They worked on my car for 8 months & were unable to fix the issue.
They would ask me to bring my car in to be serviced with a quarter turnaround time if 1-2 days. Each time they kept my car for week or more still not fixing the issue.
After 8 months, I’ve poured money into my car being fixed. My original issue still exists and they will not respond.
The experience started out decent but ended poorly. I would not recommend.

Requested that they diagnose a car that was not running correctly along with other items to be repaired/replaced and specified to the young man to provide prices before performing repairs.
I had the car dropped off on June 30 and allowed 6 days before i decided to call them to get an update.
The young man who I delivered the car to started rambling on about the suspension needed to be replaced on an alternate side that I was having an issue with. He began quoting a price after another after another (he was speaking to someone else who was just giving out areas needing attention)
The total was $1450 for the repairs and he stated that some of the repairs were already taken care of (something we did not agree upon)
I let him know that I would be picking up the car and requested a diagnostic sheet after paying for it. All the paper stated was “diagnostic fee” with no explanation of repairs.
Please be aware of this lack of attention because it has to reflect on their work.
Took my car in to see why the speedometer, mileage odometer, and trip odometer stopped working. The owner, Magdalena and her son. Miguel, greeted me promptly. The mechanics checked my car and said that they would have to run a diagnostic to check the different sensors to find out which one was bad. I was given a quote for the labor before I left. I knew the sensor could be in the price range of $20 to $80, depending on which one was needed and possibly cables or wiring. They tried to get my car ready by the end of the day but the particular part was difficult to locate. Miguel called to explain. It has been difficult for repair shops to get parts due to the effects of the pandemic since many car manufacturers shut down or shifted production to ventilators, etc. I was assured that they would have the part in the morning and start repairing my car first. By 11am my car was ready. And the price was fantastic -- $155.00. Amazing! This business is 5 minutes away from my home. Easy to get to, safe, clean and everyone was so nice and professional. It's not easy to find a reliable mechanic but I am sure I will be using them again.
I had went to many places in charlotte for a quote. And this place beat them all out the park ! Beautiful work and fast. Thank you so much for the great job !
I took my car to this place on March 2/2021 because engine check light was blinking. After an hour the mechanic said he “fixed” the problem. They charged me $240: which is $120 for 2 ignition coils and $120 for labor. After 10 days same problem occurs, they reset the indication. After another 20 days, the problem reoccurs.
When I asked them which ignition coils they changed, they showed me by pointing. The mechanic didn’t know by number. 1,3,5 or 2,4,6 front and back. I knew I was cheated. Communication was another problem.
I took my car to other place and asked the mechanics to check if the ignition coils are replaced. They confirmed they didn’t.

Three things to know about my experience with this business:
1- Dishonest: they didn’t replace part but charged me $240.00
2- wrong diagnosis: after they found out the codes from the diagnosis, they mechanic didn’t even locate the coils by their numbers. Just reset/ erase the codes from the indication.
3- They want easy money. I took my car to them 3 times to fix/ correct the same problem in a month time, but they couldn’t do it.
Finally I told the owner/ manager about the mechanics and what he does to my car. He didn’t seem to care. He defended his mechanic. $240 doesn’t break me. It will hurt their business sooner or later.

THIS SHOP QUOTES WITHOUT SAYING WHAT THE A.S.E. BOOK CALLS FOR IN HOURS. The mechanics are all immigrants with no school teaching and could create a problem because of "short cuts" and hiding imperfections.
I felt confident in their work. However after leaving my truck for an extended two days...the problem I paid for was presumably done correctly still to be determined. Pulled of to discover someone had cut both of my cadillac converter off. They claim it was not them but that code went undetected TWICE on their own diagnosis. Until leaving the truck over night. I had just paid $950 for fixing my timing belt. And $500 only weeks prior for a tune-up! Maybe someone cut them off unbeknownst to the owner. It happened still with no recourse. My truck sounds so bad now. I'm hurt so I'm complaining
These fools wanted 30$ to take a bad tire off of 1 rim and put it on another rim 1 breakdown 1 remount 30$ go to andinos on arrowood way better price way better people
The work was done to code, the prices are unbeatable! There was a miscommunication with the time I was to pickup my car which resulted in me arriving to pickup the car with no one available to cash me out. I had to return the next day to get it. Definitely an inconvenience that I did not appreciate. I would definitely come back if I had to, and I recommend their business to anyone that needs a solid job done on a tight budget.
not quality work. When I went to get a fender part painted and replaced. it was painted with some red spot on it and dimples. They didn't clean up that red spot nor the dimples. And when they put they fender on. they scratched (like wide white scratches) some of the area behind the driver side mirror
