I had an uncomfortable and upsetting experience involving a white man whose behavior was unkind and hostile. His actions and tone came off as intentionally mean, especially toward people of color, which raised serious concerns about possible racial bias.
Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and dignity—regardless of race, background, or appearance. There’s no place for this kind of attitude in any environment, and it left a lasting negative impression.
I hope this behavior is addressed and not tolerated. We all have a responsibility to speak up against mistreatment and create spaces where fairness and respect are the norm.
Predatory and incredibly unprofessional company!! They attempted to tow an occupied vehicle from a local gas station. Their driver blocked the parking spot to ensure our vehicle was unable to leave and refused to move without payment. Cost $100.00 to drop a vehicle that no one ever requested to be towed.
If I could leave zero stars I would. David is so mean for no reason. He broke my key refused to pay for it and told me. "Congratulations you have a broke key, be lucky you got your car back." Nothing but bad things will come to a person like this. His karma will be horrible. The car company said he is mean to everyone. He doesn't deserve the money he is being paid he is an awful person.
Never used their services but if their drivers are any indication of how they do business the company is in trouble. Today 12/2/19 from between 6:40am - 7:10am I was driving down HWY 321 towards Gastonia. The driver of one of their vehicles was swerving (almost into me), speeding (Over 70 in a 55 in Gastonia), drastically slowing, and tailgating every car in front of him. When I pulled along side him as he drastically slowed (50 in a 65 in the fast lane) the driver was busy playing with his phone and not looking at the road. Instead of towing cars and cleaning up wrecks, this driver appeared willing to make some wrecks with his driving and inability to keep his eyes on the road.
Terrible customer service!!!!! Everyone i delt with had a god awful attitude on top of them ripping me off on the pricing!!!! If you can avoid using this company i would highly recommend it bc they will suck every penny that they can out of you, their #1 goal is to take advantage of people who are stuck in a bad spot. I hope this helps some people avoid the same trouble i went through!!!!
