Scheduled and paid for a hitch and install. Arrived to my scheduled appointment and received a text from Frank that he had forgot to confirm the order and we would need to reschedule the install. Since I had driven 40 minutes and taken a day off work for this appointment only to be notified while waiting in the parking lot, I told Frank to just refund my money. It’s been over 3 weeks and he still has not refunded my money. He just keeps saying it’s coming. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Terrible experience.
Great service and experienced, I got stuck with a 26ft uhaul and once they arrived he got me out in less then 10 minutes and I was back on the road. I really appreciate it you guys saved the day!
There isn’t enough characters to write about my excellent experience with Frank. Frank assisted me in a uhaul rental truck for a local move as well as assisted me with ordering/loading/shipping a Ubox for a long distance move. Majority of businessmen typically take a young lady for granted and find loopholes to overcharge as we often are labeled as “ naïve” but Frank was the opposite and an absolute pleasure. He made sure I would be comfortable in the truck I was renting, made sure to share the exact gas I should return the truck with to avoid additional fees, had my truck ready in the front of the line for pickup and ensured I knew all the tips and tricks to arrive safely. The Ubox process is a bit more lengthy and a lot of moving pieces and parts but he was prompt and informative, handled adversity with no run around, and ensured to deliver the level of service promised at the time of our booking regardless of the amount of hands in the pot and parties involved. He placed the order and seamlessly delivered with a narrow time window for our move. HIRE THEM for everything.
A absolute blessing to my life. The owner doesn’t know this but I appeared in panic as my Right Trailer lights were inoperable and thus I was being held back from my move across country. I was given grace and cried on the inside as I was helped with care and love. Please do not overlook this location for your Uhaul or hitch needs. I wanted to thank Frank the SUPERSTAR for coming out after his workday and did i say it was the last minute, to assist my sister and I with loading my car on the U-Haul tow! I have used them twice for short Uhaul trips and they are just great. It's really easy and the staff and laid back and nice so it takes some of the stress away. It's a convenient location for me and has always been a good deal ($35 for renting a truck for four hours including the mileage!). Awesome
Customer service done right! I have rented vans from Frank and his team several times. They are always helpful and willing to do whatever is necessary to accommodate what I needed. From after hours drop off to extending my rental, no additional charges or hassle. Just great customer service from great people. I am happy to recommend Auto World Lease and Sales. It is rare to find a company that actually puts their customers first.
