Muffler dropped, but was still attached. Was looking for a fast,affordable, repair close to where I live. Found them on Google. Seen them before but never stopped in. Went as they were just opening. No call just showed up. They seen the issue when I drove in. No problem got straight to the problem.Repaired my car fast and great price. EXCELLENT SERVICE, WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIER SERVICES. First visit here, won’t be the last! It was timme to get My registration renewed and in order to do that it seems I needed to get an omissions test past for my vehicle. So I searched the map to see location nearby. Luckily I saw M&M only a couple minutes away so of course I selected them. Mercy was pleasant and quick I was in and out in a minute‘s well I felt confident that she was trustworthy even before I saw the multitude of positive reviews and most of a note,
Mercy has a whole pack of attack cats! They too were pleasant tho skeptical lol. As cats are want to do they were super curious observing all vehicles as they entered the garage. And being that they all were gray I do believe they were related. I actually was speaking with this one which appeared to be the leader and as you can see he or she were very skeptical look upon her face as I shot the shit with her? The rest of the crew if you look close you will find peering out from underneath the white car. The squad didn’t cause me any harm but I guarantee they would’ve been TTG at any moment
12/ 8 I wanted to do an update because of course it's time for me to get an emissions again and of course I'm going nowhere but Eminem to get that and as always it was a phenomenal experience the only thing that saddens me is that I wasn't able to see the cats. I was in a hurry so that's why I didn't hang around to look for him and it was pretty cold so I'm sure they were going to stay here but either way once again 10 out of 10 when it comes to Eminem Muffler and automotive repair

The best repair shop ever!! Received service same day without an appointment and speedy service. Very affordable pricing! Trust me you will not find a better shop to go to. I have always trusted the dealership but after a bad experience I decided to come here. My only regret is not coming here sooner. Even open on Saturday was a plus. Conveniently located in the West End area. Go see JR and you won’t go anywhere else. The service not limited to just mufflers. Customer service great. Will definitely only use them for now on.
Exceptional Service Experience! I visited for an oil change and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Not only did they efficiently change my oil, but when I casually mentioned a year-long issue with my radio, they swiftly fixed it within minutes. I drove home with my favorite tunes playing, thanks to their quick and effective work. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for a CV axle replacement.
