Absolute terrible experience with these people. Completely unprofessional as most used parts dealers. But they went the extra step to change the price by $300 when I made my 3rd trip there for a transmission. They won’t being seeing me again

I was looking for a VW part but then I saw the insurrectionist flag and decided to avoid. Free speech is a wonderful thing, though, because people will tell you exactly who they are. Grateful that I saw the flag. I would never deal with someone like this. What an embarrassment to our community.
Horrible folks. Mario is a sleazy and unfair sales man. Unprofessional and lies. Was assured item would fit and did not fit. They did not accept returns. And lied about the car is now gone. Even though it’s still at the yard. I would never buy from these guys again. Horrible. Sad.
My son got into a wreck the other week and this place has been so kind to him and I. He went back today for more parts and the guy is just super nice and taking care of him..they are very fair with pricing as well...I would recommend anyone go here. Thank you for being so helpful and amazing.
Lost my transmission and I had to wait for them to source another for me. Just for them to send me the wrong transmission. Was NOT a fun experience. I would think twice if you are ordering from these people out of state.
