After driving, I hour and a half to get to certifi to buy a Honda. Accord Fender, the attendant purposely gave me a left Honda Civic thunder. And when I call back, it's an honest mistake. Then, I went back to exchange it. The next day, another hour and a half drive. I was laughed at by the supervisor and the attendant, so I would never go here again. And on top of that, I was asked to go to the car to get my ID. So he wouldn't misspell my name or anything. So then I get to the car and he purposely misspelled my name. So everything is a joke to this establishment. I would not go back. I'd rather go in the junkyard than to go to certificate. The manager is big joke and liar. Thanks.
Sold us a BROKEN part. They had cardboard covering the broken corner piece. Purchased a side mirror for $107.20. In less than a hour, returned the BROKEN PART to the store and they would not replace it. He said because it had been transported. Rude and will walk away when talking with them. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!
Been using Certi-Fit for the past 8 years and never had a problem until recently they delivered a bumper to me that was defective so when I came to the store the manager raised hell and kept cutting me off and not letting me talk saying that there policy accept no return . I called corporate after being on the line for 20 min for them to tell me that they don’t accept returns . Disrespectful manager at this location and there policy intends to hurt buyer if there is a problem . I’m not buying from certifit again .
Please stay away from this company. You will lose your money. They have a return policy but you will not be able to get an exchange or your money back. I bought a part on 8/2/ 2024 when I opened it was broken and used. I called immediately to the store on the same date and they told me it was my fault for not checking the part, even though I was buying a brand new part. I called corporate too and the told they will get back to me. No one did, so I called on 8/5/2024 and they told me the same thing. That it was my fault. I reached out to corporate again on 8/5/2024 to costumer services and nobody responded. Please spend your money somewhere else because you will lose it with this company.
Well, I didn't have a good experience in that space. Firstly, as I have no experience with car parts, I showed the exact photo of the ones I needed and the salesperson didn't try to understand what I wanted and sold what he believed was good. I went back to return the parts because they didn't work and then the other salesperson made fun of me in front of everyone in the place and said he didn't have the parts I really needed...
Came here to get a hood for my truck I gave them my exact model and says it will fit but there is a huge gap in the front and since it was painted they can’t do anything. Terrible place don’t come here
We did take out.The place was cradeit and nowhere to sit so we got our food to go love the food, try togo early you might get to dinner in it was picked, no place to set so had to go.I don't have a photo so I'm going to leave at that's
Horrible customer service and they never have nothing in stock and when they do have them the panels always have dents or something wrong with them . It’s like the staff here has a bet who can NOT sell the most because they get a joy out of saying “WE DONT HAVE IT” good luck tho smh. I wouldn’t buy a part from here if it was the last place left …I rather get it on eBay or junk yard for that !!!
I called to see if they had a part available for me they told me yes on the phone. I ask could I put it on hold until I get there they told me I don't have to. When I arrived they told me it will be out shortly. I waited 10 minutes, for them to tell me that the part is not available. Not only that I drove 45 minutes just for them to tell me they didn't have it.
Been dealing with these guys for 8 + years. Was told they had the bumper I needed in stock. Arrived at a good time when it wasn't busy. Took about an hour and finally I asked chip about it and he told me they couldn't find it. I understand inventory is off. But the fact that I had waited for an answer and never got one till I asked was the frustrating part. Chip could work on his people skills.
My family orders from here frequently and recommended this place to me for a rear bumper however the new manager who recently started named chip provided a horrible customer service experience, from him having a line of people in the lobby during covid and taking more than 5 calls at once while the line grew longer . Once finally my turn he asked what was needed and asked for my contact information he also informed me to contact him later that day which I did . Speaking with another person he confirmed that chip had not placed my order but saved my information. I went today to pay for the bumper and it was chip who first said he did not have my information but then after finding it confirmed he had no bumpers in stock. I recommend send chip back to where he came from or actually let him go as this maybe why he left the first store. Other rep is Rick. I will also be sending an email because chip did not want to provided me higher up contact information when asked because “he’s the manager” every manager has a boss. My brother will also be calling and I would love for the same service to be provided and if not media will have a ball with the story I will provide if women are treated differently when it comes to cars. EDIT - Rick showed me great customer service over the phone I appreciate him for that he provided timing of when the part should be in. Very correct and upfront thanks Rick, I still dislike chip

These people were great! Great customer service, didn't have any problem exchanging a part or returning a part. They had everything I needed with good prices also.

Then total silence again,...... can I order one?...Reply " well it could take 2 weeks or even more to get one" ,..Can I order one? ,...(Ashley- ---- waiting, waiting, waiting -NO ANSWER AGAIN...So I said...well I guess I'll have to call back to see when get one? I called three times over the course of a couple months for a specific bumper and every time I was told it was in stock. Finally on the third time I asked for them to hold it for me under my name and drove 30 miles or so to see them and pick up. It turns out after waiting for 30 minutes they did not have the bumper and was left with zero recourse (perhaps ordering from another warehouse). Very disappointing and leads me to not do further business with them at this time.
Very great company we were able to get in and out with a matter of minutes the sales team was very smart and enjoyable to be around. In order to do it to get the correct parts You must talk to a salesman first
This place sells parts that are intended to replace the factory parts. Since these parts are made not by the same manufacturer that made the original part, the replacement parts need some adjustments. Overall, the quality is good for the price. Be sure to check for damage on the parts, especially the hoods. The corners are often bent.

Customer service was weak.They had me waiting almost a freaking hour before I received my parts up front. Prices are OK but customer service and pick up time need work.
I COULD NOT BELEIVE THAT THEY HAD PARTS FOR A 2014 TACOMA AND AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE IS GREAT. LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM.
