THE WORST PLACE EVER!! they money hungry and don’t care if you struggling no help at all…they charged us $325 to get our car and still wouldn’t let us get our car, told us it was $50 just drive it off there lot because we had a flat tire. ridiculous
My car was stolen the police found it and they retrieved it for me I did have to pay them the tow fee but they worked with me and sent me pictures so I can see the car was ok and it was correct
Great service. After getting the shaft from another shop (Diesel Doctor's) and being stuck on the road and told to get towed to another shop....while still paying full charge. We found Bradley's. They were timely, professional, and had us rolling in no time. Will definitely be using them again. Encourage you to call them for in shop repairs and roadside. Thank you!
Called roadside assistance and I was told an hour and got there before and my lift gate wouldn't open and he showed me how to find the problem and he fixed it showed me how to see the problem

This company lie and steal its sickening. I called for a wrecker for my semi. I explained to the dispatcher that air is leaking from exhaust that the filters or rings may be loose. I ask was this something that can be done by roadside or should I get towed to nearest shop. I was told repeatedly that it’s something the wrecker can fix and mechanic will have the parts and tools needed. This was not the case wrecker came out 8 hours later truck has to be taken to the shop. He had no parts to replace the gasket on the def ring need to be replaced. In hind sight I should have known it was fraudulent because they never ask for my vin#.
I paid them $445 for diagnostic. They wanted to charged me another $560 to tow me 17 miles. Ridiculous.

My car was towed after a crash Wednesday. When arriving to gather what was needed from my car, Kim in the office gave us customer service that was excellent! Her professional help and information was very beneficial. Best customer service during a not great time!
Called for road service for a stuck brake valve and was told that there was no one available (it was snowing). Set up for the next morning. Called them at 0800 and confirmed road service. At 1000, I called back for an eta and was told that the owner said that they could not fix it today. I got NO phone call letting me know this, even after I had confirmed the road service. Sat for over two hours waiting for a repair truck that was never gonna show. Most unprofessional shop I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I got a flat tire on 74 outside of Shelby and all the companies I called told me it was going to be over an hour wait. I had a toddler in the truck with me and the flat tire was on my horse trailer with the horse inside. These guys were across the highway servicing another person when I called them, and they immediately came to the other side of the highway to help me change the flat on my trailer and got me back on the road in less than 20 mins! I can not thank this company enough for the quick polite and professional service!!
Called them about a busted fuel line. They kept asking for pictures of the line. Then they said their shop foreman said it was something they would have to work on at their shop, just to be able to tow it and make more money. Plus they said they couldn't get to it till Monday. Really? You cut the line where the hole is, stick a hose barb in it, or a small piece of pipe and put 2 hose clamps on it and send it on down the road. They just didn't want to have to work in the cold and make an honest dollar.
My tow truck needed a winch cable repair and my driver was on site. The company quoted my driver $95 plus 4% for credit card, so I cash app my driver $100. When it was time to pay the tech came up with another fee of $112.00 which he did not advice prior to me sending the money. That was unprofessional to have given the wrong quote. Bad business!
This place is terrible!!!!! Miss filed my paperwork. Told the adjuster and I different stories. Just plain unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.
Didn't use them for services but dealt with one of their drivers who was driving erratically speeding doing between 85-90 down the highway on 85 South where speed limit 60. Switching lanes no signal almost hit a white suv because of no signaling almost ran me off road when trying to get on highway reported to company by calling in then 5 min later seen him Doing it again....smh not smart was a business to have a person driving so recklessly in company vehicle on company time.
Completely unprofessional and dishonest. We called this company to tow a dump truck to a shop for repair. The final bill was more than TRIPLE what was originally quoted. When i questioned the price he then rolled his window up and refused payment, which continued to raise the bill. Avoid at all costs. I’ve never encountered a business this terrible in my 16 years of running a business. Listen to the other reviews and don’t get ripped off!!
