I've used this company several times and they've always made sure my car was safely loaded and transported with care. They've even took the time to explain the process and and answer all my many questions. I am so thankful for Fox towing. My 19 year old son was stuck 45 minutes away from home & needed a tow. As a mom I needed that piece of mind that he was all right. The driver called me once he got to my son, also when he had picked him up and once again when they were on the way back. The professionalism and the willingness to help makes this business way better than any towing company servicing the Charlotte area.
