For the first couple hours I couldn't figured why I was getting any cars to look at. Only thing I could even imagine was it had to be because my skinbro didn't match Kimbro's. Bui made me upset to see the city I've lived in and worked in most of my doesn't love me anymore.then I figured it out they was just protecting me from buying the unprocessed shredder materials for used car prices
. Sometimes you got to see the true colors for yourself and action fom outside the box thanks Kimbro's for sure.
This place is doing people so wrong! They buy JUNK GARBAGE vehicles from people for pennies and then mark them up and act like you're getting a good deal for a LEMON that should actually be on the way to the crusher!! And to top it off, the people who run the place are super racist!! So messed up!!

I paid for a service and never received it. I waited over 3 hours after I paid for a tow. I was still understanding of everyone’s time. He came and was getting it hooked up. I went inside for 5 min and I came back out and he was gone. The car was still there. I called the lady dispatcher to see what happened. After she called him, he said something on the truck was broken and he needed to go back and get another truck. She said he couldn’t come back tonight but could in the morning. After she discussed it with her supervisor, they offered to refund or to come in the morning. I still gave them the benefit of doubt and wanted them to come in the morning. She scheduled it for 8Am. After 9, I callled to see an estimated time. No answer. I stayed on the line for 30 min. NOTHING! Now I’m out of money and a service. ( it is 1 pm the next day and I paid for this service at 7 pm)
Stealing a single black women money is very lowdown and I hope this don’t happen to anyone else.
Update: Some man called and said he is otw( over 12 hours later). I told him the service is no longer needed. He said he will refund my money. It’s been 2 weeks.
PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY NAME ON EVERY LISTING... Paying ahead of time should have bothered me, but I was just ready to be home from college park to sandy springs. I was told by the driver 2 hours later that he was 26 miles from me. I call again 1hr 15 min, he tells me he gave timing to wrong person that he has to drop off 15 min from me then come to me. Told me about 30 min... I was over an hour to give time, I call again and am told he is on his way to me but it's 26 min away, I wait 49 call back no answer... I have been stranded since 2300, it is now 06:15. This MoFo just called me and said he is on the way to my car. This is why black people don't like doing business with black businesses. Horrible experience. These people think these scams can't be found... More updates to come.
Avoid this place at all cost. They are pleasant when quoting & scheduling pick ups but on the day of the actual pick up you speak with an extremely unprofessional and rude individual as she drastically changes the price. Sheka belongs in a discount mall not conducting business.
The driver hit my stone mailbox, got out and looked at it and went on about his business as if he didn't do it. After contacting the company with video evidence the owner refused to pay for the damages in full and would not provide the driver who did the hit and run. I'm having to file in small claims court and fill out a police report against the driver. Obviously this is not a legit company you want to do business with. Your property could be next.
I was told when I called for information about your service that they offer $200-$300 depending on condition of the car. My car had all 4 tires engine and everything on it except hub caps. When the pictures was reviewed she only offered $150 and I stated I was hoping at least $200 she said well I can give you $180. I was a gold Chevy 2004 impala picked up Friday 25 of August.
The process was quick and easy. The driver was really nice and assisted me with removing the tags. He had the car hooked up within 15 minutes I think lol good job 😊
They gave me a offer...then came to look at my car and gave a lower number..I told her never mind ill go to a different company she offered me 80 more dollars ...moral of the story never go with the first offer or company
The offer for my 2004 F150 4x4 was very fair. The pick up appointment was set and they called to confirm two times. Day of pick up - No show. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they have taken steps to right the situation. They have rescheduled my pick up for this Tuesday. I am confident they will keep the appointment, therefore, they have earned the good rating. Any company can make mistakes. A great company takes the proper steps to correct the mistake. Will keep everyone posted on the final result.
Do not contact these people for any reason. The lady answering the phone is rude and combative towards anybody that calls. I completely understood the reason why they could not pick up my vehicles. But I had more than just one vehicle that needs to be picked up and I just wanted to make sure that they were not coming to get them if they could not accommodate. It was no reason to be rude or angry towards a customer. no wonder why you have a 1-star rating
Horrible horrible experience. Everyone I spoke to was extremely rude. Very unprofessional and difficult to get a hold of. Also rip off price on cars. They refuse to sign the title for the vehicle.
I had an appointment through Cash4cars. I had indicated that the engine had parts missing ie Catalytic converter. They got here - late I might add - looked under the car and when I stepped into my house - they just left. no explanation - wouldn't answer phone or text. Very unprofessional and rude. Run the other way!
Horrible experience with the driver. Rude, loud, very disrespectful and complete lack of professionalism. His answer to request to chill out a bit was “Or what? You aint gonna do s**t” Would noever recommend this company to anyone.
They lacked professionalism but they did come through eventually. They came up with a time window to pick up my car, didn't honor it. Then they were supposed to call me before the got to the location, they didn't do that either. They also were supposed to pay me through cash app. They did it but it took so long that I thought it may have been a scam company. Plus their contact number/ name don't match up. So be cautious if you use this service.
