This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Atlanta, GA, AutoZone Auto Parts earns strong praise: speedy battery diagnostics/installs, helpful guidance finding parts, and a very clean, well‑organized new store. Staff professionalism stands out and waits are usually short. Pricing and overall inventory depth aren’t broadly mentioned, so clarity there is limited. A few negatives note a curt cashier and a frustrating return, suggesting occasional inconsistency. Overall score: 93/100. What clients say about AutoZone Auto Parts in Atlanta (GA)

When I tell y'all BEST LOCATION ever Friendly, quick, and knowledgeable on products. And THEA MCCORD is the BEST. She helped me out fast an got me right.thanks again
On my way from Kentucky my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe started idling rough and was trying to stall. I pulled in to this location and asked if I could have the computer scanned. Thea immediately handed me the scan tool and allowed me to scan my vehicle. I explained I was an Army mechanic so I could manage. When I came back in Thea looked up and printed out the codes / part list. I was in need of a Variable Valve Timing solenoid and a new battery. Thea really went out of her way to assist me with providing some basic hand tools so I could install the new battery and the VVT. This worked perfectly and the car is running fine now. I really appreciated Thea and the team for taking care of me. Outside I met Ray Charles. He was a nice guy who offered to help me with the battery. Although he was not an official employee of AutoZone he was still awesome. I believe he hangs around trying to be as helpful to customers as he can. He was very nice and even carried the dead battery back inside for me. Ray Charles asked for nothing in return and we had a great conversation. If you are in the area and need car support you will find Thea’s team will get you rolling again.
The staff here is really amazing and helpful. My car ended up shutting off. The gentleman were able to figure out that I needed a new battery. Once they installed it for me I was back on the road. I would definitely recommend this location. They were so patient, even offered my pregnant family member a chair while we wait. They definitely went above and beyond!!
Thea the manager on duty was amazing! I was having a really tough day and she made it so much better being kind and helpful! I will use this location for all my future car needs!
I would like to add Xavier was amazing also. He stood out in the cold and rain and installed my battery. He was very patient and helpful! 10/10 service for both of them!
There was a lady at the counter, terrible, I said good night, and she didn’t answer, when I went to pay, never asked me for my phone number, when I told her about my phone number, with the finger she pointed the card reader to insert it my phone number, she never said a word and at the end put the plastic bag on the table contemptuously, bad really bad service.
Thea was a tremendous help behomf comprehension. I arrived to this auto zone fin tears because a sticker was on my windshield and I was unable to remove it. I dropped ve for over 45 minutes and kept receiving No’s and that nobody would be able to help. Thankfully Thea stepped in like a superhero and assisted me in removing this antagonizing sticker. She is a 1000,0000/10
