Fast road service reasonable price Unfortunately they only work on their trucks at the shop

We are very pleased with your workers they were very respectful very polite and efficient they never had a problem if they did we didn't know and they fixed it right off the bat there were never any stress moments this company is a company that I would recommend to anybody anywhere God bless.

This company have such great service, I work with Towe truck/wrecker companies all around the USA due to the nature of my work and I’ll go out of my way to say they are the best, customer service is impeccable,drivers cool as ice. I don’t do reviews but am doing one for this company. Bravo guys

On two separate occasions, both Mr. Chavez and Carlos B. have provided top-tier customer service, demonstrating a true attention to detail that sets them apart in the towing industry. From the moment they arrive on the scene, it’s clear they operate differently: They immediately take detailed photos of the vehicle and VIN. They secure the vehicle using special straps instead of chains to protect the rims—something you rarely see elsewhere. They offer live tracking of your vehicle’s location during transport (yes, live tracking with a tow service!). And once the vehicle reaches its destination, they follow up with a courtesy call to let you know it arrived safely. That level of care and professionalism makes me fully confident in trusting Chavez Towing with any vehicle—even when I’m not present at the pickup. You won’t be left wondering what surprise damage might show up later—Chavez and his team treat your vehicle with the same respect you would. Called them regarding a a car I needed picked up asap. They had a driver out there loading the car up 15 minutes later. They are amazing at what they do! Highly recommend.

Very impressed, They came and loaded up my GMC sierra within 20 minutes of calling. Driver was very nice and great at his job and the price they changed me was very affordable. I will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for helping me out on a otherwise bad day!

Chavez has clear communication, great prices, and was incredibly efficient. Transporting 40' containers can be tough, but Chavez made the entire process a breeze. I will definitely be using them again!

Pretty good company, they did take a really really long time to get the truck however the drive was an hour and a half, it did take about 3.5 hrs to get the truck. However they did as they should and it was pretty cheap for the amount of driving they had to do. Satisfied with the tow!

I was thoroughly Impressed with Chavez Towing & Recovery. Anthony responded promptly and Justin worked efficiently and got the matter resolved quickly. What stood out to me was how prepared they were for the task at hand with patience and professionalism. They took the time to ensure everything was done safely. May was a pleasure to work with when it came to the billing and they all made a stressful situation seem worry free & effortless. I highly recommend their service. Hopefully we wont need to use them for a while but if we do need this type of assistance; Chavez Towing & Recovery will be the only call we need to make!

The shop worked quickly to get my repair done in a very timely manner. They kept me informed and didn't try to sell me a completely new engine. I appreciate the fact that they told me up front what the worst could be, but also didn't take it to that extreme. Thank you for the great work. I will return to have repairs done here when I am in town.

If your m’looking for fast and professional towing, Chavez Towing and recovery is the company you want to give them a call. I was stuck by a train and when I called Chavez they out to haul my tractor away in 45mins.

Was in a bind. Had issues getting truck started. Was scrambling to find a tow service to get tractor to a shop. Chavez Towing and repair came up. Had good reviews versus others so I went with them. I will say my experience was similar to the majority of the reviews. The initial phone call and interaction with the Service Manager set the tone. Very professional and customer service friendly. The process of requesting service and getting it went smoothly. I was promised an hour wait for driver. Driver showed up well with in that window. Driver too was great, professional and detail oriented. Got the truck delivered without a hitch. The cost of this top notch service was well below what I expected. I would highly recommend.

I don't even know where to begin. I was stuck on the side of the interstate near Jacksonville, FL & wanted to find a company reasonably priced to tow truck & trailer back to NC. Fortunately enough, I made it back home to Charlotte in a matter of time. If wasn't for the level of understanding, rates, professionalism, & efficiency of Chavez Towing & Recovery, I don't know what would've happened. Thank god for Chavez! I couldn’t get any tow trucks to actually come out and help us and after 5 minutes of being on the phone with one of the amazing owner's, he got a truck to me within 20 minutes, amazing crew, our driver was very nice and the truck was very clean! 1000/10 definitely recommend. Chavez is my #1 choice from now on.

I cant thank Angel and team enough! They got my commercial vehicle unstuck in a muddy backyard and it was sitting on the frame. They had a lot of experience to winch it out safely without damaging my van. To top it all off it was the weekend before Christmas. They are a holiday blessing thanks again

Rolled into the shop to get an inspection. They were very busy that day but Julio got me right in. My truck has a CAT engine and they are very knowledgeable on CAT..this shop will do all my service work. Very friendly
