TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RECOMMEND! I requested a tire change - was required to pay a deposit first before the company sharing their ETA. When they finally texted the ETA it was a 2-3hr wait, which wasn’t a problem because I went to the nearby coffee shop. Within the 2-3 hour wait time I NEVER received a call regarding an update. In fact I called 4x to be told the same thing “ the dispatcher hasn’t contacted yet?” After waiting more than 3hrs I requested that my service be cancelled and I requested my deposit back, as they were well beyond the 3 hr window with NO communication at all. When I requested to cancel the admin shared the dispatcher was on the way, which was a lie, because again NO ONE had contacted me to let me know they were on the way. She kept saying she wasn’t going to give me my money back although they were out of the window time. TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They did a great job for me. Once they arrived, they very polite, efficient and got the job done perfectly. Much appreciated!!!

At 5:00 AM, I had a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the road. I called INI Tires because they claim to be open 24/7, but that turned out to be completely misleading. I was quickly dispatched and told someone would call me within 15–20 minutes. I received a text asking for my tire size and a $50 deposit, which I sent by 5:20 AM. After that, communication became minimal. No one followed up as promised. At 6:22 AM, I received a text from a different number saying I had a 60–90 minute wait. By 7:28 AM, I called again to ask if that time estimate was from the last message, and they said yes but claimed someone was “on the way.” I repeatedly asked for a refund and was told someone else would call me. When I spoke to a young woman, she had a very rude attitude and hung up on me after I tried to record the call (which they were already recording themselves). She told me someone else would contact me, and shortly after I received a message instructing me to request my $50 back. Eventually, they did return it. By 8:00 AM, my tire still wasn’t fixed—but someone else had already come and completed the job in under 30 minutes. Shoutout to Georgia Roadside—professional, fast, and reliable. I wish I had called them first. Do not waste your time with INI Tires. The entire experience felt like a scam, and I regret not checking the reviews.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This has been the WORST experience I have ever had when it comes to tires. I bought a used tire and in less than 3 hours the same tire was flat. I reached out to the customer service team TWICE informing them of the issue and was told that the technicians had gone home for the day so they aren’t even TRULY 24/7. The following day I constantly had to follow up with them and call them upwards of SIX times if not MORE just to get some sort of understanding because apparently NO ONE communicates or keeps notes of ongoing cases. Finally spoke to a manager at 4 PM who told me they’d send a technician out to help me because of my previous inconvenience and still waited 5 HOURS AND COUNTING because no one has yet to arrive to actually HELP me only to find out by me CONSTANTLY BADGERING them that’s one waited FIVE HOURS FOR NOTHING BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN CANT FIND A TIRE BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL AND SAY THAT. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. The only thing they’re good for is giving you the run around and listening to elevator music. 0/10 definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!

Traveling to Atlanta we developed a flat tire. I contacted I&I Mobile Tire Service, after finding them on the web the following morning. After speaking to their dispatcher and paying a $50 down payment, I was contacted by Moses who arrived promptly at my location to change the tire. This reasonably priced service allowed me and my family to stay on schedule for the day. I highly recommend Moses and his I&I Mobile Tire Service Team. Fitz Blake

Will never ever ever ever do service here. I called them and another tire company and they both came to service my tire, but to my confusion, neither company said who they were on the phone or through text (with the exception of one text from this company and the first initial call back from them that I’ll attach as a screenshot). With that being said, I received several phone calls and text messages from multiple people (from both companies) and neither one exclaiming what company they were with over the phone. A technician from this company called me and said they were 20 minutes away and then another guy showed up five minutes later to fix my tire. I was very confused, but assumed they were the same company. So I called the number of the technician that claimed to be 20 minutes away that called me and they said they were on their way and I said to cancel it because I thought they were the same company and only at that moment realized that I was being serviced by multiple tire companies. Not only that, but they also didn’t pick up the call when I called them twice upon finding out I had a flat tire. Ofc with a flat tire, I would call another company since they weren’t answering their phone when I first called them. While this wouldn’t be that big a deal, had this company not sent me a rude message following this mishap and confusion. I’ve already had a long difficult day with this situation and the last thing I needed was a rude message following this situation. I consider the message to be disrespectful since I did call and cancel the service while the technician was in route. Why send the message when you can just charge my card the cancellation fee and move on with your life? I would never recommend doing business with this company ever. I find that you’ll receive quicker service elsewhere and cheaper service as well ( I was able to get a brand new tire for the same service with the other company I went with compared to what the service cost would be at this company for a used tire). First image shows they texted me and didn’t say which company they were with, second image shows they did include it in a different message from a different number, and third image includes the rude message they sent me. Also on their website and google they have different phone numbers (with one being a 678 number and the other being a 470 number) so can you imagine how confusing it would be to receive many phone calls and texts from several people about the same situation and neither business exclaiming who they are with you over the phone? And then the technician had a phone number different from the other numbers that called me as well being a New York area number (929), so seems as though they lack consistency and good customer service. If you value good customer service and want someone to sympathize with you in a difficult situation, couldn’t recommend putting your money towards a different company. I have received great service from West End Tires, Mavis Tires, and Flat Tire Atlanta in the past.

My technician was Donald C. The professionalism and integrity is unmatched. I was in a predicament to wear my tire kept on deflating and I couldn’t have another day going back-and-forth to the gas station to put air into my tire. so I contacted I&I Tires; I did not know the convenience and the quickness was unparalleled. In my situation they kept their word and help me get back mobile. A discrepancy happened to where the tire I purchased was already sold so instead of calling and letting me know that they wouldn’t be able to fix my tire In the same day; they assured me that I was able to get a used tire until my tire I purchased came in the next business day. Not only Put a tire on my car so I can be mobile the next day, they let me know that the tire did come in and that the same technician came back to make sure he completed the job that was given. That right there tells me a lot about how I&I tires select their people to work for them I Will be a repeating Customer because That one situation showed me a lot about the Care and integrity of the company….. check them out!!!! they come to where you are and help you the best way they can!!

Top notch in my book! I will definitely use them again! I made a request via the chat on the website! Donald was my technician! The response was prompt and he was very polite and knowledgeable! He repaired the valve stem on my tire and gave me great advice about my aftermarket valve stem caps. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

Angel showed up shortly after my tire blew on 85 on my way to work. He replaced tire with same make and model, brand new tire. Worked very quickly and very professional. Highly recommend this company!!

Pais for the service. The wrong size tire was put on my car and I was told by the tech that he would return in the morning with the correct size. This morning the lady on the phone said they would have to charge me 70 dollars for a new tire, when they brought out the wrong size tire. This is BS and nobody should use them, they try to scam you.

Angels! We got a flat tire and we’re stranded in Atlanta trying to get home to Nashville. Great customer service from the agent and immediate roadside assistance from Donald within an hour. Very professional! Use them!

Woke up with 2 flat tires in garage after 12 years bought car new. Don't know how it happened but don't want to think election mischief. I&I sent a terrific tech, timely, professional with a fair price on 4 new tires promo,couldn't be happier. Thank You I&I!!!

Great service! Their prices were fair, their service response time was fast, and their repairmen were professional. They represented their company well and I felt they gave 10 star rating for their service. If I’m in need again, I’ll call them, you’ll not regret using their services. I’m grateful for them!

Technicians are cool even though they arrived 2 hrs late. I booked an appointment for 5:15pm and they arrived at 7:15pm... Need better communication next time. I didn’t even get a call from anyone when I was told they’d call in 10 mins and update me on their ETA. Prepare to lose your patience with them.

Concept of the services in mind are spot on as the services are in a demand. However, you will be waiting literally all day. Yes the customer service representative is extremely friendly but not knowledgeable of the ETA. Initially I called 12:40p, I got 90mins to an 120 minutes(2 hours). Second phone call 60 minutes. Third time I called they told me the technician is on the way. While on the call with the CSR, the technician called. He gave me an ETA of 40 mins which I will not discount the professionalism. When I hear an ETA, thats the time arrival. It’s not it’s whatever time they show up. But I am all out of minutes when I’ve literally been sitting and waiting all of my Saturday in a car….it’s currently 4:31. And still no service smh frustrating.

I&I mobile tire service truly exceeded expectations. After a pothole mishap in Buckhead, their prompt and excellent customer service stood out. The operator and service guy were professional, ensuring a quick response and a fix within an hour. Highly recommended for their efficiency and courteous approach.

I don't know who runs this business but when I call, a knowledgeable human answers quickly, dispatches efficiently and the time of arrival and departure by the tech are logged. On the road again. Rapidly. Well done. My RV was incapacitated with a flat on the outer rear dual tire. AAA was unhelpful. Another tire shop recommended I&I. They came on a Sunday morning with a new tire, fitted it and allowed us to continue. I write this a week later because I called to get the invoice. Short call, human interaction, and an e-mailed invoice, presto. Half the price of the AAA contracted service. Easy 5 stars.

Overall I rate them not so good in terms of customer service because I called them today at 7:43 AM and they promised me that the technician will be at my place maximum in 90 minutes. However it took multiple follow ups before the Technician was sent after 5 hours. Payment was charged upfront and after that no phones were answered. Text were sent with scripted messages. Adam was the technician and he drove almost 35 miles to repair my tire and he was very good.

If you’re in need of a mobile tire service and AAA may not be an option please consider I & I Tires. They were efficient and quick and this particular day the technician, Donald arrived less than 20 minutes after calling and he changed the tire in less than 10 minutes. From the start of our phone call to putting the tires on…. Great customer service and with in an hour they were there to put two new tires on. Eric and his partner were Extremely polite, helpful and quick so we could get back on the road. You guys were life savers!

My daughter got a flat after going through a pothole in midtown. I called at 8:55 am on a Sunday by my phone log and they got to her at noon. They had said the driver would head out right after my call then and multiple calls and 3 hours later I could not get a straight answer. My daughter said the repairman was nice. Just be aware that whatever time they tell you, especially the 60-90 minutes may not be true. I specifically got a time frame within the hour because I did not want to leave a teenage girl waiting by herself for too long. The problem is probably just that there customer service people need to be taught to give upfront answers and that customers would always presser the truth or to have you show up earlier than expected. The price was reasonable ,just terrible customer service and questionable communication.

Horrible service! They gave me a a 60- 90 min wait which turned into an all day ordeal. Literally, the guy didn't get around to fixing the issue until 5pm. I spoke with a manager, who seemed empathetic. I asked if she could look into giving me a discount for the inconvenience. She said she would look into it and get back me, but she never did. I called back the next day to speak with a supervisor. Someone took a message fir me, but the manager never called me back. The worst service ever. I would never recommend their services to anyone.

Singing their praises! **I was in Atlanta from out of town, staying in the centennial park area. When I went to get my car out of valet, they told me that I had a flat tire. Naturally, I was in a panic. I called some local tire services who said they would not do mobile services and recommended that I have my car towed to them. Then I found I&I on Google. I can’t say enough great things about the service I received from them. If you are in Atlanta and have something like this happen to you, DO NOT hesitate to use them!! They told me that a technician would be sent out within 25-30 minutes, and he arrived within that time. He found the nail in my tire, plugged it, and had it back on in no time. Then, he called me about 20 minutes later to ask if it was still doing okay. He told me several times that if I had any issues to call him and he would be there. We had no further issues and, again, I can’t say enough how grateful I am for being taken care of in this situation and for being treated so kindly. Wonderful service!

I called after my insurance company advised me 3 hour for a tire repair. The lady that answered my call was very professional and didn't beat around the bush about my payment. And how long the guys would take to get to me. I love when I get my prices up front so I know it won't be any hidden charges. I&I was there in 30min. Fixed my tire in about 15 to 20 min. The technician Luis and Adam were professional and polite! I recommend calling them if your insurance company leaves you hanging. They were my knights in shinning armor! Thanks so much!

I was stranded and have tires that are not commonly found at most places. To top it all off, I was over 3 hours from home with my son. Definitely not the way I wanted to spend a Sunday evening with work looming the next day. Thankfully I & I was able to come to my rescue! Not only did I receive excellent customer service over the phone but the gentleman that came out to fix replace my tires were AMAZING!!! They got me up and running in no time, took great care with my vehicle, answered any and every question I had and did it all with a smile in 90 degree heat! These guys are amazing, the dispatch was amazing. Definitely my #1 go to if I ever have any issues in the area!!

I had caught a flat tire on New Year day 1/1/2021 around 4pm afternoon. I found this company on google and decided to call them for roadside assistance. PLEASE ALL PEOPLE! Avoid! Avoid! This company by all MEANS. My brother deposited $50 to a random number and never even got a receipt. After my brother deposited the $50 the representative on the phone told me a driver has to accept the job and then I’ll be given a ETA. I NEVER got a ETA nor did the driver call me. I ended up spending a night in my car for 15 hours due to this company never coming out to help me. I called and called this company close to their “closing time” and all they kept saying was the driver had a job before me and he wasn’t done yet. But oddly I called at 4:30pm. When 8pm came I knew something was wrong. My brother contacted the number he sent the deposit to and a representative lied saying the driver called me but I never received a phone call. The driver said he called me twice but I never received a call I even screenshot my call log to the representative’s number. My brother demanded a refund for services that were never provided and this company would not refund my brother. The next day 1/2/2021 the representative harassed me all morning through text messages and made fun of me being stuck in my car for 15 hours and I still have text messages to prove it. I will be reporting this bad company to the BBB. I wish I could put 0 stars because this company does not deserve anything and for taking someone’s hard owned money and not providing services as promised AS WELL for someone to be stuck in their car for 15 hours was tragic. I wish I could explain the distress I was in by this company and the dread I had to go through just for this business to pick up the phone. I will be escalating this situation shame on you. And I hope no ones daughter or son has to ever go through what I did on New Year day it was painful and sad. I was stuck in my car from 4pm until the next day 7am. I found a company called Roadside On Demand on google, I explained to him my struggle and the owner took great care of me. He came right out and serviced me and I respect him so much for that. He sent me back on my way and I will never forget this memory.
