I could not be more impressed. They turned my car around in less than a day and a half, and I had major oil problems. This is the real deal. Forry, Brett, and Chris kept me informed the entire time. That was really helpful for me, because I had to drive to work in Chamblee. They said no problem. If you think your local is good; rethink it. These guys are better. I really don't write reviews. They are good, really that good.

Anthem has been my trusted repair shop for years. Brett and Chris are great to work with an always do an amazing job. I brought in my Acura to get a new starter and they replaced it in 24 hours

I had a red light come on and brought my car in. Forry was great to deal with and helped me a lot. They were very honest and told me what was needed to make my repair. Great customer service and my engine light hasn’t come on since my last visit. Will definitely use them again.

They are honest about the costs, necessities, and timeframes of repairs. I recently came in after my check engine light came on and Anthem was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get my car back on the road. A few weeks later my car battery died and they were able to get me in same day & replaced the battery for less than the quoted price. They were super communicative and helpful!

For several years, we've entrusted Anthem Automotive on Piedmont with all things mechanical regarding our cars. They are efficient and customer-friendly, they explain the work they recommend in a way that we (who are not fluent in the language of automobile mechanics) can follow, and we never have felt that they led us astray. We highly recommend them.

I’ve had many auto repairs, services, etc. done at Anthem. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, honest, quick yet thorough when it comes to turnarounds, and prices are reasonable. I know so little about cars that I’m basically a walking cliche and I always brace myself for a massive bill and am always pleasantly surprised. They could tell me that a $150 service was $80,000,000 and I’d believe them. (They’d never do that though). They also keep impeccable records. For example, a recent repair was still under warranty and I had no idea but they did! I thought it was going to be $900,000 but it was covered! Also, the shop itself is immaculate and relaxing. There’s free coffee (Starbucks!) and soda (Coke! Diet Coke! Sprite! Coke Zero!) for customers and plenty of seating and tables if you need to get work done while you’re waiting for a ride or waiting for your car.

I cannot say enough good things about them. As a woman in Atlanta, feeling like you are being treated fairly and with the utmost respect is very important when it comes to car maintenance. From the time I walk in until I pick up my car, I always receive top-tier customer service and work! Because my car is older, I get the pleasure of seeing them at least once a year, and there are not many times I can say I not only enjoy speaking with them but also know my car is in good hands. They treat everyone so amazingly. I highly recommend this place to everyone, but especially to women. They have fair pricing, great customer service, and when you leave, your car will drive like a dream.

My car is just shy of 80,000 miles and while I did not have any glaring problems, I brought it to Anthem Automotive for an inspection. And I'm glad I did! They diagnosed a few different items that could be addressed but were very clear with me on what was actually a priority versus what could be handled a little later down the road. I decided to go ahead and take care of a couple of issues that seemed more daunting and they were able to schedule me for 2 days later. I dropped off the night before and was able to pick up my car the next day by 5 PM. The price was very reasonable. I honestly expected it to be higher. Everyone was so helpful and educated me on potential services. I never once felt pressured to "get something fixed" that didn't need attention. This was a 5 star experience and I will be a return customer for as long as I can imagine.

I have sent my son’s Jeep to Anthem for a couple of different issues and they are so trustworthy and competent. The customer service, communication and mechanics are excellent they are always thoughtful of their recommendations vs things that need to be taken care of. I would highly recommend Anthem!

I was so impressed with the service I received here. Brett, Forry and Chris were attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. They also saved me a bunch of money by figuring out what was actually wrong with my car, while the dealership was going to have me replace a much more expensive part. I was so thankful. I will be only getting my car serviced here from now on, can't recommend Anthem Automotive enough.

Anthem is hands down the absolute BEST place to take your car in all of Atlanta. I was recommended to them by a friend who has had years of wonderful experiences, and I can say firsthand that they’re very knowledgeable, professional, and fair and fantastic with their pricing. I’ve been so impressed and am so grateful for their honesty and guidance. Five stars, highly recommend, will take my car here forever!

I’ve been coming to Anthem for years and it’s the first time I’ve ever felt like I had car people I could trust! They communicate clearly and give you all the infuriation you need to make informed decisions. On top of that they are super kind and you feel like an actual person that matters every time you walk through their door.

I’m from out of town and needed an oil change. My daughter’s mechanic wouldn’t return her request to have him perform the service needed so I looked on the internet. I have a Lincoln and have always had it serviced at the dealer but their prices are outrageous. Read the reviews for Anthem Automotive and it was in the area where I am currently staying. They provided great service. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

WOW! My expectations were exceeded when my brakes went out and needed a repair. I decided on Anthem after some internet research— and I’m NOT a lick of disappointed!! Not only are my brakes buttery smooth, they were extremely kind and understanding with me. When I had to store my car several days overnight with them, they didn’t charge any storage fees. I worked with very kind and gentle people, which with the stress of car breakdowns is very appreciated. Shoutout to Brett Bone! The premise looks very very clean and from overnight key drop-off to after-hours pickup, the process from start to finish was seamless. Very fair pricing, straight to the point— and if I’m not crazy, my car even looks cleaner than before I turned it into them. 5 stars across the board. If I ever need repairs again, Anthem will be my first call. ?

I recently needed some sensor work done on my Audi and originally tried another company, but after multiple scheduling issues and no progress, I reached out to Anthem Automotive instead. Forry and the team were incredible—friendly, professional, and efficient. In less than 24 hours, my car was fixed! Also, they kept me updated every step of the way. I felt safe and well taken care of, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

As the father across the country, Anthem has been such a trusted auto repair place for my youngest daughter with her old Kia Spectra. She was told about a big problem with her car this week but after a trip to Anthem they determined that the brake wiring really didn’t need to be replaced and just added a tail light bulb at no cost! They have always tried to help her keep costs down and never do unnecessary repairs. This Dad from NH really appreciates the integrity and great customer service that Anthem provides.

At 34 and as someone who always has a used car in need of maintenance, I’ve been to my fair share of mechanics. After a recent accident and long after my insurance washed their hands of repairs, I found myself looking for a shop that would be willing to deep dive into the issues that were dismissed everywhere else and get my car running smoothly again. Thank god I found Anthem Automotive! They not only fixed my car, but they communicated with me every step of the way, looked at articles I sent while deep-diving on the error codes, and even offered to pay for a rental when there was a small delay in the repairs. This shop is stellar in every way. Truly could not recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience at Anthem this week! It was easy to set up an appointment and tell them what was going on with my Jeep. Drop off was easy. The lobby is super clean and there’s plenty of places to sit and coffee to drink. They kept me updated on their progress and let me know what they recommended for my Wrangler. Pick up was easy as well. They texted me a day later to make sure everything was still perfect. Highly recommend!
