I am so sad I did not get the tow truck drivers name because he was so amazing. He knew I was frustrated as I drove my car over some boards and got it stuck. He was very sweet and just when I thought I would never get my car unstuck he was able to get it free and back to me! I was so annoyed with myself and can’t believe I did that but thank you to A&R towing for literally saving my car and my pride! I am so thankful for them and hope the driver gets recognition for this review because he was funny and so nice!!

Theo is my hero! My car was involved in an accident early in the morning and required towing. The site where the accident occurred was on a obscured side of the highway, with no real landmarks in site. After almost 15 hours of trying to explain where my car was to 3 different towing companies, I was at my wit's end. Finally, A &R towing received my request and Theo was dispatched to help. He found my car within the hour! A&R towing have been incredible! Definitely recommend this service!

Followed the tow truck dropped my car at the wrong location wouldn't move it and left me stranded.. didn't sign anything they clearly don't care

He was professional, honest, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He even went out of his way to find our car after our rental company gave him the wrong address. It’s rare to find this level of reliability and integrity in this kind of service—highly recommend!

This man cut us off in traffic and almost caused us to have an accident with our children in the car.

Ben was our life saver last night !!!! He help us out with our bmw last night we got stuck in the middle of the street thankfully, my husband was able to get the car into a parking lot, but the car decided to shut down On us, the steering wheel got stuck. The emergency of the car turned on. We are thankful with this car because it has an amazing security and If any electric issues happens with this car automatically shuts down it could be the simplest thing. It is a good thing, but also is not pleasant for when we’re trying to get out of the way and being a safe area but lucky enough we were able to get the car into a parking lot we immediately called our insurance and they sent out ANR towing company and Ben was so nice, helpful and joyful under our stress. He was able to put a smile on her faces and made sure we were going to get helped and get the vehicle where I needed to be. Our vehicle was so dead that he used his battery charger to give us a jump Our car was so sad that it ended up draining his jumper and he did all that he could to help us get the car turned on to put it in neutral. After a few times we were able to put it in neutral and get the car on the truck he went out of his way to do anything to help us out. We were able to get to where we needed to be safely and we are so appreciated of Ben. Keep being a light out here Ben and thank you for making our night as ease and putting a smile on her faces

Great interaction from start to finish! LP was quick and so nice on the phone! And when Keith arrived he was very friendly and efficient! He made a terrible situation much better!!

If you’re looking for a company to tow your nice vehicle then I recommend A and R towing! My insurance dispatch this company to my car and the lady LJ over the phone was very polite and told me when they would be here! She made my day better! They sent out Matthew who was very careful with my Mercedes and he made sure to get it there safe and sound! Recommend 10 out 10!

Benjamin Ham was an amazing tow truck driver and assistant to all of my emergency needs! GPS took me down a gravel, mud road that got me stuck in a private drive and in inches of mud. Benjamin not only picked me up from my safe location I had walked too, but also kept me safe when owner of property came out and was almost violently upset. I highly recommend this driver for any and all of your emergency vehicle needs. Very efficient and helpful to my emergency vehicle needs!! Thank you so much Ben and A&R Towing for your help out of what was scary and could have been scarier evening emergency!! 🙂🙏🏻🙂

Gary was a great dispatcher and Ben was awesome. A tow out of the cell lot at Charlotte Douglas is no easy feat! He was so personable, funny, efficient and concerned for my safety. Highly recommend A&R !

MB roadside sent them to tow a dead vehicle out of my garage. They not only damaged my house but have not reimbursed us for for the top cap they lost for the front of the vehicle after a year of being told they would send us another. Their truck also did not have jumper cables nor would the gentleman call to get them, hence the damage of trying to pull a vehicle with locked wheels out of a garage bay. Customer service is horrible and we have called a half dozen times as well as sent emails. Do not use.

Unfortunately, I had the pleasure of meeting Jamal for a tow. He was exceptional! Provided status updates before & after the tow, with pictures included. Hopefully, I will not need any tow services for the foreseeable future, but if I do, I’ll definitely call A&R Towing & requesting Jamal.

James in truck 9 was absolutely phenomenal. He talked me through want was happening with my brand new Mercedes. He was patient and kind to me when I was panicking about my car. He was on time and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone I know!

Keep sending Ben out and I’m sure your reviews are bound to go up! Excellent customer service, truly a light in a stressful situation. Gave me specific advice and helped me get my car exactly where it needed to be. Shoutout to Ben for being so kind, funny, and a star at his job! :)

Wish I could give them a 0!!! Needed a tow through insurance and they connected me with these LIARS! I called A&R and they said the would be there in an hour, after 3 hrs, they were around the corner, after 5 hrs, the tow truck caught a flat on I485, then, they were back around the corner, and finally stop answering altogether and left my vehicle over night. Don't ever use these liars!!! The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!

As far as towing experiences go this was the best. Ben was there really quickly and lifted my mood straight away! Very hardworking guy and has a great attitude. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Ben

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Ben's exceptional towing service when my electric vehicle unexpectedly ran out of energy. i would give them 0 stars if i could. worst towing company i have EVER used. slack dude that works there calls me monday when he gets to my car on the highway and never even towed my car. nor did i ever receive a phone call stating the car couldn’t be towed. tried calling several times to see if someone could go back out there and they said “your insurance will call you” and sure enough my insurance did not call me. so i know they were just trying to get me off the phone. will be reporting this company to the BBB as well. if you care about your sanity DO NOT use this towing company.

CAR WAS DROPPED OFF TOW TRUCK: I can’t believe it’s taken me almost 4 years to write this review…I don’t typically write reviews (especially negative ones) but I have to share my experience with A&R towing. If they have a new staff/team, this is not directed at you. I had my brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla towed after a oil leak back in 2020 (to be fair, my Toyota dealership is the one who had this company tow me, so the company was not optional for me). After they picked up my car at midnight to then tow it to Toyota the following morning, I received a call stating that my car had been damaged during the drive over (the owner said he would fix it) but mind you this was a brand new car off the lot and only a week old. The damage done depreciated my car as is despite him “fixing it” I get to the lot to find my car has BEEN DROPPED OFF THE TOW TRUCK, TWICE!!! I cannot make this stuff up y’all. My car was so damaged and the frame was bent. The man (owner I believe) looked at me in the face and said the front damage was “already there” and at this point i’m in tears. My car was in mint condition, no damage, and he told me that it was already like that. I called the police to file a report and the police were absolutely no help. Because I was young at the time and bawling my eyes out I was basically laughed at. To the owner, not sure if you remember me, but I dearly hope you never do this to anyone else again. You know and I know my car was not damaged before you dropped it off the truck..twice. I hope your business is being run better now with experienced drivers because I literally felt like I was in a fever dream because this was the craziest experience of my life.

I had a very complicated towing situation and was very stressed about it. The driver from A&R towing was incredible. He could have said it was too difficult and chosen not to do the job, but instead he was committed to taking his time and making sure my car got to the dealership. He was so pleasant the entire time even though it was a tough job. I am very grateful for their services!

I have been dealing with some engine problems & have now had to use a few towing services. It's been really difficult, but when you have people like Ben who care and give you that extra warmth & professionalism, you feel safe. Ben gave me a ride to the dealership & made sure my car was safely loaded. They may not be the fastest because they are busy like most tow trucks. My advice is to stay patient because that's life. But A&R were communicative, kind, & patient. Thank you again, Ben!

Terrible customer service. At 1:38 they said they would arrive in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no driver, so I called the main office and was told the driver was 10 miles away and on his way. 30 minutes later the driver called me and said he was just leaving and had eta of 20 minutes. 45 minutes after that call the driver never showed up and neither the driver nor the company will answer the phone. Thankfully our vehicle is in our garage and we're not stranded on the side of the road. I will never call them again.

Earlier today, I went through my vehicle's warranty service to get my car towed to the dealership for service after it wouldn't start. They must have a contract with A&R Towing, because that's who they referred me to. 5 minutes later, I received the following text "confirmation": "Send Digital 1St! Or Call 2X! A & R Towing. ETA 120 mins." That's barely English, but I gathered that I had an estimated arrival time of 2 hours. 2 hours later, no tow truck had arrived and I hadn't received any status updates so I called A & R directly. I was told that the driver was one town over and should be here in about 30 minutes. Well, more than an hour later, they still hadn't arrived and, yet again, I was provided no status update. So, once again I called A & R. I was told that the GPS showed the driver less than half a mile from my home(less than a 5 minute drive). I thank the dispatcher and wait. And wait. And wait. 20 minutes passed and I called up again. When I confront the dispatcher, he tells me that the GPS is still showing the driver to be where he was last time but he can "check another tracker." At that point I told him not to bother because they don't deserve to get paid for this type of service. They're rude. They're unreliable. They're awful. Find another option.

Be careful using this company. They were suppose to tow my vehicle to a dealership at 9:15 am finally arrived at 11:30 am then would not load my car until I signed paper saying there were no damages after the car was loaded as well as requiring me to sign saying the vehicle was delivered safely. When I indicated I didn’t feel comfortable signing those two areas he took pen and paper got in his tow truck and left because I made a note saying my signature was required prior to loading. I tried to get him to let me call his company to get clarification but he said he was leaving. We wasted the entire morning trying to get our car to the dealership. Not to mention the disrespect and unprofessional experience we encountered.

I had my vehicle towed by Andrew. I can’t say enough about what a kind person he is. Obviously when you need to have your car towed your not having a good day as was my situation. Andrew arrived on time. He immediately made my day a lot better with his kindness and professionalism. Our car is our baby. It’s lowered and have had issues in the past when it needed to be towed. Andrew got the vehicle up on the truck with no problem took extra time to insure it was secured on the truck. He was in contact with me to let me his know his progress as the shop was almost an hour away. He let me know when the vehicle got there safely and put me at ease. Thank you very much for a great job! You guys have a great guy in Andrew and good help is very hard to find.
