I had an excellent experience with Fox Towing Service. The drivers are prompt, professional, and courteous. I've used this company several times and they've always made sure my car was safely loaded and transported with care. They've even took the time to explain the process and and answer all my many questions. Lol Being friendly along with great customer service really made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Reliable, dependable and fairly priced. Always prompt and professional, along with knowledgable. The only guy I call when I’m in need of a tow or have anyone around that does.
I am so thankful for Fox towing. My 19 year old son was stuck 45 minutes away from home & needed a tow. As a mom I needed that piece of mind that he was all right. The driver called me once he got to my son, also when he had picked him up and once again when they were on the way back. The professionalism and the willingness to help makes this business way better than any towing company servicing the Charlotte area.
JR was very professional. He made it to me within 30 minutes of my call. Took care of my truck & got me where I needed to go. He even had the mechanical knowledge to tell me what he thought the problem might be. I will definitely be using him for all of my towing service needs moving forward.
