This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Ben`s Downtown Atlanta Towing in Atlanta, GA earns mostly strong marks: fast arrivals, careful handling (flatbeds, winch-outs, motorcycles), and professional, friendly drivers; pricing is often clear or fair. However, a few sharp 1-star reviews cite rude phone service, long waits/cancellations, and refund disputes, plus an instance of high rates. Net: reliable results but inconsistent during peak or complex calls. Overall score: 82/100. No insights on inventory, yard organization, or part-finding—this is towing, not a salvage yard; review data may be partial.
A trustworthy towing service for my old car. They used the correct tools and were careful with them from the time they picked them up until they dropped them down.
From the first phone call on, the service was great. The salesperson made the pricing clear, and the tow truck came on time. We always give results. Very simple.
My engine broke down before work, so I required a tow early in the morning. The dispatcher picked up the phone right away, and the driver was there in less than half an hour. I'd absolutely recommend them because they are quick, friendly, and not too expensive.
They towed my automobile after I was in a hit-and-run. They were kind and did everything in a professional way. They also told me how to write down the damage for insurance.
I was stranded in mud in my own driveway. I called these people, and they sent a tow vehicle with a winch. Got me out in a few minutes and didn't hurt the yard. Very helpful and polite.
When my motorcycle broke down, I called this company to tow it. They took care when loading it so that nothing broke. Everything went well and the prices were fair. This is a wonderful option if you need to pull a bike or a small automobile.
My old car wouldn't start after I stored it for the winter. These men knew how to drive older cars and drove it to my repair safely. Very careful with how the automobile was.
Called for a flatbed tow after my axle gave out. They showed up with the right truck and got my car to the shop safely. I appreciated how careful they were loading and unloading it.
Awesome people reasonable prices for towing my daughter car cut off on her while driving to work she parked in a parking lot that will boot you I explained this urgency of a timely tow and they delivered!!!! They were prompt and professional I will be sure to use them for all my towing needs
They are so helpful and kind. We had a large truck get stuck in the field. Bre in the office had me text her pictures so they could assess the situation and figure out exactly what they needed to do before they got here.
DESERVES O STARS!!!

WAITED 6 HOURS AND THE CANCELED LAST MINUTE!!!

THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER CALLS!
LEFT ON HOLD FOR 3 HOURS!!!!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL!!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service. Dispatch told me the truck would arrive in 30 minutes and I could leave my car. 2.5 hours later the truck driver informs me he is in route and will be there in an hour. (3 hours late). By the time he arrives the police have already towed my car from the side of the road using another service. This company never provided me any service, and yet the company refused to refund any portion of payments, even after the office told me it would only be a $60 cancelation fee. This company preys on individuals in unfortunate situations, lies to them, then refuses to refund money when the company's own ineptitude is the reason the refund is necessary. $250 to be lied to, disregarded, and told no refunds under any circumstances, even when its their fault in the first place! Again, do not under any circumstance use this company.
