I took my vehicle into City Auto Body Shop I was directed to see Jeff he was so patient and professional he went out and took a look at my vehicle and gave me a reasonable quote and an itemize listing of what was needed and turn around time it would take to fix my vehicle. The prompt turnaround time was great. Jeff and his staff did a wonderful job to the rear bumper and back panel. Great job Jeff. Thanks again.

City Auto Body did incredible work addressing damage to the left driver side bumper and quarter panel of my car. They replaced the bumper and quarter panel, and painted for a reasonable price all within 4 days. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future work.

I’ve taken several cars here over a 10 year period. And the customer service is beyond compare. Jeff is the guy. Fair pricing and good quality repairs.

I can’t say enough about this body shop. Not only am I thrilled with the work, the customer service is top notch!! From updates on the status to going above and beyond!!! They exceeded every one of my expectations. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your auto body needs.

This body shop is amazing. I got quotes from other places around ATL for 8k+ to fix a dent in my car. They not only removed the wrap and fixed the area, they also painted it the original color of my car in case I ever want to fully remove the wrap. All for an extremely reasonable price and great turnaround time. I highly recommend this shop and Jeff who was very thorough and communicative. Thank you guys so much again!

Had some pretty rough damage done to the front left side of my fender. Went here and they had my car fixed and flipped within 5 days. I was so surprised. Had a mirror taken off and body damage in months previous, took it to a different shop and it took them about 6 weeks to turn it around. The owner here, Jeff, is super trustworthy and was nice throughout the whole process. I’m not from Atlanta, but it’s businesses like these that make Atlanta feel like home.

Can you say fraud! How would you like to leave your car with a 1-2 day turnaround then the owner goes out of town with no communication leaving the office employee with no information on what was done, what needs to be done or why I wasn’t called. Even the employee said “that’s no way to do business”. After contacting Jeff for explanation he did not have one and a follow up phone call was never returned!! Go somewhere else!!!

Honestly, an amazing experience overall. Jeff was very patient and transparent throughout the process, and I just got my car back, and they replaced the bumper seamlessly. Getting into an accident was very annoying, but Jeff's professionalism and the quality of work done at the shop truly made the process much smoother. I highly recommend this mechanic shop for anyone in need of auto repairs.

I did not see a trashcan in the road and it tore my passenger side mirror off. They did a swell job in repairing door and replacing mirror!

I was in an accident and I was all over the place. I was upset my car did not look the same and I wanted my Queen blue back looking like her old self. Well Jeff and City Auto Body Shop did not disappoint. Queen Blue looks good. Maybe even a little better, lol. right down to the beautiful car wash. Jeff is nice, professional, and kind. I took my car to Jeff solely because of the reviews that I saw on his page & I’m adding my own to attest the same opinion that I saw across different individuals’ comments. Jeff is one of the easiest and most genuine people that I’ve ever worked with!! Never have I felt more at ease during a situation as stressful as mine (new car & accident in a new city) than I did after speaking to Jeff about my car. If I ever were to move away from the city and had the need to go to a body shop again, let me tell you, I would go a great distance just to bring my car back here. Exceptional customer service. This place is awesome! I got a great estimate on my car and they kept their word. The job they did was incredible. I had several people look over the job and they were simply amazed how hard these people worked on such a difficult job. They said it would take four days and was finished in three days. Jeff and the City Auto Body Shop team are outstanding. My 13-year-old Honda CR-V looks brand new! They delivered exactly what they promised, on time and true to their estimate. I'm a customer for life and I won't hesitate to refer my friends and family to them.

I was rear ended horribly and after calling several body shops, City Auto Body was able to get me in the quickest. They were efficient and Jeff in particular was very communicative on where they were at during the entire process while remaining honest on the timeframe (lots of shops having supply issues these days). My car looks beautiful! I could not be happier with the repairs and will definitely be back (for minor work - hopefully no more accidents) to work with Jeff. He was very helpful and patient and went above and beyond to assure all aspects of my vehicle were taken care of, even those the insurance company tried to ignore.

I have used City Auto Body Shop for several major jobs repairing and/or replacing body panels. They have done excellent work, and the owner Jeff has been very honest/up front regarding the estimates and cost of repair. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a nice and clean paint, don,t choose this place. I fond this place online, as a near body shop to my home and UNFORTUNATELY I trusted the reviews. When I went to pickup my car for the first time, there was a large foreign body sticking beneath the pain in one place ( Surprised how they didn't see it !!!) and lot of pits and holes all in the pain areas. Jeff, responsible person for my car, said this is only a one hour touch up, bring the car next week and he charged me for the full amount of contract. Next week after 2.5 hour waiting time , still everything was there . He told me to bring the car back again after another one week for sanding and repaint , and I did so.After 2 days I went to get my car and again there was a lot of pit holes , he called them FISH EYES, in paint areas. Seems they did nothing except removing that large foreign body . I told him this isn't a acceptable paint and he must fix the paint. He wants me to bring the car after another one week AGAIN. After 4 times back and forth, I got my car and still there are that FISH EYES pits spreading in paint areas and unfriendly encounter. I will fallow my case with then.

I 100% recommend going here! I got in a pretty nasty car accident and I was very shaken up because I didn't have any family in atlanta with me. Jeff took my car in and calmed me down assuring it would be all ok. Throughout the process of my car getting repaired, we would call almost daily and he would be very honest with me about what was going on and what the time frame looks like. My car looks absolutely brand new and Jeff did way more than he needed to to make sure that it was running ok. When I picked up my car (honda crv) and started driving for about 15 minutes, every single warning sign went off saying practically everything was wrong so I reached out to Jeff to see what was up and he called the dealership, found out the car just needed to be driven for 20-30 miles to recalibrate all the sensors, and came into the shop ON HIS DAY OFF to drive to car for me because he didn't want me driving it until everything was guaranteed to be ok. This shop is made up of the kindest people and I definitely recommend.

I brought my 2011 Prius with a damaged front bumper. Jeff gave an accurate quote on the spot, promptly ordered part. The car was repaired in 3 week. The communications were clear and timely through the whole transaction. Jeff was accessible when I needed to reach him. And the craftsmanship is great - the car look s great! I am very impressed. Jeff told me he could save me some money by cheating my insurance company for collision repairs. My car was at this shop for 2 month when I got it back my engine stalled two days later I had to then buy a new engine costing me 9k. Would not recommend this place, they don’t communicate what’s going on and they deliver false promises. My paint job wasn’t the same as my car and the time it took was ridiculously long.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ALL OF YOUR CAR NEEDS!! My car got rear ended pretty bad. Ended up calling different body shops around the city. Not only did City Auto Body Shop have one of the best quotes they by far have the best customer service. Jeff is great and will answer all of your questions. He treats your car like his own and makes sure you leave nothing short of satisfied with the job that was done. My car looks good as new and he even offered a complimentary waxing! I CANNOT RECOMMEND CITY AUTO BODY SHOP ENOUGH TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Pleasant Experience! I highly recommend City Auto Body Shop for your auto repair(s). Unfortunately I was hit by another driver and needed repairs. After visiting 3 different shops for an estimate, City Auto Body was highly recommended. I called, showed up and successfully my car was repaired! There was a lot that happened in the 5 +/- days of getting an estimate from Mr. Jeff, ordering parts, actual repairs, painting and pickup upon completion. Mr. Jeff and the team offered excellent customer service and quality work in a reasonable time.

Awesome Awesome AWESOME!!! My experience here was great. These men are friendly and genuine. They aim to help and not get over on you. They fixed my car within a few days. It looks great and runs well. I mainly interacted with Carl and just like all the other people that speak highly of him, I agree! I would definietly recommend this shop!!!!!!!

100% do not recommend. I brought my car in to get an estimate. Outside of the unfriendly interactions with the employees, they simply looked at my car without any actual effort to see what the problem was and quoted me $600. I took it to another shop and they literally took the car into the back for 10 minutes and it came out looking perfect. They might do good work, but there are better options around Atlanta.

This was my first time actually dealing with a body shop, and I've gotta say, it was way more pleasant than I was expecting. Carl made everything very easy and was incredibly nice. The estimate he gave me was a third of the price at another body shop, and the results were just as good and very fast. The only complaint was they left the mat on the driver's side pretty dirty, but I really can't complain since they saved me $600. If you need anything done, I highly recommend City Auto Body Shop. I doubt you can find a more honest person than Carl with as good results.

I would never go anywhere else to get my car repaired. Carl is the nicest guy in Atlanta, and you can't get better customer service than at City Auto Body. I am sadly a repeat customer, but I have been extremely satisfied by the work they've done both times I've had my car repaired. The first time I came in it took a few days longer than they had expected so they replaced my hub caps which were a bit scratched up for free. Their prices are the best in town. For damage that most places quoted me $2700-3200, I got it fixed for $1500 at Carl's shop. I normally don't write online reviews, but I feel so strongly about this place I had to share.
