Darrell isn’t a horrible mechanic, this shop is just incapable of doing thorough work and will charge you as if they are doing it. They are absolutely capable of simple things and an oil changes well within their capacity Beyond that, they look for the quickest way to get your car out of their shop without doing thorough diagnosis or really investigating the condition of the car On top of that, the front desk will argue with you if you ask for detail or wish to see concrete data of what they’ve said they’ve done . Do not recommend

Me: “do you work on foreign cars” Store:yes Me: :::: gives employee parts Store: oh we don’t install customer parts So? I’m sure yall don’t have sensors stock But when I bring my part you don’t install it but yall work on RR what a joke

The guys are godsends, I was in a pinch and my valve stem was coming detached while I was out of state for a concert and needed to get it fixed before I could drive back home. These guys got me right back and fixed my tire giving back peace of mind

I just went in to get my breaks fixed and I had a good experience From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The setup was clean and well-organized. They walked me through the process clearly, and they even showed me other things that they recommended I fix besides my breaks and explained everything so it was good and I wasn't pressured to get it fixed right there and I appreciate that.

10/10 service !!!! A lovely shop with great staff and service!! I was in and out in an hour and quoted lower prices than any other shop I visited !! I don’t know much about cars the staff was patient and explained everything to me !! They have gained a true and loyal customer!!!!

Their work is reasonably priced however I have to give 2 stars due to the lack of care that was shown with my car. I just had the drivers seat leather refinished prior to dropping off the car for repairs. I had the instinct to cover the seat in plastic before dropping it off but I was like “the interior is light colored so they will be careful.” Man was I wrong. I picked the car up and the drivers seat, drivers door panel and steering wheel were covered in grime and dirt. I had them come out and clean it but he used a brush which caused minor damage to the recently repaired seat and the center arm rest. Hopefully they will learn from this mistake.

Have been taking my car here for the past couple years. They are the only people I trust to do my oil changes and car repairs. They have good prices, are trustworthy and do a great job quickly. Even my fiance takes his car here now.

Absolutely love the customer service I receive from here every trip! I've been coming here the past 3 years now and everyone here is great! They get your cars in and out in a timely manner, and great communication when it comes to questions about your car. I recommend friends and family here all the time.

My car stopped on the side of the highway after overheating. After calling around town for a tow, Metro auto care and Towing was the only company available and came to the rescue within minutes and towed my car back to the shop. I was able to get my problem resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The entire staff was professional, fast, and easy to work with especially the young ladies at the front counter. I was kept informed and up to date of the status of my vehicle thoughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend. Price to diagnose and repair my issue was very reasonable compared to having the work done at the dealership. They’ve gained a loyal customer!!!

Always a pleasant experience! I have gotten several oil changes, new tires, alignments and even mechanical work done to my car. Mechanics were very thorough and figured any issues that needed to be fixed.

It's one of my favorite places to get my car serviced. Front-end customer service is always top-notch, respectful, and welcoming. When you walk in and they know your name, you know your patronage is valued and appreciated. I'm always leary about going to a place and being taken advantage of because I'm a woman, and I know nothing about car repairs, maintenance, or pricing. Ms. Mel and the mechanics always take the time to explain everything in detail and my options and ensure I know what's going on and comfortable. I support black owned businesses, and I love supporting black owned businesses owned and managed by a black woman.

The service was GREAT! My car died as I was going home and I didn’t know what was wrong.. I called and they got my location and was there in 30 minutes! He explained to me what seemed to be wrong and was very polite and I really appreciated that! Thank you so much. I look forward to doing business again!

My daughter and I were at the establishment on a Saturday morning to have a new set of brakes installed. I must commend their dedication to providing high-quality care for my vehicle. Moreover, they offered complimentary beverages such as water, coffee, and tea, which was a thoughtful gesture. It is noteworthy that Metropolitan Auto Care & Towing is a black-owned business, and my daughter left with a friendly token—a free book authored by a black writer. The friendly and sweet demeanor of the staff and the tranquil ambiance of the place made our visit even more enjoyable. They were not only helpful but also informative. Furthermore, the establishment's conducive environment allowed me to accomplish some computer work during my visit. Daryl is absolutely amazing.. being a woman he didn't make me feel like he was taking advantage of me.. he legit helped me save and did some extra for me being he seen how many kids I had. Let’s start with I have gotten a few oil changes here and there from them and my experiences have always been pretty pleasant….. BUT This company went above and beyond for me today. So much I wanted to come up the shop and hug all of them. My car recently broke down and I towed my car to them after hours. Mind you I work the same hours as there operation so it was hard for me to be able to come to the shop to take care of any business. This is where the front desk started exceeding my expectations for any auto shop. They called and texted me to keep me updated, they communicated with me and worked with me on how to fix my car. I was able to speak to the mechanic on the phone about my car issues and he addressed them in a timely manner. (Mind you this was the Christmas holiday weekend). They repaired my car and worked with me as I figured out how to pay for the services needed……. And to top is all off they delivered my car to my Job after payment which helped tremendously since I work the same hours and it would have been so difficult to even get my car back. I’m forever grateful for their hospitality, kindness, and patience! Will definitely recommend to everyone

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady at front desk has absolutely no customer service experience and is down right rude at time. I would not recommend this place, pay for the tow truck. I came in for a tire change, after my tire bubbled and was about to blow out. My car had been serviced by a certified mechanic two week prior to coming here. After going back to the dealership, turns out I now need $300 worth of work related to the wheels and to replace my wheel lock keys!

this place is so amazing! I came in for an oil change and it took less than 30 minutes and was not expensive at all! they also noticed a hole in my tire and plugged it for FREE! I will definitely be back! the lady in the front was kind and the mechanics were absolutely charming!

My experience here was very good. Camile was friendly and informative and helped me complete the paper work. Darrell explained fully and completely what needed to be done and even gave me a glove so I can feel for myself what the issue with my tire was. I will definitely be coming back.

First, I was greeted with sweet professionalism upon my first call. Yes, I could bring my car in for a same-day collision estimate for only $33. I was also able to leave my car overnight free of charge. I had extensive wheel damage, 3k worth, and that was the lowest estimate I got. My car was done in 72 hours and the impeccable customer service remained consistent. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my family and friends. I’m so appreciative that they got my baby back on the road. Trelle, Derrick, and Melody were awesome. Thanks y’all!
