The individual I spoke to on the phone, he was very friendly and we had gone back and forth on the price and he told me what all I needed etc and then we agreed on a fair price and then the tow truck driver came down the same day, his name was Martin and he was also a very friendly man, had a sense of humor and was very explicit in how the process works i.e. after he gets there how everything works filling out paperwork etc, so if anyone is looking to sell their vehicle call this place, they WILL work with you and is VERY FAST!!! Thanks Martin, Thanks to the man I spoke to on the phone!!
Martin and his son Edgar were the KINDEST people I spoke to them on separate accounts. They gave me a quote and stuck to the quote, never tried to low ball me even though the car wouldn't start. I appreciate hiw quick they got the car gone the same day I called! Thank you both so very much for being kind, soft spoken, and honest through the whole entire process! 10/10 would recommend
