Very good customer service took my battery to him and gave me a brand new one cranking amps Jerry is one of the best customer representative Personnel I talked to at a battery shop and Anthony could cook up and make the best batteries ever definitely see Anthony when he's there he's putting that battery together for you guys go check them out I highly recommend battery service and supply to anybody who needs a good battery

DO NOT buy a battery here. You will pay more in tow fees than the batteries are worth. The new batteries they do have are only the cheap ones that will leave you stranded. These guys dont stand by the 18 month warranty they have. They dont return calls. GO TO AUTO ZONE. Do not waste your time and hard earn money on people that could care less and only want to use the community for profit.
The battery for my Kia went out in the winter and I have a newborn. It was pretty sudden and that's when I learned how expensive the battery is for my car. I found Battery Service Supply and they saved the day. I paid a 3rd of what I would've paid for a battery anywhere else and they stand by their warranty which is great. The service was super quick and everyone was extremely nice. I even recommended my friend. I would send anyone to this place.

Great service I have been buying car and truck battery’s from Battery service & Supply Co for years now and I had never had any problems with any of the batteries that I bought from them!! Also to be honest I believe almost all the battles I bought has lasted longer then the warranty that they give you!! Lastly DONT FORGET to bring your old battery with you because they will buy it from you it doesn’t have to be the same kind and if you have more than one bring them to they will pay you for every battery you bring!! Came in for another battery. Had the old one replaced and the other one in my car in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly and affordable! I saved $70 from the price I was quoted at Advance Auto! Definitely recommend
Nothing fancy about this place but the service and professionalism is undeniable. I've been coming here for years because I'm really not one to pay full price for anything, especially a car battery, if I can find a better deal. This place can hook you up for around 1/4 the cost of what you would pay at one of the big chain auto stores. They service your car right there in the parking lot, which takes maybe 10 or 15 minutes at most, and their batteries come with a warranty. NOTE:::: It's VERY easy to miss and drive right by if you're not using navigation. As soon as you turn onto Old Pineville from South Blvd. make the first right going over the train tracks and then left into the parking lot and it's all the way in the back to the right.

Ive bought 4 batteries from here over the years and all were in great refurbished condition and lasted far longer than I expected. My current battery in my dodge ram has been going strong nearly 2 years. Probably need to get another one soon before winter comes. And of course it will be here !!!
