Bought a Subaru from them recently and it was smooth process. Jose M was my salesman and he was really patient with me didn't pressure me one bit. The price on the car was offered at a better price then similar cars at other dealerships. I will also mention the process is streamlined and I was in and out in less then an hour after agreeing on a price. This has been one of the smoothest easiest experiences buying a car. Richie was amazing. He moved mountains to get us where we needed ro be as far as payments. I was fully expecting to not purchase a vehicle today but they worked with us and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Greg was amazing. After his echo park spiel he literally made it so laid back and stress free. No hassle. No overly salesy salesmen tactics. NO BAIT AND SWITCH. No negotiating. I loved the price, car, and their approach and then the car was reduced by $1k bc I guess it had been there a couple weeks, which sold me bc I wanted to put a $2k deposit down. Not only all of that but they also found me a better rate than what I got online. I ended up saving over $40/mo. Because of his attention to the smallest details. It wasn’t his monthly payment but when he saw the interest rate the website offered he said no wait let me see what the finance guy can get and well they dropped the rate by over 2%. My credit isn’t bad but isn’t great so this was super important to me. Greg was amazing. I have bought 5 vehicles and every single time I have dreaded buying vehicles so much. But I was in and out within a hour and that matters to me most of all. I also got a 2025 vehicle with only 22k miles under $20k. Will recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone! Found the right car online and came in to check it out on a whim. In less than an hour, Ken had me setup and driving off the lot in a nearly new car! Impressive inventory at this location. Additional warranty was also very helpful for a preowned vehicle. The facilities are very nice and everything feels new. Come talk to Ken - he will get you in a fantastic new car in no time!

In and out in an hour…Steve Forbes our salesman was perfect— didn’t try to oversell or pressure to me on the finance side….everything was pleasurable from beginning to end. Eric Street made this so easy for me. I had never used Echo Park and he thoroughly explained warranties and the process. My credit had taken a hit over the last year and I was slightly embarrassed by it. He absolutely made me feel just important as a customer with an 800 score. This was definitely a quick, easy and pleasurable experience for me.

Greg was the best!! Explained everything to me thoroughly and I didnt feel pressured at all.I was hesitant with trying to find a dealer to work with my Type of credit, but he made it work! Ken Miller and the team helped my wife get a great evaluation on her car. It was quick and seemless process. In a week after the quote we showed up to sell the car. I had never heard of EchoPark prior to buying my car from them. The car I found there was 4k lower than anywhere else. No way right? I spoke to Brittany over the phone multiple times and she was able to start working the deal while we drove in. For someone as busy as me, this is KEY. I knew my numbers walking in. I never felt pressured, and she was super transparent. I was really impressed with her, the other staff, and the overall vibes. This is not your typical dealership. I had to take pictures. This is not a weird Mega Car Store experience where you sit in uncomfortable chairs with hundreds of other people around you. This place is CUTE, comfortable, and NO PRESSURE. The amount of cars they have is insane. I was only at the dealership for about an hour. Which is nuts. They matched another dealership’s offer on my trade in and off we went. You really need to check this place out. It is impressive and people like Brittany make it so enjoyable and comfortable. 10/10 recommend. We will be back for our son’s first car soon.

Victoria was incredible to work with. I went to the dealership to help my sister look at cars and we walked out with an incredible vehicle for her. Alex was amazing! He was very honest and nice. Easy experience.(posted day we bought car) Update.....car we bought 16 days ago, back windshield just shattered when we shut the drivers side door. Took back to Echo Park and we were basically just dismissed. They're very nice when buying a car but don't come up there with a complaint. I understand we purchased the car as is but for the back windshield just to shatter for no reason is insane.

We had such a great time at EchoPark! Dustin was so kind, answered questions, and walked us through everything at our pace. Would highly recommend. It was great working with Dustin during the sale and prior to that Maria who we talked to on the phone before our appointment and she was fantastic as well.
