Worst towing company I've ever heard of. Hired to enforce parking stickers but rides around late nights looking to see if you're parked within the white lines. Towing fee $300, after hours fee $50, storage fee $35. My car was there a total about 10 mins when I arrived. I STOOD AT THE GATE OUTSIDE IN THE COLD for 30 minutes waiting for them to open the gate. $385 all because they say my tires were over the parking line. I heard them bumping into something for awhile. I believe they may have influenced how my car was parked. No one called them to tow! My receipt made no sense. I complained so the next day they changed the receipt.

This company is very shady My car was parked in a handicap parking place my mother placed my card where they were to stupid to look and when I called one of the idiots shows up brandishing his gun and acting like he dont understand English the other one who took the money from my mother because I was not going to pay crap my mother is 80 years old and was scared I plan to pursue the situation Warrior Towing and Blackmail Company LLC needs to be stopped with the stealing if people's money and wont give a receipt!

They're thieves! They charged me $350 and hadn't even left the place where my car was towed, and they didn't give me a detailed receipt. They're thieves! $350 is a very high price.

Very shitty business. I wouldn’t even let my dog shit in this place. Everyone that works there has a horrible attitude. They tell you to make an appointment and still don’t show up on time. Will be reported!

I don't know how this guy sleeps. He prowls around in neighborhoods just to tow someone. People may need that money for their families. This dude towed my car in front of my mailbox stating the tags were out. Are you the police? He then lies and says HOA hired him. Man go get a real job like everyone else. Tow wreck cars or someone needing to get to a shop. Karma is real keep doing what you doing. 😁

This is absolutely the worst business standing! Very shady, money hungry, scammer is what you can call it. My car was towed from my apartment complex.. which is registered and up to date! They said they towed it because I was in handicap Parking which I have a handicap sticker! So I got towed illegally. The guy told me it would be 300 but if cash 385 🤔 I thought if you use a card machine the fees are more smh once I got off of work and got there i called they told me 45 minutes and it would be 385. I told him to come take my car out now he wanted to go back and fourth with me and told me I won’t get my car back if I keep talking lol I called the police and he sent someone else to do his dirty work for him. I’m like you told me 300 on the phone he says it’s after hours prices which on the site it says 24 hours. I have two cars so the car they took doesn’t run well so I asked could he tow it to my home he said another fee lol I called AAA I asked could he pull my car out of the storage so AAA could bring it home he said no or if he does I’ll have to pay another 55 dollars on top of the 385. All together i paid 475.00 when I looked on the receipt he charged me two times for storage and I had to do two different transactions like why? They need to be shut down or handled accordingly.

No one wants to deal with a towing or booting company, but let’s be honest—they exist for a reason. Parking rules are there to keep things organized, and when you don’t follow them, there are consequences. I got towed/booted, and while it was frustrating in the moment, I can’t put the blame on the company. The rules were clear, and I didn’t do what I needed to do to avoid the situation. That said, this company was professional and straightforward. They explained everything clearly, processed things quickly, and even though it wasn’t the best day for me, they did their job fairly. Nobody looks forward to calling a towing service, but if you end up in that position, at least you’ll be dealing with a team that’s just doing what they’re meant to do.

Illegally booted my car! City ordinance requires posted signs no less than 50 feet for private parking and lot entrances. This money hungry business is now jeopardizing my job. Can anyone refer me to a good legal team for wage recoupment? I called an hour ago and still no call back. They booted like 20 cars in my neighborhood but left this abandoned car untouched, crooked!

Yesterday we moved in our apartment late last night. We didn't receive our parking pass because the office was closed when we started moving in. Within 20min of being there they towed my car and said it would cost $350.

There is literally no level of stars that this business could have If I could give them -40 that is exactly what they deserve If not more I came in contact with one of your dispatch drivers around 6:12 this evening he was here for approximately 5 minutes or so sat in the car for a bit not entirely sure why but definitely neglected my current tags on my car both the label and the license plate I am not entirely sure what kind of business is being run over there but the business needs to be better because it's not anything good if you are going to look at someone's tag on a glance I don't think that this job is paying you to glance at tags are they You're supposed to be concise You're supposed to use concision when paying attention please do not do anything of that caliber I pray the next person does not have it out with you You have to pay better attention that's your job You don't come and hitch people's vehicles that you're not clearly cognating yourself looking with your own two eyes please don't do this again your behavior negative 50 out of 100. Mashallah.

They tow and prey on people!Obviously, looking at the reviews, nobody likes warriors towing. They ultimately don’t focus on helping people who really need help. they are trolling Mallard Lake community and towing cars parked on a road with expired tags. I’ve seen this truck for the past month with five different cars already terrorizing the neighborhood and ta neighbor said he’s just towing cars that have expired tags on the road,. Charged her 220 to drop a car while in the process of towing..

This company wrongfully towed a visitor’s car from my apartment complex even though the vehicle was parked legally. When the mistake was pointed out, they refused to return the car and were extremely rude and unprofessional about the situation. I had to wake my baby in the middle of the night to drive across town to their lot just to get the car back — a car that should have never been towed in the first place. There was no apology, no accountability, and absolutely no customer service. I wouldn’t trust this company to do anything fairly or respectfully. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Completely rude, harassment and physically assaulted me. This company wrongfully towed my car in-front of my house and offered no actual compensation for the inconvenience. This man was taunting my family & completely made me uncomfortable to the point where I had to get police involved. Extremely unprofessional and terrible atmosphere.

This place is money hungry and horrible, this company should not exist. I had a friend park in the visitors area in my apartments thinking it would be okay, walked outside a hour later and found that the car was completely gone, they towed it and told me it would be 385$ to release it back and that I would have to set an appointment and each day that it’s there the price increases. Never in my life have I lived in an apartment complex where they tow visitors cars that are parked in the vistor section. Celsius apartments, and this towing company are poaching on visitors to park in the visitor parking just to tow them. This should be illegal

This is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience with this company! They are ridiculous and money hungry! Tonight I came out to get in my car from visiting a friend and my car was gone!! I PARKED IN THE VISITORS SECTION so I was very confused about where my car could be. I called this tow company and they informed me they took my car because it was "double parked" I never double park!! the man on the phone told me to come to the lot and they would show me pictures of how I was "double parked" and I would need to pay $385 to get my car back!!!! Just for me to get there wait 10 min for them to come show me pictures of my car BARELY OVER THE LINE!!! I AM LIVID! AND WILL BE SEEKING FURTHER ACTION!

This towing company is a **total scam**. Not only did they charge me **$335** to release my daughter’s car, but they also tried to tell me it would be **$420 after 5 PM**, and then said it could be **$370 the next day**. It's clear they're just making up prices as they go. On top of that, they insisted on **cash upfront**, or they would add **$40** if I used a credit card—what kind of shady business practices are these? I’ve already reported them to the BBB, and I’m hoping they get what’s coming to them. They know they’re targeting college students who are already struggling, and they’re taking full advantage of that. No warnings, no consistency, just a blatant rip-off. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be taken advantage of.🤮😡

There needs to be negative stars because I want to throw up knowing I had to give them a star to write this review. So very long story short we had a car repossessed and when it was taken ALL of mine and my boyfriends things were in there. We had a pretty rough night..started with my boyfriend being randomly shot at outside of our hotel...he and the guy both got arrested... boyfriend because of failure to appear warrant... During me trying to bond him out we were kicked out of our hotel so had to put all of our belongings in the car. So when we came out of the jail after bonding him out..our car was gone. It took a week to find where it was and us to be able to get our things .. but a duffle bag with 50+ bottles of perfume and cologne we sale was stolen...in that black bag were the ashes of my boyfriends deceased mother. I mean... Who steals like that???? Bullshit company that they are... They need to be shut down.

On October 13, 2024, the apartment complex towed my truck at 1 a.m.for allegedly not displaying my handicap sticker properly (I have a resident parking pass). While the towing itself was unjustified (as I do have a valid handicap sticker), the real issue lies in the damages caused to my vehicle during the towing process and the apartment complex's lack of accountability. The tow company in question is Warririor Towing, 2708 Midland Ave located in Charlotte, NC 28208Details of the IncidentDamage to Vehicle: The towing process caused significant damage to my truck, which has been in the shop for repairs for over a month. ( Both differentials and transfer case were damaged) I have a 2013 Ford Edge all-wheel drive, per the dealership, my truck was supposed to be towed with a flatbed)Business Loss: Due to the unavailability of my vehicle, I was unable to fulfill a catering event in Detroit, MI, for this pass weekend, for which a client had paid me three months in advance. This has damaged my reputation as a reliable business owner.Apartment Complex's Inaction: I have contacted the apartment management multiple times to address the situation, including leaving a message with the owner two days ago. I have a handicapped plaque that hangs on my review mirror , in addition to the property parking sticker in the upper right hand corner in my windshield. They towed my car stating that my handicap plaque was not there or visible (bs). I park in the same spot every night. So trust me they know the car! They towed my car on 11/29 sometime that evening. I was not informed by them, the police or my apartment complex that my vehicle had been towed. It was not until 1:45 pm on 11/30 that I had knowledge that my car was missing because I needed to take my son to work. He was out the door first and came back and said mom where is your car? I am like what! No one informed me that my car was towed,which for the very lack of towing laws in the state of NC they was suppose to immediately inform me of the tow under Chapter 20 Article 7A. This company has predetory towing practices especially against the disabled. They have 13 cases so far in the last 3 years and 8 complaints in the last 12 months which is crazy since they have only been in business under the name Warrior Towing and Recovery,LLC since 2021 that is definitely a red flag for a company that has only been in business for three years. When I called they going to tell me $385.00 if I had cash to come get my car or $425.00 if I am paying with a card. Which is ridiculous that I have to pay anything considering that the leasing office have documents that that my car is registered to a handicapped plaque since the day I moved in and this towing company refuse to release my car even if I can show them where the plaque in in my car which could have fell off the mirror. But from the complaints here on google and the BBB this is their normal practice just to get a freaking dollar. This is only the beginning of my investigation and I will be filing some formal complaints and civil suit as a protected class individual.

They towed my car with a valid handicap tag! Which clearly shows that this is handicap vehicle! I with plates! Charged me 385.00 and told me my handicap is not active? Vehicle parked at an apartment complex with a valid parking and handicap permit. I Came outside with my Elderly/Disabled parent and the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was towed and the company states that they don't check the validity of handicap permit. This is wrong because cars are being towed that shouldn’t be! The tow company should also notify the apartment complex when they remove a vehicle! I finally was able to get the car back but I had to pay a fine all because information wasn’t checked out properly!

PREDATORY TOW COMPANY!! Was parked for not even 20 minutes while helping my friend move stuff into their apartment. Came out to my truck gone and the company refusing to release it without my Dad texting them his ID, the vin number, and all other information on the car since my name was on the insurance and not on the registration. Who knows their VIN number off the top of their head??? They refused to release the vehicle until I provided it and threatened to make my dad drive back from his vacation states away to pick it up since I was stern on the phone. I was told to “calm down” and “be polite” after speaking with them on the phone (I was polite but I was pissed) and they threatened that they wouldn’t give me the truck at all. I had prescription medications in the truck that need to be taken at a specific time and they refused to allow me to even just get my medication. After an hour of going back and forth with them taking ages to answer I was finally sent the address and told that I was not allowed to retrieve my vehicle for another hour. They refused to let me get it earlier even though it was after midnight and there was no reason I should not have been able to get it. Cherry on top was that the vehicle was parked so closely to on both sides I had to climb from the back to get into the front seat. I lived in the complex it was towed from last year and it was NEVER an issue to park for a very short period of time especially while helping with moving. What if it had been a medical emergency and I had come out to no vehicle and needing to take someone to the ER?? Do better.

Beware of this predatory towing company! My husband and I added our vehicle to the “No Tow List” with our apartment complex on the 30th, yet they towed it on the night of the 31st. They only returned the car because we called to complain. They also booted our neighbor’s vehicle, mistakenly thinking her tags were expired when they were actually up to date. Thankfully, we were outside to catch the error and bring it to their attention. I wouldn't trust this company at all!

I made a u turn into a ditch and got stuck big time. Out of nowhere Janzy pulls up and helps me get the car out without getting the bumper ripped off and gave me a fair price!! I’m back on the road like nothing happened , shoutout to Janzy man you don’t understand how clutch you were for that!!

Predatory towing service. I was parked for 2 minutes outside a condo for sale and was just trying or figure out where the address was when my I caught this guy towing my car even though I was right there. There were no visible signs on the street I was parked on. Not blocking any driveways. He charged me $220 impounding fee to just unhook my car which should not have been hooked in the first place given the time I was there. I paid the fine in duress but will be complaining wherever I can and if needed will go to small claims court. This business is a scam and needs to be shut down and locked for good.

COMPLETE SCAM! There was no parking at my student living complex so I parked elsewhere and woke up at 8am to move the vehicle and it was already gone. They have told me its $330 to get the car back and it can't have been gone more than a few hours. This price for a tow is ridiculous especially when there was nowhere left for people to park. Also car pickup is by appointment only which is inconvenient if you are in a rush. Also why is there no website if it is appointment only? Communicating over text feels very unprofessional.

I would leave zero stars if possible. The owner was very sarcastic with me on the phone when I called asking about the price of my car and claimed it would be $385 to pay with a card or $330 in cash to come pick up my car the night I got towed. It was $330 card and $300 to pick up my car the following morning. That made no complete sense and was an entire scam. This company is overcharging people for their vehicles and lacks professionalism entirely. This company primarily tows for the locations Aspen Heights and Rush student living near the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and they are causing disruptions in college students lives. The location of the towing company is 2708 midland ave Charlotte NC 28208 which is about 25-30 minutes from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. This company here is scamming people, unprofessional, and ask for too much personal information. I called the company for my car soon as it got towed and they did not even have a record of towing my car yet and they claim the price to claim my car was so high due to them not having anyone at the lot during the night time. My car was towed around 12am and they claimed to not have anyone at there premises. I spoke to a driver in the Aspen Heights complex that worked for Warrior Towing while they were towing multiple cars in the complex. This company is money hungry and unprofessional.
