Based on recent feedback, Rico's Wrecker Service in Atlanta, GA earns 96/100 with a strongly positive trend. Customers highlight fast response times (including late-night assists), clear communication, careful vehicle handling, and fair, flexible pricing that works with budgets and longer tows. Staff are widely described as professional, kind, and reassuring; wait times are usually short. Strengths: reliability and going above expectations. A lone outlier reports a missed appointment and unprofessional conduct. No clear data on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts.
I am a returning customer! They are absolutely amazing! They work with me in my prices every time no matter the distance of the location, they work on my budget. They’re definitely open to bargaining. This is my tow company
After AAA left me stranded on the side of the road for 4 hours, Rico’s Wrecker Service came in and completely saved the day. Communication was excellent from the moment I called — they kept me informed and actually showed up when they said they would. Service was fast, professional, and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was handled with care. You can tell they actually take pride in what they do. Rico’s has earned a customer for life.
As a project, my husband bought a truck that needs a transmission. Rico’s wrecker service communicated very well. They were quick with loading the truck and it was on a tight alleyway. It had to be towed 40 miles and they gave us an excellent price…$100 less than the closest competitor. They also did a great job offloading it into the driveway. We would highly recommend!!!
These men were so kind, respectful and willing to help me. I’ve never been treated so well by a towing company. They worked with me the best they could to fit my needs and made sure I was taken care of. Fair pricing and accommodating! I would highly recommend this place.

When I had a flat tire, Mike was there right away with his tow truck. He was calm, kind, and reassuring, which helped ease my stress. He worked quickly and efficiently, but never made me feel rushed. His compassion and professionalism truly stood out. I can’t thank him enough. ?
Cannot be more thankful for the fast communication and delivering my daughter’s car at 2 am safely and efficiently! Our family’s new favorite tow company!
Amazing service! Delivered my car at 2 am from the middle of no where and had such an upbeat spirit. If i need a tow I will be calling rico’s wrecker service again!
Hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I called, they were communicative, fast, and professional. The driver showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and treated my vehicle like it was his own. What could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a smooth, stress-free process. Honest pricing, great customer service, and real professionalism. If you need a tow, don’t waste time—call these guys.
Fast affordable and reliable. They answered the phone at 3am when all other 24 hour services didn’t and Within 20 minutes someone was there to tow my vehicle.
These guys were great!! Quick response, great price and great service. Between my first call for a quote to agreeing to the tow was an hour. Thank You!
Rico’s Wrecker Service came through for me big time. After my engine bay was sprayed, it ended up affecting my battery — they diagnosed it quickly and had it replaced within the hour. Later on, I also needed two rear tires since my vehicle is always on the road (I’m a busy black truck Uber driver), and they handled that as well.
The team was professional, fast, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They didn’t just fix the problem — they made sure I was back on the road with confidence. Excellent service and I truly appreciate the help. Highly recommend Rico’s Wrecker Service.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Rico’s Towing Company, and I can't say enough about the incredible service I received! From the moment I called them after my car broke down, their team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation.
The tow truck arrived much faster than I expected, and the driver, Harris, was not only professional but also went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safely loaded. He took the time to explain the process and even offered some helpful tips to prevent future issues with my car. It was evident that he truly cared about helping me, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
What impressed me the most was how Rico’s Towing Company followed up after the towing service to make sure everything was resolved and that I was satisfied with their service. That's a level of customer care you rarely see these days!
If you find yourself in need of a towing service, I highly recommend choosing Rico’s Towing Company. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile is truly commendable! Thank you for helping me out when I needed it the most!
