I have been going to M&M Automotive Repair since 2019 for most of my repair needs. Their service is excellent, and the pricing is very fair. Thanks to Ms. Mercy and her team for being a trusted and reliable partner in keeping my vehicle running smoothly.

Love their service. I go for oil changes, tire rotations, they check my air pressure etc.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Service is great and so are the prices, and they work fast too! Support this small business.

A WOMAN WITH PURPOSE

This shop is so amazing. I love having a lady mechanic that is fair in pricing.

First visit here, won’t be the last! It was timme to get My registration renewed and in order to do that it seems I needed to get an omissions test past for my vehicle. So I searched the map to see location nearby. Luckily I saw M&M only a couple minutes away so of course I selected them. Mercy was pleasant and quick I was in and out in a minute‘s well I felt confident that she was trustworthy even before I saw the multitude of positive reviews and most of a note,

Mercy has a whole pack of attack cats! They too were pleasant tho skeptical lol. As cats are want to do they were super curious observing all vehicles as they entered the garage. And being that they all were gray I do believe they were related. I actually was speaking with this one which appeared to be the leader and as you can see he or she were very skeptical look upon her face as I shot the shit with her? The rest of the crew if you look close you will find peering out from underneath the white car. The squad didn’t cause me any harm but I guarantee they would’ve been TTG at any moment

12/ 8 I wanted to do an update because of course it's time for me to get an emissions again and of course I'm going nowhere but Eminem to get that and as always it was a phenomenal experience the only thing that saddens me is that I wasn't able to see the cats. I was in a hurry so that's why I didn't hang around to look for him and it was pretty cold so I'm sure they were going to stay here but either way once again 10 out of 10 when it comes to Eminem Muffler and automotive repair

I was very pleased. They took me in right away, and the service was quick, and the people were wonderful. I will always go to M&M for all of my service needs.

The best repair shop ever!! Received service same day without an appointment and speedy service. Very affordable pricing! Trust me you will not find a better shop to go to. I have always trusted the dealership but after a bad experience I decided to come here. My only regret is not coming here sooner. Even open on Saturday was a plus. Conveniently located in the West End area. Go see JR and you won’t go anywhere else. The service not limited to just mufflers. Customer service great. Will definitely only use them for now on.

Exceptional Service Experience! I visited for an oil change and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Not only did they efficiently change my oil, but when I casually mentioned a year-long issue with my radio, they swiftly fixed it within minutes. I drove home with my favorite tunes playing, thanks to their quick and effective work. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for a CV axle replacement.

Came as a recommendation from a friend. Very efficient service and at an affordable price. KP was very polite and helped me out. Will definitely work with them again!

Great customer service! I called last minute to get my alternator fixed and she was helpful and transparent about pricing. Will definitely be going back.

Jr. & the family provided great customer service and got us in and out! He took care of our issue and also made us feel at home. We were sent here by another mechanic and we are truly thankful for them. We will definitely be going back for any other mechanical needs! ?

Honesty is the best policy. And I feel like that’s their policy. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle here. Fair price good service. Tell them Bryan sent you :-) ( don’t mind the pictures. I just added some random ones that I thought I liked.

Mercy was absolutely amazing, she was able to get me in and working with my work schedule. They were also very quick at getting the repair completed! I would highly recommend Mercy to anyone looking for a great mechanic

The owner is very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They explain to their customers what is happening with their vehicle in a way that the customer will understand.

I went here for a few services a few years ago. Phenomenal service and patience. Fair pricing and great customer service.
