Nelly answered my call promptly! This was key, as other companies did not answer or return my calls. He agreed to tow my vehicle on a flatbed that afternoon. Scheduling a flatbed can be tricky, so this was also key. He responded to my texts quickly and delivered the car to the body shop I requested. Payment was fast and easy with Zelle. We did have a minor glitch with the pickup. The location required additional information, and I missed two calls from the driver to obtain it. As a result, the car tow was delayed to the next day. This was a minor inconvenience - I wish the driver had followed up with a text after not reaching me by phone. With that said, Nelly and I rearranged the tow, and he followed up with me after it was delivered to the body shop. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Unprofessional company drives recklessly. White Ford wrecker from Nelly’s Towing driving on the opposite side of the road on Starita Rd to bypass stopped traffic because the driver felt he was more important than everyone else patiently waiting.
In a stressful time for me Nelly did such an amazing job to limit my worries. He was very kind and efficient. He had a quick response time and even though he was in the middle of another endeavor he was able to meet me within the hour. Nelly loaded my car onto his flatbed like it was second nature to him. He drove professionally to the destination and made it easy for me to follow along behind him. He was gentle with my vehicle during the drop and again was very kind.
