Blew a tire in Charlotte, limped it to the pilot in Troutman and they were there in less than 30 minutes like stated. Cheaper than TA and Loves. Other places I called except one never answered their phone, and that only place said to call these guys. They answered on the 2nd ring. These guys are good.
Cameron came out to fix my trailer. Before leaving, he noticed that my truck had a flat tire and he took the initiative to fix that as well. He went out of his way and was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company!!

Zachary is THE boss. I had an issue with distribution valve on my trailer and couple of other smaller things. Quick response, quick and good service. Highly recommended for Charlotte area.

Our Kenworth T680 with Paccar MX-13 suddenly stopped with stop engine warning. i found Orion through NTTS Breakdown after calling 3 other places ; Zachary was the only one that was confident to diagnose a Paccar engine. He told me he is 23 min away. Showed up on time. and about 30min later, he diagnosed a bad elec. water pump. He sourced a genuine part from the dealer and drove 2 hours back and forth to get the part, and my driver was back on the road within 4 hours total. this kind of service and leadtimes is un heard of! Best service experience in my 17year experience. Worth every penny we spent (his price was very reasonable as well) We need more hard working honest people like Zachary...

Do not call to this road service They don't know nothing the guy he came and asked me about what kind engine he saw the engine but he doesn't know what kind of engine I was surprised He charged me 350 was nothing
These part changers cost us a lot of money and never fixed the problem and then filed bankruptcy. Our repair is still under warranty and they will try not to answer the phone. Don't use them for towing or repairs.
