AESOP AUTO PARTS is an excellent place to buy used parts. All of their parts are tested and approved before you receive it. The engines and transmissions come with warranty and I can say from experience that they will stand by it. As a repair shop owner and auto enthusiasts, a local used parts dealer of this quality is a must. The sales team is stellar and super helpful. Marcus and I are on a first name basis. I can text him anytime I need a used part and I can bet ill receive an answer same day if not right away. They also have multiple locations. If they don’t have exactly what you need locally, they can get it from one of their other salvage yards. I can’t say enough good things about AESOP AUTO PARTS.

Was trying to my best to come buy a part with cash, even offered deposit money online so the part can be available today (I called early morning). Was told the only way for the part to be available today is to pay online in full and it will possibly be ready today. If I come pay in cash, it will be ready tomorrow.
Seems like they're just the middleman between yards, to eat a few bucks on top..
I've been waiting a month for a refund on a faulty electrical part that they sold me. Main problem is, I honestly feel like the salesman is lying to me and playing around like I am a child. I would've never purchased from them if I hadn't made completely sure that there was a return policy, which they ensured me was hassle-free for 90 days. I returned the part 3 weeks ago, and have communicated with Chris or Christian several times per week sense then. All for him to say, "i got you", "i told accounting", blah blah blah. I understand how salesman commission works, but that is not my problem. You sold me a part that was defective, I brought it back almost a month ago, yet I still dont have my money back yet, and its not a small amount of money - that's all I will say. Shop somewhere else if you want to buy an expensive used electrical part, because if you get one from here and it doesn't work then you're just out the money.

Would’ve given a 1 if it weren’t for the guys at Charlotte fixing Cristian issue. Worst service from him, once I went to the location and the two gentlemen there got it taken care of it was amazing. Cristian is a pain and a bad representative for your company Sydney and the other guy were very helpful even got me the parts Cristian said were not available.
Christian has been displaying an attitude without cause and shows no initiative to verify even small details needed to complete an order. His lack of social skills and respect makes collaboration difficult. Honestly, I regret extending him the courtesy I initially did.
