This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on the latest reviews, DNA Towing N Tires in Atlanta, GA shows mixed sentiment: strong marks for fast, skilled towing (quick arrival and careful vehicle handling), but serious tire quality and service complaints—alleged misrepresentation of a new tire, a blowout, poor follow-up, and unprofessional responses. Pricing feedback centers on a $200 tire and perceived value. Wait times for towing appear short; customer service is split by service type. Inventory variety, yard organization, and parts-finding are unclear. Overall score: 52/100.

What clients say about DNA Towing N Tires in Atlanta (GA)
Would give NO STARS , if I could !
I would strongly caution anyone considering using DNA Tow and Tires. I paid $200 for a tire that I was told was “NEW” only to later find out it was a recap tire. Today, that tire blew out on the highway, causing me to lose control of my vehicle with my son in the car. It was a terrifying and dangerous situation that could have ended much worse.
When I contacted the company “Trey” the owner who lied and said he wasn’t “Trey “ he is “Brandon” , I was met with unprofessional behavior and inconsistent responses. I was told they were “calling around” to find a tire for me, but I never received a follow-up call. No accountability, no urgency, and no real effort to resolve the issue.
DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE ! YOUR Safety WILL be compromised!

My car stopped working near an intersection. I called DNA Towing, they picked up right away and were there in 20 minutes. My car wouldn’t go into neutral and he was so skilled that he was able to get the car on and off with precise skill.
