Be careful if you piss him off! I was merging on freedom drive into 85 as everyone knows you have to merge to the left. He got piss because I merged in front of him and flips me off and speeds up while trying to merge over again onto to 85. He calls my job to complain but did not explain what he did!! This shows his character as a person.
I used Clarke Power for a road call to fix an emissions issue. They will be my new go to when I have a truck in need of service in the area. Everything about the experience was great and I highly recommend them.
These guys repaired the screw-up that another mechanic did to me. They were up front with costs and time frames, and came out way under both estimates. I am super thrilled with the job they did. If you need anymore than what these guys can provide, I just don't know how it's possible to do any better.
Towed my truck to these guys Friday afternoon. They said the wouldn't even look at it until Monday. Monday afternoon I called to check on the progress and they tell me that they don't work on my kind of transmission. My truck never moved and they could have looked and told me that Friday when I brought it in or called me instead of waiting for me to call them and waste a whole day
Something wrong that wasn't wrong when I dropped my truck off. Associate tried to be a smart a** and leave a fuse in the bag with the key; however, the repairs I requested where not fixed. Bunk heater motor still has a short and now I have a constant hissing sound that I didn't have before they touched my truck.
Somebody referred me to this company, what a mistake. I actually put my truck in the shop, they quoted me a price which was 1800 dollars to put a egr cooler in, and when I came to pick it up, they handed me a bill for 4800 dollars. Never again. I am reporting them to the BB B as well. And I'm still having issues with what they suppose to had fixed. They were very rude, and wasn't professional at all.
