He is incredibly reliable, arriving right on time and doing the job perfectly. It's rare to find such a consistent and dependable company. Had a great experience with this company. Adam Shinn was phenomenal he listened to my needs and made suggestions was not pushing me. Great company so far. The only issue I had and it was an oversight on my part was you have to pay a month in advance. Not a big deal but it could’ve been explained a little better. All and all they still get a five star from me.

I had to transfer a commercial account over to the new company entity. Adam Shinn was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process. He assisted me over the phone and over email. Once the account was transferred over the phone, he sent me an email so I could register the new account on their online portal and set it up to auto pay. He then followed up a few days later asking how the service was going. I am working on a large project and so I have a lot to compare with and he's just a top notch customer service rep. We have been with Waste Connections for several years. No one is perfect, the customer service test comes when a mistake is made, how it is handled. Our account manager Patrick, responds quickly and has handled any issue we have had to make things right.

Waste connections is the best service company you will find anywhere! Our driver that serves our location goes above and beyond the norm! Great communication, great service, he always takes care of us so many different ways that most people would not do as he does!! Examples include: calls us when the dumpsters are blocked. He patiently waits for us while we get them moved. He also walks the area down and tidys up the dumpsters and the surrounding area as well. We are very fortunate to have him as our driver and highly recommend waste connections for just having an individual like him on their team!!

Incredible service! We recently needed large dumpsters at our home on two separate occasions for construction clean up. The pricing and professionalism was much better than I could have hoped for. Blair and Emily were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process. Steve kept us informed and the drivers delivering the dumpsters were highly skilled and efficient. Switching to Waste Connections was the right decision. Before deciding to make the switch, Adam Shinn came on site, listened to my current issues, walked the site area & came up with solutions. Service has been great from the beginning. Their pricing is competitive but what I like most is I have a direct person, Adam Shinn, to contact if there are any issues or questions. I don't have to call some office & then be transferred to the next person in line to take my call. Adam responds quickly & is a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to know good customer service is still around!

We absolutely love our waste connection crews! My son loves garbage trucks and garbage day is his favorite day of the week! We have gotten to know Nakia over the past couple of years, and she is absolutely wonderful! She goes above and beyond for my son and is always excited to see him. She always stops to chat with us. We always look forward to recycling week when we get to see her! Brittani and Majesty have been wonderful as our yard waste crew, as well. They also go above and beyond for my son and are always happy to see him . They always stop to talk to him and Majesty even brought him his own garbage truck. They are absolutely wonderful! So thankful for crews that do their jobs well and make my son extra excited for garbage day!!

When it comes to ‘Customer Service’, our Waste Connections TEAM (Brittany and Majesty) set the A+ Standards!! They are consistent and do an OUTSTANDING JOB!! Only because 0 stars is not an option. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Ignored messages in the system, representatives with attitude--even their phone lines and recorded messages treat the customers like trash--because they can't seem to pick either up! They delivered our trash container in such a way that the truck couldn't pick it up for months. When I called to find out why our trash wasn't picked up, they told me that "we must have moved the dumpster" (it was a 2-yard dumpster without wheels--how am I moving that?) but conveniently couldn't provide the delivery video to show it had been placed correctly. Our recycling bin has been missing for months, and I have been trying to cancel service since then. They do not respond to service requests, and do not call as promised. One rep told me that their online system was built for residential, so the business experience is not that good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY MAY LOOK CHEAPER AT FIRST GLANCE, BUT YOU WILL PAY, I PROMISE.

Best trash service by a long shot. Reasonable prices and dependable service. Adam Shinn has been an absolute gem of an Account Manager and goes above and beyond to take care of our restaurant(BBQ King in Lincolnton). Can’t recommend Adam and Waste Connections enough!

Adam Shinn was great from the start. We were in a time pinch to get waste removal service started prior to opening and Adam got us up and running. Waste Connections also had a competitive price. They weren't the cheapest available, but you get what you pay for. Overall, we're really happy with the service.

Well it's only been a day ago now but I still want to put them on blast. One of the truck drivers truck had a hydraulic fluid blow out in my driveway on yesterday hydraulic fluid was all over my trash can that didn't get picked up. Hydraulic fluid was spewed all over my gravel driveway my front porch area patio furniture my little mazda truck that sits on the side of the road. I called and spoke with someone on today one day after it happened I'm giving them time but I still want to say that no one from the company or the driver left a note saying that they spewed hydraulic fluid all over my gravel driveway,l trash can and other items I've taken pictures if this needs to go any further I hope not because I need my trash pickup
