This is probably the best auto service I have ever received. The staff was very professional and quick with their diagnosis for my car. I needed a new engine fan and the manage was able to order the part that day and had the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. They even did an oil change. The best part, the fees were not inflated, especially considering it’s in the middle of midtown. For women, the staff also did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Very good shop, I will definitely use their services again.

My wife flew into Atlanta to pick up a G63 sight unseen from a nearby parking garage. Dead battery and car was a mess. Called D.O.G. spoke to Branlin (sp), the owner, he loaned her a jump box then after she got it to his shop he went over the car and made sure it was okay for my wife to drive back to Maryland. Charged me peanuts for quite a bit of work and reassurance. Many thanks and nice to know there is someone out there who does what I would do. Thanks again.

Brought my car in at 11:45 am and Blandon quickly determined I needed two new tires and an alternator. Price was extremely fair and I got my car back at 5 pm that same day. Super personable and honest experience. Highly highly recommend.

Every auto shop should aspire to be like D.O.G. -- honest, no-nonsense, reasonably priced, KIND, upfront, and with excellent turnaround times. I've gotten a valve cover gasket replacement and transmission oil change here for my 2004 Lexus, both times the work was fantastic and during the oil change they noticed my sunroof drains were clogged (and causing leaks inside the car) and they fixed it for FREE. I seriously walk away from working with them feeling indebted because of how good the service and price is. Extremely blessed to have this place walking distance from where I live, makes it so easy to get my car serviced here. Thank you!!!

Blandon, the owner, was amazing and so personable! My engine light came on at 10am, I was able to call D.O.G. Automotive at 12pm (he was able to squeeze me in) and had my car fixed and returned by 5pm. Seriously will not go anywhere else moving forward and telling everyone to go here! Thank you so much!!

Best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Helped with small EVAP leak and fixed issues to make sure I could pass emissions. Timely and inexpensive. Was recommended to go here and will recommend everyone I know. Thank you D.OG.

Hands down best shop in atlanta. I got quotes for $1200, then $700, then DOG Automotive did it for under $550. Been coming here for 5-years and is always the best price and great service and super honest. The owner and Alphonso are good folks.

I love this place and these guys! They’re honest, and I trust them with my car. They’re also a great value. Atlanta may be a big town, but this was small town personalized service.

They got me in very quickly and did a good job changing my oil. There’s not much else to say other than there is a place to wait. It is not very nice but getting out of the car and the heat to wait was appreciated. Polite and friendly technician.

I was recently having car troubles including a power issue and my engine light coming on. I don't have the most trust when it comes to mechanics and was dreading having to take my car in. My friend recommended this place to me and I live down the street so I decided to take the chance. I could not be more thankful I did. When I arrived, I was immediately taken care of and the mechanic (I forgot his name!) tightened a loose terminal on my battery. For the engine light he tried to get me fixed up without any part replacements but we ultimately determined an oxygen sensor would have to be replaced. He told me to come back in a couple more days, which I did, and again, he dropped everything to get it replaced for me (knowing I was down to just a few days left to get my emissions done) and that did the trick. The same day I was able to get my test done and pass. No issues since (this was 3 weeks ago) and the cost was very reasonable. I will absolutely go back. He has restored my faith. Thank you!!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I called in for an oil change and was taken care of right away. I needed 1 thing done and the owner gave me advice on all what needs to be done with my car. He was far, honest and trustworthy. If you need anything done with your car this is a great man to trust

Just had a car serviced at DOG...very impressed! I have a son going to school in Atlanta, we will be using DOG service over the next few years. Thanks 1/24 Another great service. Fixed a bad motor mount that I’m convinced had been there for years and numerous mechanics. Highly recommended!

I moved to Atlanta a couple of months ago and was nervous to look for a mechanic when my front tires started making a high-pitched metallic grinding noise. I googled "mom and pop mechanics Atlanta" and D.O.G. Automotive was towards the top of the list that appeared and they had great reviews. I called, left a voicemail, and they returned my call within an hour or so. Due to the issue (needed new brake pads) Blandon offered to squeeze me into the busy schedule. When I arrived he explained everything to me from the process of what he would be doing, to the pricing; the turnaround time was quick, to boot. It's so important to build relationships like this when it comes to your vehicle. I will definitely be bringing my car back here when she needs fixing next. Thank you Blandon!

The trust I’ve been looking for in a mechanic. Blandon is very nice and personable. He explained everything thoroughly, gave me a timeline of things to look forward to “to be more informed”. It’s relieving knowing I have a place to come back to that’s doing honest and good work.

Blandon is the best in Atlanta. I had been using my dealership for years, but Blandon was able to address the root issue with a headlight problem I was having. I have since been using him for all things car. He's knowledgeable, personable and honest. His work has kept my car running beautifully and saved me literally thousands of dollars.

Called and had an appointment setup a few days later. Owner was super easy to deal with and my service was completed in a few hours as promised. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

Blandon is great. I went to Toyota world for service and they gave a me a super expensive quote for repairs on my Camry. I went to his shop and he was able to do it for less than half that and it took way less time than I would have at Toyota world. He is very honest, fair, and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Caught a nail in our tire during a 5 hour drive. We were able to get to it this shop since it’s in a convenient location. They looked fairly busy, but we’re able to immediately help us get it plugged and some air. Took only 10 minutes and cost $20 for the tire repair, which is very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend this shop

These guys are the best - my alternator was failing and they made sure to get me in and out quickly, so I did not have to risk driving to another shop. They were incredibly understanding and welcoming - even talking to my parents so we could all talk through the solutions. Their work and prices are honest - I could not ask for a better neighborhood automotive shop. Highly recommend!

I can’t say thank you enough! I was in from out of state and started having issues with my brakes, ABS and traction control lights. I brought it to D.O.G, they so kindly fit me in between appointments. Not only did they fix the problem, it was at an incredibly low price and they had the best customer service. I’m always skeptical taking my car to be worked on by someone I don’t know, but I would 1000% recommend them.

My son's car broke down (alternator died) on 85 as he was passing through Atlanta. Found D.O.G less than a mile away and had it towed. They were able to fit his car into the schedule the next day and did a great job on the repair - and was very reasonably priced. However the thing that impressed me the most was that they were willing to meet us on their day off so that we could pick up the car - outstanding customer service. Thank you D.O.G.!

Blandon is a great guy and a knowledgeable mechanic. He was willing to see me early without an appointment to take a look at my vehicle's a/c issues, he was able to pin point the issue and saved me hundreds of dollars that I thought I would need to spend because of the true and smaller issue he found. He was able to get my a/c working and even changed small tag lights and filled my tires with air. He deserves every good review he gets and now has another customer as long as I live here in Atlanta, Thank You.

Seriously best place ever. I’ve always been overcharged and never had my stuff done right until I met this blandon j at d.o.g automotive. He’s the best most honest individual I met. He did my hub bearing and changed my spark plugs for the best price I’ve ever had in Atlanta and I can vouch for that with my life. Blandon was so helpful even before I officially brought my car to him. I was struggling through the Atlanta summer with little to no AC and when I called just before he closed for the day he offered to stay at the shop late on a Friday to take a look and see if there was anything he could do in the short term to make things a little more bearable. I brought my car to him the next week and he repaired it for me. The price was fair and he is dependable and honest. So glad to have such a great mechanic in midtown!
