They just completed a performance tune, installed a cold air intake, lowered the suspension, and added wheel spacers on my 2026 G90 BMW M5, and the car feels absolutely dialed in. I have a supercharged e39 m5 and was having boost issues. I was referred to this company by a fellow enthusiast. I was told these people were specialists in this stuff. I brought my car to these people and they were quick on diagnostics and had a proper solution for repair and after the repair it was successful and everything went OK. They knew what they were doing spot on. They were very prompt and professional. Work was quality work. The owner Jason was very nice and welcoming and the service advisor Chuck was respectful. If you’re having boost issues don’t waste your time with incompetent people these guys are the real deal. Got the car back and it runs much better than before. It’s got all of its boost back. Will definitely recommend.

If you have any model or year of an European car this is the place you want to go for repairs or even performance modifications. These guys have worked on multiple cars for me ranging from 1986 bmw 635 to a 1994 Mercedes s500 to a 2001 bmw m3. Their work is impeccable and they do not hold on to your car for extended periods of time. They are even in the process of doing a motor swap in my 1987 bmw 325 (e30). Highly recommend this shop

There is a reason these guys have been in business so long. They are excellent. They worked through several issues with my old 1985 Porsche 911 - fixed them, and, at the same time, they found nothing wrong with my 2010 911 when I asked them to look deep to find anything that may have needed repair. They are not looking to take your money, they just do the right thing.

I recently took my 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class to Buckhead Imports for maintenance, specifically to have the battery inspected and replaced for any issues, and to get my brake maintenance done. From the beginning, their efficient problem resolution process impressed me - it was a seamless experience without any unnecessary hassle. As part of the service, they also handled an oil change, which was a routine maintenance habit I needed to keep up with. It was great to have everything taken care of in one visit. During my visit, Chuck explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and kept me informed about the progress of the work. Overall, my experience at Buckhead Imports was great. If you have a Benz and need service they are the best shop. Jason and his team have been very helpful. Additionally had a custom exhaust installed. Exceptional at every turn.

2017 Jaguar XE 3.0 SC. (Stage 2 lower crank pulley, belts, tune, oil change) I needed a reputable shop to install some Velocity AP aftermarket parts on my car. I am located in Columbus GA and spoke to a few shops that said they could do it, but I did not feel comfortable and decided to call Buckhead Imports because they are an actual Velocity AP authorized dealer. I called to inquire about the installation and quickly and easily booked an appointment. I made the 2+ hour drive up, they got right to work and completed the installation in a few hours. Overall the experience was great. From the customer service to the quality of work. I will gladly make the trip again. I have not felt as confident in automotive work on my car than I have had at this shop. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

First, they installed some aftermarket parts, performed some normal service, and got brand new tires on my Jaguar all very quickly. Later, they diagnosed and fixed a major electrical issue that left me stranded on the side of the road. Not only were they able to fix it, but I know they had to jump through all sorts of hoops to even find the parts that my vehicle needed to get repaired. I am beyond grateful for all the work they did and for their communication throughout the process. My car is running better than it ever has been, and they earned the spot as my go-to mechanic.

Buckhead Imports was recommended to me by a random gentleman at a bar and ever since coming here I completely understand his enthusiasm. The people are wonderful, the shop is frankly immaculate, the diagnostics are proactive and well presented, and their pricing is so reasonable that I feel like I just got away with something. What a fantastic shop. I've been raving about them to everyone: friends, family, clients at work....and yup, even a bar or two. It's all come full circle and I couldn't be more pleased. Bravo!

I had a dead battery right before rushing to work on a Monday morning. The staff at Buckhead Import were incredibly helpful. Jason walked to my garage, jump-started my car, took it to their shop, and replaced the battery in less than an hour. If you live in the Buckhead area, there is no need to go anywhere else. Their service is top-notch.

I have had my car at Buckhead Imports a couple times. The first time, they delivered as promised. They also uncovered an expensive problem with my Mercedes. They gave me a short-term repair option that allowed me to sell the car without incurring an additional $8,000 in repair costs. The second time, I brought my wife's MB to replace a bulb (surprisingly a difficult task). They replaced the bulb and didn't charge me for either the bulb or labor (it took a 1/2 hour to complete). They focus on building a loyal client base.

Thanks very much to Buckhead Imports - Jason and Liam for providing quick assistance regarding a flat tire I had even though I was not a customer of theirs. My experience with Buckhead Imports was on Nov 7, 2023: On my way to the office, I had a flat tire. The car jack failed. I contacted my insurance company as well as towing companies/dealers located in the area but all said it would be 2 hours+ wait time. A passerby said Buckhead Imports was nearby (less than 10 min walk). I immediately went to Buckhead imports and Jason and Liam provided immediate assistance - no charge. I drove with Liam to my car where he replaced the damage tire with the spare. Jason and Liam were very friendly - they went above/beyond and I highly recommend their services.

The Porsche dealer said I needed a 40,000 mile transmission service even though my car is only 5 years old with 24,000 miles. The Certified Porsche Techs at Buckhead Imports took a look at it and said no need, everything is fine. They probably saved me $1,000 at least.Thank you Jason and Billy! These guys are top notch and honest as the day is long.

Finally, I've found an automotive shop that I can trust performing work on my Porsche Panamera S. Chuck and Billy were very professional and took the time to explain to me what repairs were needed. They also went above and beyond to coordinate with a body shop to assess the damage to my front bumper. They provided an estimate for the repairs and I was quite relieved. Nothing compared to what the dealership would charge. Thus, I can certainly say that I won't be seeing the dealership anymore to work on my car. For reasonable and fair pricing, professionalism, and great quality of work, I highly recommend Buckhead Imports.

My experience with Buckhead Imports has been stellar! My relationship started with them a few years ago when the dealership was quoting a hefty price tag for service I was not sure I needed. My brother in law suggested I consult them. Their Mercedes mechanic was able to pin point the problem and resolve for a lot less! Jason always answers my service questions til I am satisfied and Billy is very responsive to scheduling my service appointment even getting me in early to accommodate my work schedule. Trust is super important to me and Buckhead Imports has earned mine!

I've been a long-time customer of Buckhead Imports. They always do a great job with my BMW's. I've been going to Buchhead Imports for 20 years now and on my 2nd M3. Decision time: "Buy a new fun car or modify my existing M3 and do track days". I decided to let Buckhead imports make my E46 M3 track ready. They put long tube headers on it, reinforced sub-frame, dyno-tuned it and installed an MCS system. (Hot new adjustable suspension.) WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE, NO STOCK CAR DRIVES LIKE THIS. While I have not yet been on the track, I have 100% confidence to go....the only thing....she's like a work of art to me now. Could not be happier. Kudos to Jason and his HONEST crew for giving me the 2nd best adult toy available to humans.
