I gave this company 5 Stars due to him refunding my money. We had a miscommunication. I just wanted a tracking number to be sure my item was going to be sent. I never called him a scammer but I have been scammed before and I just needed to know he was gonna actually send it. But he said he would refund my money which he did. Therefore no hard feelings. He was a man of his word for refunding me. I appreciate their swift response and taking care of the issue. My experience with them was good. And I respect his honesty by refunding my money.

They post lots of parts on car-part that they dont actually have in stock. Then get mad when you ask why

This company doesn't appear to be honest or trustworthy. I have the documents that were sent to me to complete and fax back to them for payment, as instructed, then they would ship the transmission to me. I called several times after I faxed the documents, and was told the transmission was shipped. I verified through my bank that my method of payment had not been charged. I called again, and was told not to worry, the transmission was shipped and they would collect payment. After another several days of back and forth over the phone, was told by this company they don't have the transmission. Now, my customer has been waiting for over one week for the repairs to begin on their vehicle, but I must now find another source and lose my time. This company lied to me several times, and should not be listed as a reliable source for businesses. Not even 1/2 star rating would be worthy of your business.

They are the worst auto parts shop I have ever seen. They give me a wrong part and refuse to take it back when I return it the next day

Haven't had any issues with them. Engines been good to go. I'll let you know if they send me a bad motor. So far I'm very happy with them. Car always running great after I install motor

I bought an engine in good faith and they sent me a complete different application from what I need and said I was responsible for shipping it back to them and they wouldn’t cover the shipping Although they sent the wrong part

Shakti auto parts is a fraud and should not be in business. They sell you engines that are bad, and lie about it altogether.

BUYER BEWARE COMPANY IS FRAUD! This company sold us a "gently used" motor with a reported 61k miles on it. More like 261k T It is caked with oil inside the engine, spark plugs and tons of blowback on the inside of the intake It is leaking oil from the front seal, and rear main seal (which appears to have been leaking for quite some time) it is caked up really badly There is not distributor (the engine was sold as a whole engine and no note of this part being excluded) The Harmonic Balancer has chunks missing and trashed all throughout Upon trying to resolve the issue the owner stated "we don't even know what the motors look like" we just sell them. They have refused to cooperate with us for a refund.

Shatki Auto Parts. Owner goes out of his way to locate any parts that customers need. Reasonable prices should be negotiated to obtain customers satisfaction.

We’ve installed two motors from Shakti. These were the worst motor jobs that I’ve ever done. Imagine bolting up an engine just to find out that the flywheels are different. We tried them again and this time was worse than before. We bolted up the engine just to find out that the starter bolt hole is in a different location. HE KNEW ABOUT IT and chose not to inform us. We called and he says, “I’ve sold many of these exact motors. Drill a hole in the new motor for the starter.” Why didn’t you say this before it was purchased? The response by Shakti must be for a different customer. How does it take you 6 months to respond and you "remember" everything? 2 bad reviews in March of 2021. I love the mileage on the motors just not the customer service and dishonesty!

CROOKS!! We purchased an engine from Shakti in June 2020. The engine they sent was entirely the wrong engine. Not broken or malfunctioning, it was the wrong engine. Shakti blamed our mechanic, that they just didn't know how to install it. Which is ridiculous. They refused to refund our cost. Instead, after months of arguing, they finally agreed to a store credit with a 90-day expiration. We tried many times to use that credit but they supposedly never had even the smallest parts that we needed. We weren't able to use a single dollar of the $750 they had of our money before the 90 days ran out -- and of course they wouldn't extend it. This is a scam. I strongly believe that they purposely send you the wrong engine then only agree to store credit and purposely say they don't have anything your looking for. This isn't just bad business, its theft. I tried dealing with them professionally including going thru the BBB (go to BBB to see the details of our complaint) but they didn't even reply to the BBB. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!

Absolute worst place ever to go. they sold us 3 bad engines and had to call or police to get our money back because he wasn't trying to refund our money. CROOKS

Call before you go. I got lost the first time. If they got what you want, it's guaranteed to be in good shape. Negotiate the price.

BEWARE! DO NOT DO any business with them. I purchased a headlight for my Buick Enclave, and they not only shipped the incorrect part, the part was also damaged. After I informed the owner, he refused to accept this, and stopped taking my calls. I sent the part back to him via FedEx and he accepted the delivery but did not reverse the charges on my credit card. I have filed a complaint with Chase. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

To early to call but parts were really reasonable and they mentioned awsome deals on foreign Engines!

I bought a transmission and paid 500 to install it, but it was bad. Returned it and got another one. Paid $500 to install it but again another bad trans. He was willing to exchange but i told him i was strapped for cash after spending $1000 to have the trans removed twice. He told me return it when i can, but it took me 2 months to get another $500. I asked if i could get a refund because i wasn't willing to spend another $500 just to remove another bad transmission. They told me that i couldn't get a refund but he was willing to give me $50 for the core. In the end i bought another trans from a parts store in Florida for $650 and installed it for another $500. I $1000 job ending up costing me almost $3000. Sometimes i'll bypass the comments and give a business the benefit , but i will never do that again. The reviews are there for your benefit and to save you a headache. These people cannot be trusted, i suggest buying used parts online where you can get a guarantee. Do not refer or deal with these people, you will regret it....

Called about mirror on friday, woman said she will call me back. No call back. They are closed Saturday. Money called and same woman says she will call me back. No call back. Tuesday morning I call about a mirror and speak to a man, he says he personally sold the mirror to a walk-in customer. What is this business? Who is this woman?

They sent us the wrong (($680)) transmission & after being contacted over 30x overthe last 4 months they are still Ignoring us, and not honoring the warranty & refund policy!! So No refund & no correct transmission sent yet! I've called , emailed And NOTHING!! enough is enough !!!

To be fair and honest. I did not have an issue with these guys at all. Actually, I found that there prices were far more competitive than other places I called. My only concern, the part did not fit my car, (myself and the mechanic was puzzled by that) but returning wasn't an issue! They typically on issue an exchange in a situation like that, but Mike did refund the full amount.

Ignore all the reviews, this place is very good, very experienced and knowledgeable peoples & very advance way of working. I needed the engine for my toyota camry & even I was not aware about particular engines for my model so they told me to take some photos of car & mail them and then mailed, they match exact engine as per my car and shipped to free of cost. Even my mechanic amused with engine after he installed engine as it's running all good & very efficient.... very Chill place.too

Should have read the reviews first. As a business owner, I try to work hard for my customers and maintain customer satisfaction, something they clearly don't care about. I ordered a part and paid shipping on Tuesday, On Thursday they still have not charged my card nor shipped the item. You cant run a successful business relying on unreliable people. I will be taking our business elsewhere and suggest anyone wise enough to read this do the same.

Bought a pair of "Insurance Quality" head lamps for a Mazda Millenia. They were oxidized beyond repair and had broken tabs when delivered.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY PARTS! We called them and asked for a Compressor for an Altima. They told us they had the part and the price. We drove out to Buford from Marietta and the OWNER tells our driver that he does not have the Compressor. We called him after the driver left and complained and he told us that he has 5 of them now. This guy is a TOTAL IDIOT that has no a total disregard for business and obviously will not be in business very long Pissing Off his customers.

Terrible customer service, very arrogant owner. kept saying '"i don't care" . Wouldn't recommend anybody doing business with them cos there parts are too expensive and they sooooooooo RUDE!

Great Experience i own an auto repair shop in SC so i deal with salvage yards a good bit. These guys over performed for us !!! Ordered motor at 2;00pm 11/6/13 on wednesday and it was at my shop on the ground ready for install before 11:00am 11/7/13 on thursday. The engine was great quality non washed with actual low milage not your typical clean and claim low milage, REALLY A SOLID ENGINE WITH LOW MILES !!!! I will be using these guys more often for our parts . Used a credit card for payment on 11/6/13 and they charged me the amount agreed on 11/13/13 and had no issues. Have told many other local repair shops in area about these guys, its really nice in my line of work to deal with a business that under promises and over delivers like these guys did! really was hassle free on our end. Thank you guys at Shakti you have really earned our future business.

total crooks and dishonest business give you one price on phone and change it when you arrive part wont be there he will collect a deposit and force you to return, will try to get you to repair a broken water cooler and pay you nothing for your efforts.Looted central air units scattered around the yard obviously contributing to atlantas copper theft sold me an unsafe defective part for an inflated price,Boasts to be a container shipper, of what stolen copper etc, Stay away from this company,take it from an honest guy these folks are crooks,report all copper theft
