I am very pleased with the sevices i received at European Auto Care. Communication and transparency was great from the start. They sent me pictures, videos and explained everything that was wrong with the car. Rick was awesome and updated me on every step of the repair process. Prices are very reasonable for european car repair shops. Very honest and upfront about what to prioritize in terms of repair. Great experience overall!

Charlie and Dewitt are the best. Trust is important and Ive trusted these guys and this establishment for years. Charlie listens and communicates very well. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that level of service. Seems rare these days! Thanks guys!

My car broke down while I was driving. I google this shop. I was told they would have time to check out my car for a few days. They gave me recommendations to other shops that would be able to service me faster and said if you don’t get in contact with them give us a call back. I spoke with the other shops and decided to just give European a call back based on the phone customer service. From there I was given multiple numbers to tow company’s that could get me off the highway and bring me to the shop. The front staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. The communication from the time I dropped of my car, until I received it has been amazing. They were able to get my vehicle in, diagnosed, and begin ordering the parts and starting the repairs faster than when I was told. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Nobody wants to go to mechanics or have mechanical breakdowns, but if you have to go through it. You want to know the work will be done correctly the first time with no scamming and price gouging involved. Thank you European and Domestic Auto Care you made this unexpected unfortunate experience a pleasant one.

I brought my 2013 X5 here for front suspension work to be done, but what puzzled me & led me to leaving & 3 star review instead of a 5 star review was the diagnostics review of my vehicle. Even though you bring your vehicle for a particular repair to be done, they still perform and all around diagnostic check up of your vehicle. But there were a couple of things mentioned from the diagnostics that I didn’t find 100% true. The mechanic mentioned that my drive belt assembly needed to be replaced because it was worn but I had already replaced these parts 20,000 miles prior with proof of receipt to show for it from Richmond BMW, and these parts don’t go bad until normally 70 to 80,000 miles. They also mentioned in the diagnostic report that my voltage for my battery was low and was “highly suggested” to be replaced. I went ahead and checked my battery at advanced auto parts nearby and my battery was 100% fine. Therefore, this makes me question two things, authenticity and honesty. I’m not one of these millionaires in Buckhead, Atlanta that will just say YES to any suggested repairs and throw some money out my wallet bc a mechanic says to do so. I’ve spent over 20K in regular maintenance on my vehicle prior to their diagnostic report so I already knew what was “Good” and what was “Bad.”

It’s my first time bringing my 2018 BMW X3 to European and Domestic Auto Care. My experience with Eli, Charlie (My Advisor) and the team was pleasant, supportive , very knowledgeable and professional. They give Outstanding Customer Service… Kudos! Price was workable. Their diagnostic inspection provided me the issues, information, options and ultimately the solution.. Praying this issue is now fixed as another repair shop had just serviced the same issue… (smh) Although they gave me 5 star ⭐️service, I will give 4 stars⭐️ for now, ONLY because it’s been one day since being serviced…🙏🏾 Thank you EDAC team!!!

Had a fantastic experience at European and Domestic Auto! Eli is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and most importantly, honest! I came for new brakes and the team identified another issue that needed to be fixed. They encouraged me to see if the additional repair was covered under my warranty and told me exactly what to ask. It turned out that it was, which saved me about $1500. It is so nice to work with a business where people are not only technically skilled but kind and want to make the world a better place. I recently had my Range Rover Velar repaired and, after a frustrating experience with other service providers, European & Domestic Auto Care truly exceeded my expectations. A previous repair shop did not have a mechanic knowledgeable enough to properly diagnose or fix my vehicle, and the certified dealership was “too busy” to assist—even after keeping my car for several days with no resolution. European & Domestic Auto Care stepped in and provided exactly the level of service I was looking for. Not only were they knowledgeable and capable of repairing my vehicle correctly, but they also worked with me through multiple hurdles involving my warranty company. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to listen to me as a very matter-of-fact customer made a stressful situation far more manageable. I am extremely pleased with the end result, the service provided, and the overall experience. I highly recommend European & Domestic Auto Care to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused vehicle repair shop.

Really happy! We needed an oil change and a quick once over on our Subaru before the holiday travels and the European & Domestic team delivered! Not only did they fit us into their jam packed pre-Holiday schedule, but their quote for our brake replacement was super reasonable. They worked fast, communicated frequently, and delivered above and beyond. We’ll be back for sure!

I'm adding my sincere review to the many well-deserved 5-star reviews of this business. I initially took a chance with my first Audi based on the positive reviews, and have continued to bring my second Audi to them based on their wonderful work and customer service. Most recently, they stuck with me as I was trying to get to the bottom of a brake issue. With both of my cars, I never felt like they were hunting for extra work to bill me for, they always explained the whats and hows and most importantly, they were honest. I feel they do good work at a fair price. Special thanks to the owner and to Charlie and Eli who always are accommodating.

I’ve had my BMW for 15 years and wanted to find a service center that offers dealer like services without the dealer cost. Well, I think I’ve found it. From my first call with Charlie where he gave me some decent advice to diagnose an issue and then helped me schedule some time to further diagnose and rectify a half engine light issue I was having. I will be back for sure.

Charlie and the Tesla team are incredibly kind, helpful and professional. They absolutely went the extra mile and have been really great to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had a door that was very slightly loose and needed a quick tighten. My dealer wanted me to schedule a full appointment, diagnose it, etc. I went here instead and they tightened the bolt in 2 mins. Very friendly service. I appreciate them.

This is my 3rd or 4th time here. This time I took my car in for rear brake replacement. My service agent Charlie told me that the service would take one day. He was right! I dropped my car off before work, and was able to pick it up after I got off! He was very detailed about the other repairs needed, and which ones were most important!

It’s rare to talk about car repair and being 100% delighted in the same sentence, but that’s exactly how I felt today thanks to Danny. I came in after getting a warning light about a low beam headlight malfunction. The shop was completely slammed, but Danny at the check-in counter still took the time to ask what kind of car I drove and offered to take a look. He couldn’t have been friendlier and we even bonded over our shared love of BMWs and being fellow New Jersey transplants who miss great bagels here in Atlanta. Despite how busy it was, Danny tracked down a new bulb in the shop and replaced it for me right in the parking lot. He absolutely saved my day. This was hands-down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop and as a BMW owner, that says a lot. They’ve earned my business, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Bravo to Danny and the team from a 100% delighted customer!

I have been taking my 2013 BMW X5 to this shop since August 2023 and I’ve never been disappointed. The owner Paul is phenomenal, and their point man Eric is great at communicating between the mechanics and client, and problem solving. They will always get my business for how they’ve treated me and my car, thanks guys!!

Far away from my regular auto shop… I reached out and spoke to Eli. I mentioned all four tires, were showing low pressure warning. I was extremely concerned, driving w/ low tire pressure in a town, where the roads are riddled with metal plates and potholes awaiting a plate. Lucky for me, I met Eli. The End 😁

Unfortunately my Porsche Panamera has needed a lot of work lately, it is an old car, but the team at European and Domestic Auto Care keeps her going. I have trusted them when the AC went out and for engine and transmissions mounts as well as getting a whole new cooling system amongst other things. No complaints so far and the team is courteous and always there when I need them. Charlie is my go to person to keep me on top of things being done and needed, he’s always helpful and patient. I’m glad I found this place!

This place is fantastic! The lobby is very clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The service provided is top notch. And the prices are great! I very highly recommend this business!

I am writing this review to share my calling experience so the team can see what a prospective customer encounters. I phoned to get a quote for work on my vehicle. The call was answered with “hold on,” and I waited for 15 minutes before the line disconnected. I called back. The same gentleman answered, offered no apology, and said the phone hung up. He took my details and promised a quote that has not arrived. I understand shops get busy. A quick apology, an estimated callback time, and a follow up would have changed this completely. As it stands, the process felt careless and disorganized, which makes it hard to trust the shop with my car.

Charlie was responsive, professional, and made the claim process easy from start to finish. Communication was clear, and everything we needed was handled without delays. Always appreciate working with small business shops that take pride in their work, and Charlie definitely delivered.

I’ve had some major cooling issues with my car and every time I take it to this shop, I have a great experience. They’re always quick to identify the issue and they’ve honored warranties on previous repairs. I know if something ever goes wrong again, I can take it to them and I can trust that they are going to take good care of my vehicle. Everyone I’ve worked with and spoken to has been so kind and professional and I really appreciate having an auto shop close to me that I can trust.

They were friendly, informative, and pretty quick on my oil change (same day). They also provided me with what things I should do next on my car. I asked questions and they provided great answers and great service. I’ll go back and get service items done from them. I would recommend.

Amazing experience with Charlie and everyone who I came into contact with at this shop. I had an estimate in the thousands from Buckhead Imports, who did not diagnose the issue properly on my Range Rover. European and Domestic Auto Care diagnosed the problem as a leaking hose, did a full coolant flush, and put in new coolant all for $650. They had my vehicle in and out in 2 business days, which also saved me on my rental car. I have a GWagon and Another Mercedes which I’ll bring here in the future. Great job guys, and thank you!

I have never been more excited to review a business before. My Volvo was purchased without a pre-purchase inspection back in May, and although the car is a solid and reliable car- there were numerous issues that were dangerous to the integrity of the car if not fixed. After driving it as it was for 6 months, the car took a turn for the worst and I took it to European and Domestic Auto Care. Cary took care of me from start to finish. First, to get an estimate on the vehicle. I explained all the sounds and feelings the car was emitting, and they had the car for 4 hours or less and had it back to me with, as I guessed, repairs almost to the value of the vehicle. After contemplating a new car and payments or fixing this car- I chose to fix this car. To my delighted surprise, Cary worked hard to get me the best price possible that wouldn't break my bank, and didn't come at the integrity of the repair job. He explained everything that the car needed and why it was needed, and broke down the price in a way I could understand and it was not only fair, but it was beyond a good deal and was custom made to ensure I got the best service and service I could afford. They saved me from a bad financial and vehicle decision, and helped me get back on the road in a safe car with money in my pocket. I cannot say thank you enough to European and Domestic Auto Care, to Cary, and the folks who worked on my car so meticulously. They will be my regular mechanic and I am grateful that they have such compassionate care and their work is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend, and tell Cary Michael with the Volvo sent you.
