Hi! DO NOT GET THE SERVICE CONTRACT. They are liars.

We were told we could cancel our service contract and refinance after making four payments on our newly purchased vehicle. They didn't mention that it takes THREE MONTHS to cancel the service contract and remove the balance from the loan, meaning we need to make 3 additional payments on that service contract and at the higher interest rate before refinancing.

They also sold us a vehicle with dry-rotted tires, that we immediately needed to get repaired on our own some despite assurances of a "money back guarantee".

Stay away. Total BS

I had a great experience selling my car to EchoPark and working with Ben. He was upfront about the whole process from beginning to end, was super nice, was very accommodating with their offer, and was upfront about my needing to wait on my check to be given to me. From arrival to getting my check the process took about an hour and 45 mins, so not super fast but easy! My parents have sold two cars to EchoPark and now I have done a transaction with them with good results. If you are looking to buy, call them and ask for Ben

Waste of time and questionable tactics. They give you a quote for your vehicle then call stating they may be able to offer more if you come in, to only nitpick every little thing (regardless of being already disclosed) in order to offer you substantially less.

I definitely would recommend talking to Duffy when acquiring a vehicle

Bought 2 cars from them. On a recently purchased one and having issues with messed up paperwork, add ons slipped in, and trying to inquire about warranty work.

They used to be great. This time around not so much. If you’re a buyer they are always there to answer questions…

Once you buy, good luck being able to contact them. I will be using other means in the near future going forward if there isn’t a successful attempt.

I had a fantastic experience at the EchoPark Charlotte location. After purchasing my vehicle from the Cary location, I discovered a leak in the sunroof. The Charlotte team was initially just going to diagnose the issue, but they went above and beyond by fixing it at no charge. Big thanks to Jerrick and Terrance for their hard work!!

IF YOU PURCHASE GAP AND OR EXTENDED WARRANTY AND YOU SOLD YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE THE WARRANTY EXPIRES, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO THE PRORATED BALANCE. EchoPark WILL take your money. Know your rights. I purchased a vehicle June of 2023 from EchoPark, I refinanced my vehicle in November of 2023. EchoPark received a lender credit ($899) on February 6, 2024 for my GAP. Once you refinance the GAP automatically cancels. The law is EchoPark has 30 days from receipt of MY GAP payment to return it to me. To date, I still have not received it!!!! Each time I call they lie to me saying it was sent to my lien holder (lender) and that they are the ones that should send it to me. My lender has never received any funds from EchoPark or Sonic!!!! Each representative of the company have a different lie. No one has their story straight. After calling MULTIPLE times and debunking their lies they finally sent me a copy of a check they claimed to have sent out to me on May 1, 2024. I still have not received it. I called and the rep tired to lie to me again. I referred to the email about the check and then he said the check was actually sent out on May 9th. The deceit from this company is next level. I will never do business with them ever again!!! Buyer beware!!!

Offered the same price as Carvana. Made me wait 3 hours for the process even though decisions on my end made it in seconds. Salesman just unhelpful and not friendly. Please sell your car elsewhere if you have any choice. After final paperwork is signed, they openly tell you that you need to wait 1 hour for the check. No regard for your time. I would have walked if I did not already spend so much time here. Unbelievable!!

Worst experience ever. We felt uncomfortable since we cross the front door and the guys in the reception were laughing. I do not recommend this place.

Called them asking for an out the door price took 24 hours and 3 additional calls to get the information. I made an appointment for 2 PM to pick up the truck. Showed up with a cashier's check. problem was the truck they claimed was in Greenville South Carolina! Even though at 1045 they told me it was in Charlotte and would be ready for delivery at 2pm.
They then assured me the truck was in Greenville and I could drive an hour and 45 minutes and purchase it there. While driving to Greenville SC, I called the dealership there and they said the truck was in transit FROM Charlotte to Greenville.
Absolutely did not care gave me the most insincere sorry nothing we can do about it.
Clearly they don't care if they sell the vehicle. they don't care if you're happy. they don't care if you spend 4 and a 1/2 hours on the road to purchase a truck that they don't even know where he is.
Sorry they only have a one star rating they deserve a 0 star rate. Absolute poor service from the start to the finish. Avoid like the plague. Did not even offer to cover the fuel they cost me for their mistake. Didn't offer me a discount on the purchase after wanting me to drive another 2 hours.

Echopark gave $2k more for my trade in than carmax, carvana, or kbb and gave me the best deal on the vehicle i was looking for. Super happy with my experience. The team was professional and the process was as fast as car buying can be! Special shout out to our salesman Danny for answering all our questions/concerns and being great to work with. No pressure from these guys at all
