I wouldn't leave them no stars rude once they said they was unable to take anything then they decided to keep the copper half of what I gave them whenever I asked for it back their scales are off by several pounds so they're screwing you to begin with I would never suggest or recommend anyone to go there if you decide to go there take your own scales you'll see
Clean, well-organized facility with friendly and professional staff. The process was quick and efficient, and it’s clear they take recycling and environmental responsibility seriously. Highly recommended.
Tried to call ahead and make sure they would be there at 5:45 as it shows on google. A female said they close at 5:30. When I advised it shows otherwise online I was told “well I can’t do anything about that.” Poor business would never recommend to anyone else
Top Price is very good! I’ve been going there for a while now! I’m in and out fast even with a long line! The guys are helpful and always greet me as I’m a VIP customer!!!
I stopped by this recycling center recently and the experience wasn’t great. The employees didn’t seem welcoming or willing to help — I felt like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. A little friendliness and guidance would go a long way here. Hoping they improve the customer service, because the facility itself seems useful, but the attitude from staff definitely took away from the experience.

There are a handful of recycling centers in the area, but Top Price is always my #1 choice. The prices are competitive, and all of the employees are helpful and friendly. I especially like it when Luis or Q operates the scale. Luis really knows his stuff. I’ve been to other places, but Top Price is the best.
I have been coming to top price ♻ for some years now and the way they treat me as a long term customer or any customer for that matter needs to be addressed. 1st. The racism, so if you have ever been to top price then you know that there is a lot of loose and Scattered scrap all over the ground. I waitn in line so I go to pick up some little pieces of trash scrap and I am told that I cannot do that okay so I respect what they say and I get back in my vehicle the next day I come and I see this man walking around the whole yard that does not work there collecting little pieces of scrap to turn in for money please no I am black and the older gentleman is white and I'm like three cars back so I'm there for a good 20 minutes and the whole time he is walking around and able to pick up the little pieces of scrap but the day before I was told I could not do that.2nd my girlfriend help me prepare this scrap and she put metal wire in the bag by a mistake so I get there and the metal they will not let me take it out to weight it is copper number two (@$2.80lb)and it would have took me less then a minute to remove but they said they could not take it so I want to talk to the man who I thought was in charge which took around 5-6 minutes but he said he would take it but he wanted to charge me for dirty brass(@$1.00lb) so just because they were getting over on me they would let me weigh it and pay me less money for what I really had when it would have took less time for me to pour the metal wire out and get paid the money I was supposed to whoever is over that place need to get their employers together.
Luis and Q were very helpful and friendly. Any questions we had would be answered immediately. The both of them were very insightful and respectful. I highly recommend coming here if you have material to recycle.
Easy access as you can just drive into the garage. Very helpful as staff unloads your items for you. Friendly and easy going help from the receptionist. Definitely recommend this location for your recycling needs.
Best in town hands down. Knowledgeable and will to educate on the differences in scrap metal (if time permits, they’re the best so they stay busy). Big shout out to Louis, thanks for your help bro!!!
I have been to a lot of scrap yards in my 38 years and this place is the best so far ! Luis and Q helped me and made sure I got the most money for what I brought and explained don’t mix this with that or separate this from that because bare bright is worth more all the other yards won’t take the time to do that they will just pay u the lowest price . I highly recommend this place
I've been here a couple of times. The service is phenomenal. Best prices that I've found in Charlotte. They'll even help you unload your recyclables. No matter how long the line is, they knock it out extremely fast. The employees are very helpful in all regards.
