I have been a customer since 2017 and this is the only place I go for my oil change as well as many other car services. Collins is so knowledgeable about all things cars. He’s so helpful and his customer service skills are out of this world, Midas should be happy to have him.
Excellent service, very responsible, extremely trustworthy, and well-priced. This is the only place I go because I trust their word and they have never steered me wrong. Unlike other places they don’t try to BS or nickel-and-dime you. I’ve been coming to them for over 5 years and will continue to do so.
I was immediately impressed by how quickly the team at this location diagnosed my car’s problems. Great service and a honest team that kept me informed.
I brought my car in to get a check engine light looked at, and they went above and beyond to try to fix the issue. When they ultimately could not fix the problem, I told them I wanted to take it to the dealership and they refused to take payment from me for any of their services. They are all extremely upstanding and honest people and I am extremely appreciative of the effort they put in to help me.
Everyone there is great. I have been there two times for my previous car, and today got a service for my new car. Each time I am very satisfied. The pricing is very reasonable, they are quick, and I can fully trust them. They also have good communication. I highly recommend them to anyone, amazing service!!

This is the only place that I come to. It is always a pleasure coming here. I just actually left them today. You get a text throughout the process and they keep you posted through a Text. That very professional I’ve never had a bad experience and not once And as long as I drive, this will be the only place I come
Came in today to get a quote for a catalytic converter the initial price was $2,100 I was willing to pay that until he went and looked up to see if my car was under the California emissions and wanted to charge me over $4,800 but remind you I am here in Georgia and Georgia is not in compliance with California emissions. Just saying can't trust anyone these days??♀
This is the best tire shop in the city. It was 2 minutes before closing and Midas so graciously allowed us to come in and repair our tire. God is so good. These men of God are such a blessing. ??????

“I’m disappointed with my recent visit I booked with Midas specifically, for the oil change and the included tire rotation coupon.My requests were not honored. I asked for a conventional oil change and was told no, The manager said no you need full synthetic oil, I told him infinity uses conventional oil then we debated about that.Full conventional oil I believe was put in my car!Then the tire rotation that I requested multiple times was refused due to the long time it would take to remove the tires, can you believe that? Do to some of the lug nuts where swollen”. Then the manager didn’t want to rotate the tires because he said the better tires should be in the back, I told him that wasn’t what I wanted, I wanted the better tires in the front, so he said he didn’t care ! So the manager wouldn’t allow the men to do the tire rotation I felt like my input as a customer didn’t matter, doesn’t listen to the customer about there wants and needs.
Collins always offers the warmest greeting and is so honest when it comes to what you need to get done and when. Whether it’s true mechanic needs or just an oil change - I’ve trusted 3 cars with him for over 6 years. We recently moved and I drive specifically to this location so that I know I’m getting the best service.
Midas was the only place I brought my car to when I lived in Maryland so I figured I would use them when I came to Atlanta. After the fourth time I took them my car for an oil change and tire rotation, I learned these dudes were never rotating my tires. Decided to look past it because the last guy was honest with me. I gave them a second chance and scheduled my car for maintenance. Parked in the lot and made eye contact with a few of the mechanics in the garage while I walked to the lobby. These dudes just let me sit in the lobby and never checked me it. Not sure how long I waited, but it was long enough for me to come to the conclusion that they must not have needed my business. This location literally slapped me in the face

Got my oil change done here today and it was super smooth. The staff explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Prices were fair, and they even topped off my fluids for free. Definitely coming back next time I need service.
I was greeted with a welcome in, how can I help you. They fixed my tire and put the spare back under my van. They said it would take about 1.5 hrs and it ended up being just over 1 hour. The price was great. Everybody had a good attitude and was very kind.

I had a great experience at Midas today! They were able to get an oil change done for both of my cars and also helped diagnose an ongoing issue with one of my tires. The guy working up front, I believe his name was Corey, was AMAZING. He took care of everything and the communication was absolutely top tier. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to!
WOMEN AVOID THIS STORE this store is the epitome of men in car services taking advantage of women because they think we do not know anything OR have someone who will confirm. they tried to charge me $80….. for replacing my air filter. air filters cost no more than 10 dollars. I NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR THAT. i told them put it back in because who are yall to do something UNASKED FOR and THEN put it on the bill after the fact. rude mouths and rude men.

This was my first visit with Midas ! I was in distress as my usual mechanic stood me up for a simple oil change at another major repair shop chain . From the moment I entered the door at Midas , I was greeted warmly and handled with care and professionalism. I was told a fair time for estimated service for my oil change and my vehicle was ready within the time I was told ! That is GOLDEN in my eyes when it comes to the car service industry. My technician and Midas service rep were very nice and professional and it has left a lasting impression on me . I will HAPPILY return to Midas on Northside Dr. for my routine maintenance from now on !
Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everybody in the shop was working hard to get cars in and out so the wait time wasn’t long. I’m glad I picked this shop to have my car serviced. It was fast, efficient and good pricing. I’ll definitely be back!
I’ve been here twice and I really like it. They’re friendly, they work fast, and listen to you and what you want done to your car. They’re not pushy about additional repairs and you can place an appointment online, which I like. Collins worked with me yesterday and he was very pleasant and helpful!
Came in today for an assist to move my muffler over to allow spare tire to be installed correctly. Chris and John did the work and had me in and out within an hour. Both were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend them for being honest, fair on pricing and easy to talk too.
