Around midnight my battery completely died while parked near the edge of Midtown after dinner with friends. I called Tow Buddy Towing Company expecting the usual long wait and bad attitude that sometimes comes with roadside service calls late at night. Instead, the driver showed up surprisingly fast, checked the battery and cables before jumping it, and stayed a couple extra minutes to make sure the car would restart on its own. Friendly guy and honestly just a really easy experience from start to finish.

Used a lot of towing services in Decatur over the years. Most are fine. This one was genuinely good. Transmission went out on me near the Avondale MARTA station, car would not move an inch. Called, got a person immediately, gave my location, was told 25 minutes. Dude showed up in 23. Loaded my car without any issues and took it to my shop on Commerce Drive. Did not try to upsell me, did not add anything to the bill, did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Exactly what you want from a reliable towing company in Atlanta. Will be keeping this number.

Let me tell you about my Thursday. I was heading out of a parking garage in Buckhead after dinner with my sister and my car just sat there and did nothing when I turned the key. Nothing. I had already called two other companies and one never picked up and the other said 90 minutes. Typed in affordable tow truck Atlanta out of frustration and these guys came up. Called them not even expecting much at that point. The dispatcher was actually apologetic that I had already been waiting and said they'd have someone there in 20 minutes. They meant it. James showed up, assessed the situation, and told me straight up it wasn't the battery, it was the starter. He couldn't fix that on the spot but he got my car loaded safely and towed it to the dealership on Peachtree. Charged me a fair flat rate, no drama. Sometimes you just need someone to show up and actually do the job.
