Imagine being a professional business but unable to answer any directory option on your phones. Not sure what kind of business model that is.

Very slow 3-4 hours unloading nd picking up

This place is one of the worst places to load. It takes forever and they don't care. Ever driver I know hates coming here.

Great people they just need to clean the area where you off load scrap. I've been getting a lot of nails in my tires

Just terrible. Dry van loads. Park on the street, and call the #, then wait for them to call you back with a door. I’ve been here since 7:45am, and didn’t leave till noon. There was only 1 truck before me.

Sorriest place I've delivered to in a long, will never take another load to this been here over 4 hours missed my next load because of this place. Would give the a-5 starts if I could.

You need a no phone use policy for your workers while on the clock. Everyone using phones even while operating front-end loader. Not safe at all in a work area this small.

I've been going here for years and the people and staff are so pleasant and well informed. Thanks intonu for all you do.

Pull up to the last gate and call before entering the plant. Phone number in photos on Google. Employees were friendly. Scale in left lane upon arrival.Scale on left side when leaving. Took about two hours to get in an out. Check your tires when leaving because there is a lot of metal on the yard.

Took about 3.5 hours to unload. And kinda tight with a lot of traffic around.

Tried to pay me copper number 2 for bare bright, pays 15 cents per pound less then mnm and too lazy too separate nething. Only scrap yard I've ever seen that won't separate copper. Was trying to save time by stopping there omw to Florida, never again ?

They pay more than any other recycling around Atlanta their services is excellent. If you bring a car in make sure you have six holes in the gas tank that at least the size of a quarter or remove the gas tank.

Nice nest respectable dependable and responsible and very quick I love this place I wish every place was like this that I went to driving for Southern hauling is not a lot of places like this I love this place

Wow! How bad can a place be? If you are supposed to pick up or deliver here, be prepared to wait, and wait... I was on the street for more than four hours and in the dock about 3. The procedure is pull up on the street, call them then prolly wait for hours while they get to you. Once they finally call you, pull up on the scale. They will holler that they got you then go find a dock. Once they are done they will let you know and you pull back up on the scale. They will bring you the paperwork. I'm really not sure why anyone would want to load here. It's a waste of time.

I give them a one star because they is NO ORGANIZATION what so ever... scales is slow as Christman... people unload and does not think of the other people trying to get in and out.. no one Is directing traffic for a timely in and out process...

They pay decently for shred and In/Out times are faster than most other places

Incredibly slow. Got there an hour before they started at 8am. Was told it was inventory day and would be an hour later. Okay no problem. It was 13:00 before they got to me. 4 hours later. Was there a total of 6 hours before they started to unload it. Was pretty quick though once they started.

Other than all the metal in the driving area and having to blind side back out, rather good. At least this time there was someone actually attempting to assist backing out. Friendly staff. Everyone seemed to be working hard and steady.

I had a good experience. An easy day here to sell.

They're rude and don't value your time at the facility. The price are lower than average. I only went here to empty my truck but will bypass them next time.

awful customer service. was quoted a certain rate on a scrap dumpster and when they issued me a check it was for half the rate. emailed and called twice asking for some kind of explanation. never even got a reply or response. if youre a business, dont give them your scrap dumpster business you will be sorely disappointed

Horrible place. Took 7 hours to unload me. If you truck driver avoid this place. Lost next load. No one is responsible.

If you’re a driver picking up from here and you have an appointment time, don’t bother showing up on time. You’ll just sit in the street for hours because these guys are never ready to load or unload. Plan to sit for at least 2 hours before you get called in. I would give zero stars if I could.

Seller beware. Great place to get rid of scrap metal, but they will cheat you. A guy was standing on the scale when I left to minimize the total weight of scrap material. I should have had about 300 pounds, but they only paid me for 40 lbs.

This is the best place to sell your scrap, I always get top dollar for aluminum
