Absolutely loved working with them! Id called 4 spots in total and they were my last, not only did I feel he was more engaged over the phone but he also offered me a better price than any of the other 3, even getting here over an hour before the others would have arrived. He stayed connected with me through text the entire process and when he was picking the car up it took less than 10mins to get paid, have a friendly conversation & wave bye to my car.

I would like to say thank you so very much to the gentleman man who came out my house (Ben) to haul my minivan off for me. It's been stressful the last few months since my husband passed away trying to keep my head above water trying to provide for my two children. Being that said, that minivan is one of only a few items of any real value in my name to sell if I needed to and have had no luck trying to figure out a way either fix it, sell it, or haul it off to the scrap yard myself. Then yesterday, in only a couple hours it was all taken care of. The process was a lot less stressful than I anticipated. I appreciated his patience when I wasn't quite done clearing my things out of the car when he arrived. Overall Ben was professional and personable. He provided quality customer service. I thought it was awesome that as far away as their office was that he was able to come that far to pick it up( I'm almost an hour away).
